- Emma Frost has posed:
It's a quiet, cool fall day and Emma has requested that Marie-Ange meet her. She's set out a tray of the girl's favorite chocolates and other favored treats and wines. She's also got some of what she thinks are Marie-Ange's favorite vinyard of strawberries dripped in chocolate. She's setting up to very wantonly bribe the girl.
- Marie-Ange Colbert has posed:
Rare is the day that Marie-Ange Colbert would deny an invitation to meet with a friend. Today is not one of the exceptions to the rule; so when her presence was requested, she started making her way to Frost Enterprises as quickly as she could. Dressed in a light yellow sundress, complete with an oversized white hat, she makes her arrival in the normal demure manner. Stepping into the office, and dipping down into a curtsey. "Madame Frost. It is good to see you once again. All has been well, oui?"
- Emma Frost has posed:
Emma Frost would smile, "Yes dear, with the latest crisis being resolved.. We have at least a little downtime until the next one rears it's head. You k now how things go." She would settle back while reaching up to squeeze Marie-Ange's shoulder reassuringly. "Such is the way of the world, unfortunate as it is. Please, do sit."
- Marie-Ange Colbert has posed:
"That is certainly good to hear. I would have loved to lend more aid... but fear I have had to tend to matters at home first." Marie replies, stepping over to the table to take a seat -- and yes, she goes right for the strawberries. "It is a most different..." She pauses, creasing her forehead for a moment as she debates the right word. "...perspective? But one that is proving to be most pleasant as well."
- Emma Frost has posed:
Emma Frost would nod, "Of course darling. You're tending to your new home, and getting settled in with your significant other. That of course takes precedence. Your aid is always appreciated. But you are allowed your own life and your own journey." She would smile. "And it's a good journey for you. And experience. One that shall be rough, but bring happiness. All love brings iwth it pain and pleasure."
- Marie-Ange Colbert has posed:
Marie bobs her head once in a little nod, "Oui Madame, and I must say... thusfar it has been a rather marvelous experience. Living with Mary has been everything I'd hoped when I agreed to it." The unrelenting smile on her lips definitely suggests as much. "The outside brings new challenges, of course... and new enemies alike, but. When we stand united, I fear none."
- Emma Frost has posed:
Emma Frost would smile, "Yes. Together youa re stronger than you are apart. It is something you will both learn together. Remember it will not be easy. You will have times you will fight, not get along, or not understand the other. All relationships are that way. That is their nature. It is your strengths when you work things through and resolve them together."
