Synopsis: Heroes Assemble Team-Up: Spider-Man (The Remix) and Shazam!
Cast of Characters: Billy Batson, Miles Morales

Billy Batson has posed:
The armored car job started in Manhattan and was going good. Just ditch the car, off the guards and split with the cash. Then the Spider Guy showed up. This resulted in a chase that extended on the Brooklyn Bridge, past Cadman Plaza and then the Brooklyn Queens Expressway where the robbers hoped the lack of well spaced buildings would slow the Spider Guy down. No such luck. they were maybe a minute ahead when they clipped a Hummer, went spinning, and crashed onto the divider. The perps bail with bags of loot as the armored car with several guards and one of their crew hangs off the divider precariously. Which is when you really need a hero. Hold out for one. Seriously.

Miles Morales has posed:
"Seriously?! The BQE?! At this hour?!"

Spider-Man (II) is playfully incredulous upon his arrival. The lack of swing-able surfaces is really annoying but thank Spider-Gawd he can do some pretty stellar leaping! Which is what he's been kind of doing with the vehicles that were on the BQE at the moment!

Spider-Miles catches sight of the criminals bailing but his Spider Sense is super focused on more important matters at the moment: the armored car. "Hang on!" Spider-Miles launches himself from the top of the Toyota he was surfing on and this booted feet hit the pavement. In that same motion, his arms extend and he starts flinging web-lines at the back of the armored vehicle to see if he can't get a nice firm web-grip on it to keep it from going over the side.

"Normally I'd make a bad joke here but maybe I'll stay focused on keeping you all from falling to your doom instead, huh?"

Billy Batson has posed:
Is that thunder half heard in the distance? Heroes think alike. One web strand snaps, the rest are holding and suddenly go slack as the front end is lifted gently. Then the rest of the car follows it. The floating man in red with the glowing costumes lifts it up, accidentally adopting a very iconic pose.

"Hey Spidey, mind if I lend a hand? You can take down those jokers." Shazam points with his chin, "They're trying to jack that Prius. I'll finish up here. Oh... sorry, I thought you were the original."

Miles Morales has posed:
"Whoa!"

Spider-Miles is in the middle of trying to calculate how he's going to save these people inside and that's when the arrival of Shazam happens. "Okay, first of all, best timing for a sudden team up award goes to you, my man." Spider-Miles flips backwards and onto the front of a Nissan. "Secondly? Thanks. One Prius Fulla' Punks comin' right up!" As Spider-Miles flips off in that direction he has enough time to launch back one more phrase over his shoulder.

"And for the record, the remix can be just as good as the original!"

Spider-Man (The Remix) somersaults onto the hood of the Prius and immediately starts flinging weblines at any potential guns in the near facility. "Fellas, fellas. A Prius? Really?" Time for a little cocky remarky. "What do these things get like what? A mile per gallon?" More webbing is flung. "Aren't these things solar powered?"

Billy Batson has posed:
Shazam does the blurry movement thing, shredding handcuffs and freeing the guards to deal with the robber left behind. He exits the car and thoughtfully pushes it to the side. "What, no I'm not directing traffic! You have to take a course for that! I will but I mean there aren't enough hours in the day... Uhm, no. Indestructibelle is not with me. She has a life too. That's none of your business... I have to help Spider-Man, byeee!" He goes over to the web-plosion. "Wow, that's cool, web lines. I have to use metal bars, whatever I find. Then I have to undo it for the cops."

Miles Morales has posed:
By the time all is said and done, the crooks are all webbed up with nowhere to go and the money bags are also webbed up separately so that no greedy citizens try to make off with the cash or anything. And Spider-Man's just kind of sitting on the top of the Prius.

"Yeah, they come in handy more than you'd think." Spider-Miles offers a salute of gratitude. "Thanks, by the way, for the assist. You one of them Immeasurable Strength types, huh? That's pretty dope." Spidey's likely grinning beneath his mask.

Billy Batson has posed:
Shazam drops to the ground. "Well... immeasurable doesn't mean limitless. A lot is knowing how to apply it? Like lifting a car without breaking it in half... not that I ever broke a car. I practiced a lot in junkyards... this web is cool, does it stay sticky long?" He touches a strand and gets his finger stuck. "Ooop."

Miles Morales has posed:
"Oh, so you gotta' use physics too? Dope."

Spider-Miles actually takes a moment to switch cartridges while he's got the time. "Eh, not too long. Lasts about an hour. Though for some muscle heads it doesn't take a whole hour. Maybe a few seconds." Spidey still seems proud of this concoction even while he's plugging in the fresh cartridges. "I'll tell you one thing I'd like to have. Flight. Cuz swinging out here?" Spidey motions towards the too far away buildings. "Not a swing in the park, if you know what I'm sayin'."

Billy Batson has posed:
Shazam fiddles with the strand stuck to his hand, trying not to be too obvious. He finally channels a bit of lightning through it, reducing it to ash. H claps his hands clean.

"Oh yeah I guess some nabes are better for swinging than others. Oh here come the cops, Uhm you want a lift somewhere... I don't mind. Original Spidey helped me out a lot when I started, a friend of his is a friend of mine."

Miles Morales has posed:
"Nah, I'm good, Mr. Sparkle Fingers." Spider-Miles holds up a hand to make some of his own venom electricity swirl around it. Not showing off but just kind of doing a kindred spirit thing. "We got a couple of the same tricks. I dig it."

Spider-Man stands up and hops off the Prius. "Gonna' hang around and fill the cops in. There may be more to this than meets the eye." Yeah, this Spider-Man's trying to work /with/ the police.

Probably won't end well.

"Thanks again for your help, amigo. We'll have to do it again soon!"
