Location: Central Park
Synopsis: No description
Cast of Characters: Monet St. Croix, Kara Danvers

Monet St. Croix has posed:
It's a quiet walk on a cool spring night for a date. That's what they're aiming to do. Just be like normal girls and figure this out as they go along. That makes it adorable. M's taking Kara to get some cotton candy. The two girls in casual wear, just so they won't be bothered.

Kara Danvers has posed:
Kara walks along beside Monet, fingers laced in the other woman's hand. A grin played out across her face, peering at the Monet beside her. "You know, I never come to Central Park?" Which is crazy for someone who could literally be anywhere in the world within a few seconds without even batting an eye. Honestly, it's just nice to be out with her.

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would shake her head, "That's a shame. It's not a proper wilderness area.. But it's as close as one can approximate without going upstage. And it has more class than the suburbs." MOnet says that word with such disdain in her voice. SHe has her hand wrapped around in Kara's palm, squeezing it.

Kara Danvers has posed:
"Hah, you know, my adoptive parents lived in the suburbs. They weren't /that/ bad." Kara, who has only ever experienced it as an outsider, smiles over at Monet and squeezes her palm. "So... where would you want to live? Let me guess..." She turns, likely using both her x-ray and enhanced vision, until she spies apartments along central park West and points in that direction. "Over there? High rise, over looking the park?"

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would just smile, "I know. It's still the suburbs." She's allowed to be judgemental. Being a rich elitist borderline nobility, after all. She would walk along. "That sounds perfect. Please, do lead us." She would go to let herself be lead.

Kara Danvers has posed:
"I'm just pointing it out, Mo." Kara loops her arm up and around Monet's shoulders, still holding her hand. "I'm asking where you'd want to live, if you had to pick anywhere? Where would it be?"

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would consider over and close her eyes, "Along the high reaches of Fifth Avenue, Manhattan.. Where one can look out and see the entire city in every direction. Off to the coast, surrounded by skyscrapers, the best view.." She would note, lightly. "That is where I would want to live. HOwever, while I am rich.. I am nowhere near that rich."

Kara Danvers has posed:
"Mmm..." Kara wrinkles her nose as that admission and glances in the direction Monet said as if she knows precisely where it is. "I think I'd rather something smaller than that, honestly. Closer to people, you know?" She glances up at Mo, smiling. A little flicker on her face for a second while her arm squeezes about the other woman's shoulders. "Hey, Mo?"

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would muse over for a moment, "You asked.. Why do you inquire, Kara?" She would turn over to lean against Kara, letting the other woman squeeze her. So gentle, for someone that could pull a continent. Taking her hand up to softly brush Kara's cheek.

Kara Danvers has posed:
Kara blushes. It's not a bright beam of color on her cheeks, just the hint of it dusting her cheekbones up beneath her blue eyes. "Well... We talked about it before, but never really followed through." She murmurs, a little sheepish. She returns the squeeze of Mo's fingers. One shoulder bounces, "Do you want to move in? Like.. I mean do you want to get a place together?"

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would nod and smile, "Yes, I would like that." She would stroke Kara's cheek. "I would like that." Her full attention over on Kara. gesturing towards where Kara had so subtly indicated.. "So why don't we start working on where we might want to go together?"

Kara Danvers has posed:
Kara grins brightly and takes a relieved breath. Leaning her cheek into Monet's palm. Her own comes up to cup the oposite side to Mo. "We should, yes." She leans forward and brushes noses. "Okay... cotton candy? Explain it to me." Because it's date night and Kara has never had cotton candy.

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would just shake her head, "It's something that's indulged in the city. No one quite knows why. But it's ritualistic. Humanity has traditions and engagements. This is etiquette." She informs Kara. "When you are out on a date or at the boardwalk, you are required to have cotton candy."
