Raven Darkholme has posed:
It was always easy to know when Roberto was home, even if she didn't live with him. The security detail that maintained a vigilant watch outside his brownstone, out of sight of those who might come and go, reported this to Raven. She knew his routine as well, what he did when he got home, and this is what allowed her the chance to surprise him.

While upstairs taking his evening shower, she appeared right there in his home as if she owned the place, and immediately began serving up the dinner she had prepared, with her own two hands. She'd made Labskaus, which was a combination of salted beef, onions, and potatoes ground together then with beets added to the mix. On the side was carrots and mashed potatoes, with a semi-sweet beef gravy. Paired with the mean was a 2014 Chateau Ausone Saint Emilion, a bottle of bordeaux worth over nine-hundred dollars.

Seeing as this was a surprise date, the beautiful blue mutant had put on real clothing for the occasion, no making clothing herself as there was no fun in that. A shimmering white satin minidress with low cut front and nearly no back save the two thing straps, a pair of white silk stockings, and stylish heels on her feet. Her flaming read hair was pulled up into a loose bun that allowed the natural curls to fall around her face and neck, with a white silver and diamond dragonfly clip on the right side of her head.

Roberto da Costa hearing noises Berto comes downstaiirs wearing white linen pants that are translucent against his dark skin. He is also wearing a stylish silk tee shirt in a deep burgundy red. His feet are bare. He stops on the landing and quirks his head to side with a smile, "Business or pleasure?" His eyes twinkle as he sweeps down the stairs. He takes her hand warmly and kisses her cheek, "It's lovely to have you in my home, Raven. That smells amazing and your taste in wine is exquisite."

There were in fact a number of women out there who would kill their own parents for the chance to be standing where Raven was, looking up the stairs toward Berto, and then to have him greet them with such tenderness. Those women would get murdered if they tried, now that Raven was in fact in that position.

As he leans in to kiss her cheek, she slips her free arm around him for a brief hug, and kisses his cheek in return. "Pleasure," she replies coyly, moving to collect the wine glasses. The rest is already set out and ready, and she made certain the two chairs with plates were in fact side by side.

"I should have asked, but I thought a surprise dinner would be far more entertaining," she then says as she moves back to the table and gestures to one of the chairs. "We've been insanely busy as of late, but I didn't want you forgetting... " she licks her lips lightly with a chuckle. "... possibilities."

Roberto da Costa pulls the chair out for Raven. He waits for her to sit as he opens the wine. Berto is well versed formal dinners and knows what to do. Taking his seat after Raven and putting the napkin in his lap waiting for her to serve unless offered to carve the meat or needed to assist.

Always a gentlemen, Raven accepts the chair and settles herself in before taking a napkin and spreading it over her lap. The part left for Berto is the serving of the labskaus patties themselves, and in a German household the father would present the meat to his family, at least that was the case for when Raven was a child...

"Easy to put the patties on the plate," she indicates the spatula. "Then a single ladle of gravy over the top."

Roberto da Costa smiles and nods doing as instructed. "Labskaus?" He tries the dish. "Delicious, beets? Interesting, this is lovely. It's nice to get a moment to ourselves.
