Synopsis: Freddy Meets Sunny!
Cast of Characters: Billy Batson, Sunny Harlow, Freddy Freeman

Billy Batson has posed:
Billy Batson is skipping rocks on the deserted beach. He has his ear buds n and in place, currently Falling by Staind is playing. The slim young manis wearing a red hoodie and has so far skipped a rock three times, a personal best. He seems to have a look of concentration, or someone who is trying hard not to think.

Teaming up with Mary and Freddy... so much to process.

Sunny Harlow has posed:
Text message recieved and current project set aside. Sunny was on her way, zipping through the air in a supersonic rush, the blonde was dressed casually rather than in her suit. Touching down onto the sand, the sudden tap of a finger against his shoulder was warning enough that the viltrumite was here

Billy Batson has posed:
Can you really have enough warning a Viltrumite is behind you. Billy jumps a bit, turns the ear buds off and turns around to hug the bejeezus out of the tall blonde. A moment of tight (for him hugging) then relaxing into it and sighing.

"I'm... feeling blue," he confesses. "I have family issues."

Sunny Harlow has posed:
Height difference and more to the point strength difference is enough to bring a suprised 'oof' noise from her lips before she returns the hug and then tilts her head, looking to meet his gaze.

"Family issues? Stuff going on with Rosa and Victor?" she questions lightly. "Or is it the...other side of stuff?"

Billy Batson has posed:
Billy Batson smirks at the little oof. "The other Shazams. I did a big team up, last night against a kaiju off Happy Harbor aaaand... I think I was shown up a bit. I'm not sure I'm a very good Shazam. I never told you this but it took me a long time to learn these powers. Flight... I'm the worst one. the others were flying the minute they first transformed. And last night... thunderbolt showed up and owned that kaiju, Pantheon is super sensitive to magic even when he's the other guy. Everyone is using their gifts in ways I can't or better than me. I'm having a crisis of confidence. Also, my girlfriend is tougher than me but... I think that's cool." Little smile.

Sunny Harlow has posed:
"The fact that you can turn into someone stronger than me, control storms and helped me catch a plane with a magic word doesn't count anything?" she questions lightly, tilting her head to the side and then folding her arms under her bust as she steps back. "Think maybe you need to stop and remind yourself all the good stuff we've done? Besides..."

She steps up beside him, looking out at the water. "If you helped them earn their powers and brought them together, their success is your success too."

Billy Batson has posed:
Shazam shrugs. "I don't think I'm stronger than you where it counts. Inside. aThere will always be someone stronger than you or a better fighter. I should get over it. I mean... I have won the heart of a beautiful alien cheerleader! Oh Sunny come here." He tries to pull her close in his conspirator pose. "I met Superboy and Franklin Richards. Pantheon knows Superboy, Franklin knows a friend of a friend. We might be able to get you a costume that doesn't shred or get wet from his dad... although... if you didn't get drenched and get lent my cape, I might've never seen you again. You did look so cute... ahuh!" Stop talking.

The tender moment is interrupted though, sparing Billy more awkward. Sunny might get tickled by his his phone vibrating. He grabs it, a little annoyed and looks at the text message, "Ohoh, my brother, Pantheon is inbound... tell me how you want to be known, Sunny flown here by Shazam or Indestructibelle in civvies? Let's go with Sunny to start? Please?"

"It's not just so I can carry you around. Honest..."

Freddy Freeman has posed:
Perhaps more so than the other the other siblings, Freddy attaches a great deal of reverence to the powers of the Immortal Elders. Maybe it is because of his lifelong physical disability, and his gratitude to have these abilities to compensate. Regardless, Freddy generally tries to never use his Pantheon form to do something he can do as Freddy Freeman. But flying across the ocean to find his missing brother is something Freddy can't do. So after invoking Find My Friend on his phone -- something else he never does unless it is important -- Pantheon took to the skies to find his brother.

In the distance a blue streak can be seen incoming. Of all the powers the gods have lent Pantheon, it is flight that he took the easiest. He's a natural up there, like he was born to it. When he sees the two forms below, a small Oh-You-Dawg smile creeps over his face. He alights nimbly on the sand. "Hey, Billy." He approaches the pair, though slowly and in a non-threatening manner.

Gesturing in Sunny's direction with a flick of his chin, Pantheon asks, "Is this Sunny?" His gaze shifts to her. "It's nice t'meet you. Billy talks a lot about you. I'm Pantheon."

His gaze returns to his brother. "Does she know? Do I...show her?" Although slightly older than Billy, it's clear this Freddy-cum-Pantheon takes his cues from Billy as though Billy were the older brother in this relationship. And THAT is your gift, Shazam, your charisma! You are the glue that binds!

Sunny Harlow has posed:
Thankfully, Sunny was in her casual clothing rather than her 'super suit', she even had her hair tied back in a ponytail and looked more like her casual self. It didn't immediately make the choice for her! Still, she manages to find herself turning mid-ramble about her costume at the rush of motion from the sky and his comment about her being carried...then Pantheon was settling in and at the very least discovering that she was indeed real.

"Ahh, you as well, and your siblings..." she offers in attempt at greeting before clearing her throat. "And your foster parents. Who I've met."

Well, that was a little bit of a hint for Freddy.

Billy Batson has posed:
Billy Batson says, "That's up to you. But you can trust her. I trust her with my life. Also as you can see... she is neither imaginary, or Canadian. You owe me an apology, bro. I... suppose once you know one of us you know us all. Thunderbolt's friend knew I was Billy. But I rather you and M... my sister decide for yourselves to confirm." He suddenly thinks he will be quite embarrassed if Sunny has Canadian relatives. Her father was particularly polite. He moves closer and slips an arm around her waist, further vetting her. Confirmation was important to knowing a Shazam. Even if you thought you knew... they had the World's greatest disguises.

Freddy Freeman has posed:
A warm look from the almost-always-smiling Pantheon falls on Sunny. His voice has a gentle richness to it. "A friend of Billy's is a friend of mine," he intones almost reverently. One can easily sense how much he looks up to his brother.

Stepping backwards about ten to twelve feet out of courtesy -- the transformation can be loud and messy -- Pantheon's sparkling eyes looks back and forth between Billy and Sunny. Then he draws in a breath and speaks the word: "SHAZAM!"

Although it happens in an instant, there is a strange sense of pause and slowness as the lightning bolt from the heavens strikes Pantheon at no less than the speed of light. Most find he glare and radiance of the strike to be visually overwhelming. And there is also the energy release, which whips up sand everywhere. But as the dust settles (literally), there stands a scrawny young man in a-size-too-large hand-me-downs, holding a metallic crutch in his left hand, his hair mussed and wild...and yet there is that irrevocable smile still on his face that shows how deeply this young man drinks from life despite his disability.

He crutches his way forward again. "Hey!" he says to Sunny. "I'm Freddy."

Sunny Harlow has posed:
Oh! So they -do- say the same words. That's neat!

Instinctively shielding her eyes from the explosion of lightning even if Pantheon had been nice enough to back up. Though she did take long enough to mouth 'Canadian?' at Billy questioningly. Her relatives were rather further away than that!

Freddy's reveal brings a blink, but it wasn't a rude one. Instead she smiles and lifts a hand, a little wave given with a bright smile and a little laugh. "I'm Sunny. Nice to meet you properly Freddy."

Billy Batson has posed:
Billy Batson retains the hug. Freddy's lightning, doesn't really daze or confuse him. It's his own after all. He gets a contact tingle from it. "Sunny is a student at ESU. I'm going to be a bum for a year... though my show is making money and you can opt back in, Junior. I'm trying to help Sunny monetize some of her hobbies at present. I would luuuurrrrv her on the Magic Word at some point." He looks at her in mock seriousness, "I have discovered having a beautiful woman on increases my ratings and donations. Go figure." He sage nods.

Freddy Freeman has posed:
"Psh," Freddy opines. "She ain't as beautiful as you, bro." And just like that, Sunny is accepted by Freddy into the pack. You can always tell the people Freddy likes the most because he breaks their balls. If his mischievous grin and playful sparkle in his hazel eyes isn't enough to show he's goofin', he gives Billy's leg a playful whap with his cane.

"Hell yeah, I want back in." He suddenly switches to a dorky, playful, 'official' tone of voice: "Oh, I'm sorry, I would like to *opt* back in. I could submit my request at the next board meeting."

Back to Sunny. "But seriously, Sunny, you're havin' a good influence on Billy. He's..." Freddy shrugs one shoulder as he thinks about this for a moment. "...happier." Joking and ball-breaking aside, it's clear that Freddy loves the hell out of his brother.

Sunny Harlow has posed:
"I'm majoring in fashion and design," Sunny offers a little chuckle lightly, perhaps unaware he'd been shown the picture of her last halloween costume. "Beyond that? I wait on tables down at Joe's Diner." Still, she'd say more, but the two move to their own discussion and she was simply happy to listen until Freddy makes his comment and she offers a flustered smile. "I'm glad."

She couldn't really offer more insight, at least while keeping her own super identity quiet.

Billy Batson has posed:
Billy Batson punches Freddy's arm. Not the one holding the crutch. "She has a good influence on everyone and makes everyone happy. Sunny is a great name for her. She makes everything brighter. You'll see." He nods to Sunny thinking to include her more. "Uhm, I showed him the Halloween picture. I'm sorry if that was inappropriate but it was so beautiful. Also I lost most of my pictures on my phone when I wrecked it. That was on my laptop. Uhm... could Freddy take a picture of us? I think he knows how to work a camera..." Wink at Freddy. "I mean he figured out flying way faster than me."

Freddy Freeman has posed:
Freddy oohs as he slides his phone out of his front pants pocket. It's an iPhone that he bought second-hand from a pawn shop. It's four or so models out of date, but it works great despite being a little beat up. "Yeah I'd be glad to get a pic of you guys!"

He isn't going to take a picture unless both parties agree, but he's too antsy and playful to stand still for two frickin' seconds, so he starts mock snapping pictures. "Okay you guys are badgers! Show me badgers digging in the dirt" Play-snap. Play-snap. Play-snap. "Good, good! Now Sunny you're giant space lobster and Billy's head is full of sweet, sweet brains, which are your people's only food source!"

Sunny Harlow has posed:
"Wait, the one where I hadn't done the skirt yet and it w-..." Sunny begins only to go a little red and clear her throat. "Uh, as first impressions go that's only slightly more bad than your parents finding me hiding at your place in my uniform..." she muses aloud before Billy's request earns a roll of her eyes.

Still, she wasn't going to refuse, after all it seemed to have put Billy back in a good mood!

Billy Batson has posed:
Billy Batson gives Sunny a very tender hug. There would be sparkles in his eyes if this was a cmic book. Big hearts in a manga. No nose bleeds please. "No hun. It was the version you wore walking around in the Halloween parade! You knew I was taking the picture," he whispers to her. "Though I might have saved that other picture too. I lost the one of us cuddling... shutting up." The rolling of eyes gets her a peck on the cheek. That is honestly becoming a conditioned reflex with him. She rolls her eyes and he gets insecure and gives her a peck.

Freddy Freeman has posed:
Freddy actually seems to have decent eye for "the moment," and he snaps a couple of nice pictures. He forwards them to Billy's phone then slides his own back in his pocket.

"People were lookin' all around for you, Mr. Invisible," Freddy quips. "Is everything cool? Did you come here to brood?" He flashes Sunny a crinkle-nosed grin to reassure her that's just goofin' with his brother. "Is this like your version of Batman on a gargoyle high above Gotham City on a cloudless, full moon night?"

Sunny Harlow has posed:
"OH!" Sunny offers before blinking, admitting the other picture having her immediately blushing if nothing else before she looks back between the pair, shrugging her shoulders with a little chuckle at the comment. "Completely. He was having his melancholy moment."

Billy Batson has posed:
Billy Batson rests his chin on her shoulder and unconsciously a bit if his weight on her. "She was nursing me back to happy. I was giving her the I-was-a-mistake story from the Wizard's rant. I... she... you see what I mean. Anyway. I want to give her your number so if I'm missing you guys could triangulize or whatever." He turns back at Sunny. "How about a little kiss for the picture? Pretend I didn't say anything stupid for a while?"

Freddy Freeman has posed:
With a little nasal snort, Freddy starts pacing around with his crutch. He's not a stand-still-for-long type. "She has no idea where that mouth as been," he quips.

"So, Sunny, I'm really glad to have finally met you in person. But now I can't tease Billy about having a made-up girlfriend." His eyes twinkle playfully.

"Anyway, you guys, now that I have verified that Billy isn't help captive in some villain's lair, I really do gotta go. I promised to help mom with cleaning the house today."

The young ball of energy subsequently Shazams and flies off for home!
