Cast of Characters: Felicia Hardy, Johnny Storm

Felicia Hardy has posed:
It's been a lazy Sunday for one Felicia Hardy, she looked at the gym that that Mike guy and her bumped into each other at, and beyond that, she hasn't really done a whole lot with the day until she got an idea in her head.

Sitting in one of the recreation rooms at the Avenger's mansion, looking at the ID card she now carries (Sometimes) and brushing at the plastic with the pad of her thumb, the chip off-set from center, for some reason strikes her curiosity to go exploring with the card in hand to find out where and how far she can really go with this thing. Test some boundaries.

Dressing not exactly for the weather Felicia's outfit is alluring and form fitting, while keeping specifics to the imagination. A grey skirt with a white blouse under a double breasted jacket desined to not be buttoned up as it barely reaches down to her midriff, and a pair of 1950's cat's eye sunglasses in a bright orange color resting on the top of her forehead, keeping her bangs just messy enough.

The woman walks into the Baxter building and flashes the Avenger's ID card with a grin and a pop as the bubble in her mouth pops. "Lovely day." She singsongs to the security guard as she mossey's past.

Johnny Storm has posed:
Johnny's the only one currently spending much time at Four Freedoms Plaza, although Sue's around now and again. Reed's doing lots of work at the new international space center, with Ben tagging along to add muscle where they need it. Johnny just finished his own workout not long ago. He remembers once where he barely had to work to maintain his physique, but he's getting older now and even daredevils have to exercise now and again. He's now in a pair of drawstring pants and an FF tank-top, his blonde hair in an undercut, shaved on the sides and a little floppy on top.

He hears the secure elevator and wonders who that could be. Sue shouldn't be back from shopping anytime soon, goodness knows. He goes over to one of the monitors and clicks through the feed to see in the elevator.
r"Whoa," he says, as the feed identifies Felicia from her Avengers ID. By the time Felicia reaches the floor, Johnny is waiting to greet her.

"Sorry for the casual, I wasn't expecting company. If you're looking for any of the others, I'm afraid they're out, but I'm more than happy to be of any help I can," he grins, "Not sure we've met properly. Johnny Storm," he says, offering a hand.

Felicia Hardy has posed:
Felicia stands in the elevator quite calmly, effortlessly, casually. She wouldn't belong here, not so brazenly, not so openly weren't she in her current situation. Something she still needs to properly thank P-G for. Should the chance arise.

The floor numbers rise quickly as the elevator rockets through the inside of the building and Felicia leans her weight onto one foot, popping that hip out before the doors open and is greeted by the rather cute blonde. "I can't say I was expecting company either." She says, sucking gently on her lower lip. Stepping out of the elevator Felicia runs a hand through the whisps of white hair on the side of her head and hooks them behind her ear, and lowering that hand to fall into Johnny's. "I am not sure who I was looking for, but I think I found him." She says with a confidence that no one should possess. "I'm Felicia Hardy. Thief." She says, showing several pearly teeth in a cat eating the canary smile.

Johnny Storm has posed:
Johnny Storm laughs, "Well, that's not an introduction I've heard before. Not that I'm one to judge. I got my powers by breaking and entering after all," he says, "We all did, although Reed doesn't like to be reminded. Breaking the rules made him so uncomfortable, but science waits for no man. I don't know if he actually said that, but it sounds like something he'd say."

He gives the handshake firmly and can't help but keep that roguish grin on his face, "Well, I'm certainly not going to complain about surprise company when it's as stunning as you, that's for damn sure," he says. Johnny, of course, is something of a notorious ladies man, perpetually an eligible bachelor who's never quite settled down, even as he's matured in other ways. "Thief is an unusual quality for an Avenger. Must be a story behind that."

Felicia Hardy has posed:
Felicia's eyebrow slowly lifts up her forehead as Johnny quickly tosses Reed under the bus during and introduction, but she remains friendly about it. She laughs politely at the joke and the comedy of the situation. She was about to ask how Johnny himself feels about rule breaking but she's taking the compliment instead and turning her face slightly, allowing the hint of blush in her cheeks to be visible. "You're so sweet Johnny." She says as she gives him a smile again and pushes a hand against his shoulder playfully before her face drops into a bit more of a serious look.

"Oh, the story is one word. Nepotism." She says, the side of her lip twitching at that, but she hides it quickly with a laugh. "But it's something I'm trying to figure out. Trying to carve my own path."

Johnny Storm has posed:
Johnny Storm shakes his head, "Oh, I'm much more salty than sweet. Sometimes even on the spicy side. But I'm glad you think so. I'm not one to criticize your taste," he says with a hint of a wink. He leads her more into the area proper, showing off some of the fancy tech that Reed has about, "Gotta be honest, don't know what most of it does but look at all the blinking lights," he says.

He guides her to more of a lounge area, with several oversized sofas and a giant chair that's been hyper-reinforced, "Just don't sit in Ben's chair. He gets cranky about it.

"Nepotism? Is Tony Stark your dad? Because that dude gets around more than me. Er, so I've heard. Not that I do that. Anymore. As much," he says, clearing his throat. "And carving your own path is good. I've always been part of a team. I admit, sometimes I wish I had more of an individual profile, that I wasn't just seen as a member of the Four."

Felicia Hardy has posed:
Felicia's eyes linger on the pretty lights and the gizmos and doohickies they pass, even reaching out to try and touch a long spear looking thing, but stays her hand. For now. Fighting those base urges. Following along behind Johnny is easy enough, and she makes her way towards the biggest most comfiest looking chair in the room and has already turned and is starting to lower herself onto it, when she pauses at Johnny's words. Still butt in the air, hovering, she asks, "And what if I do? I'll stick around until he returns to make my own case. I'm not a lawyer, but I've seen plenty of law and order." She winks.

"Johnny, have you ever heard the phrase, the grass is always greener?" Felicia stops the thought there, he would know exactly what she's getting at. Standing back up, not sitting on Ben's chair, she moves over to sit next to Johnny and curls her legs beneath herself, "No, Stark isn't my dad, and what's wrong with getting around? I do?" She says in a husky tone, devilish eyes smiling back at Johnny. A deep breath, and Felicia spills her point, "I was dating Power Girl for a time. That's how I got on the team." Blue eyes looking away from the pyro-man.

Johnny Storm has posed:
Johnny Storm holds his hands up, "Hey, it's your pretty butt in that sling. If you want to argue with The Thing, more power to you. I've been arguing with him on and off for thirty years and I don't think I've won one yet. Well, not according to him anyway," he says.

He finds Felicia plopping near him and he's not about to complain about that, listening to her as he leans back, draping an arm over the back of the couch. "Really? Wow. I didn't even know she...I mean, she never gave me the time of day, but I just figured she thought I was a punk. She's very, uh...intimidating," he says. "But you don't seem like the type to get intimidated."

Felicia Hardy has posed:
"Not sure there's a sling big enough." She teases herself and then shrugs her shoulders. "She carries a lot of weight. And no that pun isn't intended, but it works plenty well on several levels." Felicia smiles weakly before frowning. "No, I'm definitely a roll with the punches type of girl. It helps when I usually earn the punches by being as abusive as I am." Felicia says, looking back into Johnny's eyes. "You get intimidated though. Not sure why you do." She says, moving a hand to brush the backs of her nails against Johnny's cheek. Very close.

Johnny Storm has posed:
Johnny Storm isn't exactly likely to push her away, feeling those manicured nails brushing against his cheek. He's not without suspicion - she is a self-identified thief in a highly secure area of one of the most advanced scientific facilities in the world. Any one of Reed's inventions could be worth millions and there are literally hundreds on site. But she IS an Avenger, so she's gotta be cool, right? He's not allowing it just because she's incredibly hot and he's been single for most of the last year.

But it sure as hell doesn't hurt.

"Rolling with the punhes is good. I've been punched a lot. I don't think Ben would hit a woman usually, so he'd probably just grumble at you. Or not. I get the feeling you'd charm him just as easily as you have me," he teases. As for the other question, he shrugs, "Little brother syndrome, I guess."

Felicia Hardy has posed:
Felicia is well enough behaved though. She's not eyeing anything in the room. She certainly doesn't LOOK like she's casing the place. Is she? No. She couldn't. Not right next to Johnny. She's not THAT forward.

"I feel like Ben is a nice guy, but I feel like you come up against some really bad people and he's not afraid to save the world." She teases the absentee Thing. "I would certainly try to charm him, much like you." Felicia notes, moving her hand from his cheek to press against his chest. "Don't you have a sister? Sorry I don't keep up with the tabloids." She totally does though. "Aren't you supposed to be the big protector and all? Or did she beat you up because she was the older one?"

Johnny Storm has posed:
Johnny Storm nods, "Ben's deep down one of the nicest, best human beings on the planet. He's the heart and soul of the team. But please, god, don't ever tell him I said that, he'll never let me live it down."

He shifts a bit, his head slightly cocked as his sky blue eyes regard the gorgeous thief with a mix of amusement and interest, "Sue wouldn't ever tolerate me trying to do anything like that. She's always been able to handle herself, maybe better than me. Don't get me wrong, anybody messes with her, I'll burn them to the ground," he says. "But mostly I just make her wag her finger at me cause I get in too much trouble. Something I think you probably know something about."

Felicia Hardy has posed:
"Figner wagging. I'm usually on the giving side of that one." Felicia says, tossing her head back to move her hair back over her shoulder. "I think I'll stick around long enough to tell Ben about his chair and your true feelings." Felicia smiles a big inviting smile. "And Sue sounds like the perfect older sister." She remarks, taking a breath and sinking back into the couch, taking her hands back away from Johnny, "So, tell me about yourself then. If you wanna be a big solo act. What would you do?"

Johnny Storm has posed:
Johnny Storm laughs, "You sure aren't lacking for confidence, that's for damn sure. No wonder Power Girl couldn't resist you. You probably just climbed right over the walls she's put up and hopped on in. But isn't that what thieves do anyway?"

He shakes his head, "I don't know, really. I suppose that's the problem. I could go on patrols and fight crime, do the friendly neighborhood thing like Spider-Man. But my powers tend to be a little intense for your average street gang."

Felicia Hardy has posed:
"You could say that." Felicia says, thinking about one of the last things that she did for Power Girl was popping out of a surprise cake for her. But that's the past and Felicia is here in the moment. "At least the good ones are."

The thief then curls her legs back beneath her and she grins back at Johnny. "Have you reached out to him about it? He's an old, we'll say friend of mine, and that's what I'm learning lately. How to be a good hero and using what powers I have to do good. He'd love your help even. I would love your help too. Going on patrol is what it's all about." She smiles the second biggest smile of the night.

Johnny Storm has posed:
Johnny Storm grins, "I'll take you up on that. I don't think I've ever gotten to properly meet Spidey, although we've passed like ships in the night now and again at the occasional large battle. I think it was some sort of giant animal. It all kind of blends sometimes," he says. There aren't many superheroe with more experience than the original Four after all, almost the very first superheroes to emerge in the modern era.

Johnny's eyes aren't quite as disciplined as the rest of him, but he tries to keep his ogling to something short of what would get him slapped and he manages. Just barely. "Might be fun to take up the rooftop lifestyle for a bit."

Felicia Hardy has posed:
"Just saying, It couldn't kill ya, or it shouldn't. Not with your talents and expertiese." Felicia flirts and reaches forward to press her hand onto Johnny's thigh. "I'll make some calls. Get things lined up for you and Spidey to meet." Felicia doesn't mention or respond to the giant monster talk as she still feels like the smallest pebble in the largest pond.

"But before then, I see you keep looking me up and down like a man who would never spend alone time with a woman he just met." She says with a wink and her tongue sticking out briefly.

Johnny Storm has posed:
Johnny Storm sits up a bit at the hand on his thigh. Ten or twenty years ago, he'd have probably already tried to climb on top of her like a handsy teenager, but he's finally grown up. Well. A bit, anyway.

"I don't think it's any secret to you that you're a very, very attractive young woman," he says and now he reaches out, letting his hand brush along the curve of her cheek, "I'm trying to be a good host and not just a kid looking to get his hands in the cookie jar. I was always bad about that. No matter how high a shelf the jar got put on."

Felicia Hardy has posed:
"That's me though. Top shelf cookie jar." Felicia chuckles at her own joke. "And you're being such a gracious host." The blonde woman says before she turns her head away from Johnny's fingers, though she didn't pull away. Initially. Now she's standing up and moving about the room, looking much more openly. "Oh. I'm going to sleep with you, don't doubt that, but I do wanna look around. Take me on a tour." Felicia demands, "Preferably with a drink in hand."

Johnny Storm has posed:
Johnny Storm can't help but grin, "For a thief, you're awfully forthright and honest. Not that I'm complaining," he says. He pushes up from the couch and starts to lead the way around the place. "Some of the labs are sealed off from outside personnel, even me. Reed's afraid of us breaking things we don't understand - that and some of the things he toys with are genuinely dangerous. Even an innocent mistake could be disastrous," he says.

He shows off the garage for the Fantasticars, a gaming room with an immense number of vintage video game machines, "This is one of my favorite hangouts. My collection," he says, patting the side of an old Centipede machine.
