Robert Marksman has been working over at the clinic earlier, but it is lunch time, and he has taken his break to come by and grab some food. He is a regular here, and is sitting on a booth with a drink in front of him, and a tablet on the table, having already made his order.

Roberto da Costa has posed:
Roberto da Costa is becoming a familiar face around MutantTown, interacting with the businesses, listening to people, learning where he can help. He comes in to the diner finishing up a phone call, "Papa, Recife is the perfect local, right on the cusp of the land, we can place the plant in the lee of the land, shielded from storms and waves. No, papa. There is so much to be gained from the sea, Have you looked at the data? No, it is a good plan, a good future for us... <sigh> Papa, we can discusss this later, I have a meeting." His eyes search the diner, and he smiles to the waitress as he moves towards Robert, catching her eye. Roberto moves towards Robert's table, he offers his hand, "Mr. Marksman, I am Roberto DaCosta, I have ehard good things about you clinic. I wanted to speak with you about some ideas I had for MutantTown."

Robert Marksman 's brow raises but he has heard the name both around town and before hand when he was more in the business world. He stands and shakes the offered hand "Yes, I am Robert Marksman, he does not correct the man to Dr. rather than Mr. letting it go. "Have heard you have been busy around town here.

Roberto da Costa has posed:
Roberto da Costa nods gently, and gestures towards the open seat, "I have been getting acquainted with the location, it is a place of many wonders and much need, It reminds me of Rio in its way. I am a graduate of the Xavier's school." he mentions this in passing, seeing if the other man shows any recognition, "I saw that you run the clinic in town, and I wondering how that was going? It seems you own a number of businesses?" Roberto smiles, "They do good work, but I think we can do more for those in need."

Robert Marksman has posed:
Robert Marksman nods, a bit and while may have heard of the school, it does not mean a lot to him it seems. "Yes, I own a large section of town, bought it a while back. Have a few projects running, with the hotel's second floor being where we handle a lot of the area's needs besides the clinic. We had to rebuild the clinic a while back after an attack, and enhanced it over the building I first bought.

Roberto da Costa has posed:
Roberto da Costa nods slowly, considering, "I'd be curious to get a tour. Is it a general facility or mutant specific? What I would be looking to creat is a space to evaluate mutants, their abilities and needs and the resources to meet their needs beyond those covered by basic human services. We would also work with people to make sure they had access to the help that they deserved, in terms of thinsg like housing, food, food stamps, welfare making sure that they could make ends meet, even giving them job training in fields that would enable them to use their skils in ways that help the community and society as a whole, not every mutant is a combatant."

Robert Marksman has posed:
Robert Marksman nods a bit to this and says "We have been working on making sure the kids and adults who want it get education, and have been upgrading the homes to better quality and lower prices, to what people can afford. In general, different things to try to help the community. Speaking of such have you seen the Golem?

Roberto da Costa has posed:
Roberto da Costa nods slowly, "NO, sense in re inventing the wheel, if we can work together. I do think we might have some technological advances we can share... the golem?"

Robert Marksman has posed:
Robert Marksman nods, and says "One of the people who was working with the brotherhood when they were doing more patrols for security made him, and he is wandering about. It is a protector for the area. Much like the legends of the Jewish ghettos. He explains to the other man

Robert Marksman looks over to the other man, as his food is brought to him, and he tells the waitress "Mr. Da Costa's order is on me today." He tells her, and then he adds "I believe she was, but the Golem is magical not a mutant power I believe. I have not seen the Brotherhood around much of late though.
