Synopsis: Billy meets Wally and... well he meets Wally!
Cast of Characters: Billy Batson, Wally West

Billy Batson has posed:
Shazam had a strategy to find the Flash. Or was Wally just Flash? Anyway he decided to fly around Metropolis, spiraling out fro Titans' Tower. The plan failed of course. Flash or the Flash was standing on the roof. A little miffed at his brilliance being merely in theory. Billy flew around and made a landing sort of motion to ask permission. Then he remembered the ear bud Alura In-Ze gave him and he used that.

"Hi there. Hello. It's Shazam. I'd like to land and speak to Flash please. This a personal matter and not like Brainiac or a giant monster. Waiting for your okay to land." He stops flying and stands in mid air.

Wally West has posed:
*Munchmunchmunch.*

Wally West, THE Flash, was sitting on the roof of the giant T-shaped tower. He was in his full suit, colored dominantly red with silver accents, mostly to differentiate himself from Barry Allen and Jay Garrick before him.

He lifts his eyes to Shazam as the hero requests permission to land and Wally gives him a thumbs up, the other hand gripping his chicken chalupa greedily. It's lunch time!

Billy Batson has posed:
Shazam flies over and lands near where Flash is sitting. His stomach gives a little grumble. "Hey thanks for letting me land. I didn't mean to interrupt your lunch. I wanted to talk to you about Irie. I'm a friend of hers and she joined my group... which I guess is the Shazam Group. Not just for Shazams. Do you have a minute?"

Wally West has posed:
*Munchmunch.*

"Oh, sure thing man."

Wally shrugs his shoulders lightly and Shazam claims himself as a friend of Irie's - his daughter - who has recently joined his group. "Good to know she's out and making friends." Wally says with an amused look on his face.

"I had like a thousand minutes lately. But sure, if you want to sit for a minute. Here, have some fries." Ge slides a packet of French fries over Shazam's way. "Talk and eat."

Billy Batson has posed:
Shazamtakes a couple fries with a thank you. He chews thoughtfully. Then he says, "I want you to wait till I'm finished before you get angry. See your Green Lantern is already a little suspicious of me. I couldn't just explain things to him. You'll get the full explanation. See, I'm dating Irie. Now I've known her for a few years. I think you were there when we met at that school trip to the Community pool? See, I'm also Billy Batson, the guy who gave her swimming lessons. Shazam!"

And like that, he is. He continues talking.

"Anyway, I couldn't explain this to Gee-Ell, we were on the Moon. I'd die. But I'm about the same age as Irie... or so I thought. Gee-Ell told me she was actually 12, I confronted Irie about this and she said she was actually eight, and had no idea where he got that inflated figure. But she said it was OK, she was a functioning 18 year old. But..."

Wally West has posed:
"You're what now?"

This grown man is dating his daughter? Hah! That'll be the day. "Look dude-" And just as Wally is starting to get riled up, Billy tells him to please wait for the whole story. Wally sets down his meal and turns to look towards him, crossing his arms in front of him.

'Shazam!'

It might be near instant for Billy, but Wally can count to 100 before that lightning bolt hits. He doesn't seem to jump, but imagine his surprise when he notices the 30 year old man is actually...a kid?

"Yeah, Irie's speed has made her probe to aging problems, but she's still younger than you. A LOT younger." He points at Billy for a moment, before he sighs. "Ugh, Irie...."

"Look, she has the mental faculty and maturity for her apparent age. I'm not going to make her wait nine years to date. But no funny business."

He tries to poke Billy in the chest. "Got me? She's from the future, but that little girl is /my/ little girl."

Billy Batson has posed:
Shazam says softly, "Yeah... the rapid aging explained a lot to me. The shyness, the near constant amazement because she sees a lot for the first time, the fact that at school and here from what I've seen everyone treats her like the baby. I'd never take advantage of that. I think she's great and I'd never hurt her... anyway, Shazam is looking after your little girl now as well. In fact several Shazams. I think she wants to play Dungeons and Dragons with my sister." A little lightning arcs between Shazam's chest and Wally's finger. He doesn't really feel the poke.

"I just figured, I should tell her dad. Clear up any misunderstandings. She's been through a lot. Obviously, I can sympathize about the age shift thing. And, I've been through the foster family system so I know what it's like to look for a place you belong. I'm glad she found all of us. Well thanks for giving me a break. If you want to meet my family... I'll set something up. My mom loves to cook Mexican."

Shazam waves and lifts off. He flies off towards New York.

Wally West has posed:
Wally's finger 'thunks' on Shazam's chest. Though Wally doesn't seem to mind. There's plenty of people in the Titans who have super strength, including his crush. He stands his ground though, staring Shazam down like he's on death row.

"Mhm. Can have all the power in the world and all it takes is one mistake. Don't get lax just because someone else is doing your job." Wally is cracking no jokes. No big smile.

He's serious, which means he's well aware of how important this situation is.

Before Wally can answer about meeting Billy's family, Shazam is taking off to the sky.

He pinches the bridge of his nose.

"Okay..." Hd cracks his knuckles. The city still needs a Flash and break time is over. Time to run.

In less than the blink of an eye, Wally is gone, a streak of lightning that moves too quickly to be seen clearly.
