Emma Frost has posed:
It's sometime around Christmas, and the two very busy women have gone to set some time aside for one another. Emma Frost is waiting up in her penthouse, a small package on a table, her having a goblet of wine to the side and some freshly catered things.

Karen Starr has posed:
    Surprisingly, perhaps, the normally-practical, not-known-for-showing-her-emotions is into Christmas. She enters the penthouse from the elevator, wearing a fur-trimmed red dress and a Christmas cap, and carrying a bag. She grins as she sees Emma. "Merry Christmas!"

Emma Frost has posed:
Emma Frost would smile, "Hello there Karen! It's a pleasure. It's been far too long. And I do love the outfit. I'm glad that this is a special holiday for you." Karen is let in and Emma gives her a gentle kiss on her cheek. "So what is your particular vice on this eve? Movies? Caroling?"

Karen Starr has posed:
    Karen does not go with the gentle or subtle here, she scoops Emma up into a kiss, easily lifting the other blonde to plant one on her. "THIS is one of the few things that it's traditional all the way. I have chestnuts, I have eggnog, I have as much Christmas as I can fit into a bag. I'm sure you can put some Christmas music on this expensive sound system.

Emma Frost has posed:
Emma Frost would laugh, getting herself lifted and twirled over and returning the deep kiss. "Then it sounds like we're in for a lovely night, darling. I do adore the company. It's been too long since I've had someone to spend it with. This holiday is special." Her pulling herself in tight to the powerful woman. "And yes, I do."

Karen Starr has posed:
    Karen gently places Emma down. "Good. Then I'm going to start these chestnuts roasting in your firepl...do you HAVE a fireplace in here?" She looks around as she considers it. "If not, I can use your kitchen."

Emma Frost has posed:
Emma Frost would let herself slide down, "I have a gas powered one. It doesn't quite fit in with the styling here and wood makes quite a mess on the carpet. If that doesn't suffice, then the kitchen is fine. I'm good wtih whatever you feel fits." Her eyes sparkle with delight

Karen Starr has posed:
    "Mmm. Kitchen. I don't want to meddle with gas. Come on." She gestures. "What did your family do for the holidays?" Karen starts to move out that way, taking out a bottle of eggnog, and a bag of chestnuts.

Emma Frost has posed:
Emma Frost would let herself be lead into the kitchen, her arm about Karen's waist. "Nothing really." The look on her face indicates a great deal of painful memories.
