*Another Universe, 1955: Kara Zor-L is born on the planet Krypton.

*Another Universe, 1955: Krypton explodes, Kara Zor-L is rocketed in an experimental Symbioship designed to keep her in stasis and provide a virtual Kryptonian reality to educate her, resulting in a slower aging process, at the expense of the speed of the ship.

*Another Universe, 2001: Kara Zor-L arrives on Earth, and is greeted by her cousin Kal-L, now known as Superman. Because of the Symbioship, Kara's aging was slowed, and she has only aged 16 years.

*Another Universe, 2002: Kara Zor-L takes up the name of Kara Kent and the mantle of Supergirl.

*Another Universe, 2019: After 17 years of living as Supergirl, Kara Zor-L arrives in this Universe as a refugee from the death of her own.

*This Universe, 2019: Kara Zor-L uses knowledge of the parallel Earth's history to amass resources and craft an identity, Karen Starr, founding Starrware Enterprises

Personality:
Brash and aggressive, Power Girl is as bombastic in personality as her figure would lead others to believe. She isn't exactly the type to punch first and ask questions second, but she isn't exactly slow-tempered, either. She's strong and invulnerable, and she knows it. Worse still, she is clever and cunning enough to ply it better than most.

Much of this, however, is something of a front. While Power Girl is seen as hot-headed and selfish, the truth is that she directly wants to help people as best she can. When using her powers, she is not afraid to do everything she can to end conflicts quickly with as little damage to people and property as possible.

Flight:
Power Girl is capable of supersonic, and near-if-not superlight speeds with flight. She can traverse the planet in minutes, and outside of an atmosphere, can traverse solar systems and galaxies in dizzyingly fast times.

Heat Vision:
Power Girl can shoot really, really intense lasers, right from her eyes. She is capable of honing them down to a razor point for pinpoint accuracy, or widening the beams to cover entire streets, or more, if she wishes. She can make them hot enough to instantly cut insanely tough materials, or mild enough to make a cold room warm for a while. By altering the beams, she can make them out of visible light or invisible light, thus allowing her some measure of secrecy and... Well, coolness factor.

Invulnerability:
Almost impossible to harm, Power Girl can tank through just about everything. Extreme temperatures, high and low pressures, bullets, sharp sticks, it doesn't necessarily matter: When you consider a relaxing trip to the center of a burning star to be a typical spa day, it takes a hell of a lot more pierce your flesh.

Longevity:
Under the light of a yellow star, Power Girl's aging is extremely slow. While not literally ageless, Power Girl will be in her prime for a very, very, very long time- and despite being technically in her 60s, she only looks like she's in her mid-30s, a fact that isn't going to change anytime soon.

Solar Absorption:
As with all Kryptonians, Power Girl takes in solar radiation to fuel herself and her powers. She is fueled by the yellow light of our sun and others like it, and while fueled, is capable of all of her incredible feats. In addition, she doesn't necessarily need to subsist the same way humans do, and the more solar radiation she absorbs, the more powerful she gets, and the greater her possible feats.

Speed:
Similar to her ability to fly, though Power Girl is far from the fastest woman alive, she is still every bit as fast running as she is in flight, though she has to take much more care when doing so as the environment around her is threatened by her doing so.

Super Breath:
Power Girl is, not to mince words, good with her mouth. Or, rather, her lungs. An extension of her super strength, she can draw in air and expel it with hurricane force, or use it to freeze opponents with impunity.

Super Senses:
She can see everything. Or, almost. From the microscopic world, to seeing through most walls, to hearing things on the other side of the planet or farther, PG has impossibly acute senses. She can see the DNA in your cells, can taste your steak better than you can, and can identify the ingredients in your perfume by smell alone. There is one limitation, however. Specifically, on her sight: She is incapable of seeing through the material Lead, or other sufficiently dense material.

Super Strength:
One of a Kryptonian's most powerful abilities is super strength. She is able to easily throw several tons without effort, in addition to other heroic feats such as stopping speeding trains, shove rockets or astroids away from hitting earth, and similar extreme feats of astonishing strength. She is slightly stronger than she can take in hits, meaning that direct fights with other Kryptonians do eventually end with one being beaten to a pulp. Power Girl has an extreme level of finesse with her strength, being able to catch a fly without harming it, or act completely human, at need, and has no fear of accidentally hurting someone (at least while in her right mind).

Combat Prowess:
A career as a superheroine will train you enough, but Power Girl has received a good deal more than that. Technique-wise she may not be a top martial artist, but she is surprisingly skilled at hand to hand combat, as if she'd learned from some incredibly proficient masters.

Genius-Level Intellect:
Though nowhere near the smartest being in the world, Power Girl can and has mastered every subject she's needed to. Most of it comes from the superior nature of Kryptonian minds, and the comprehensive nature of Kryptonian education. While there is no telling what she could do with proper study, she has so far mastered computer science and business science in record time, allowing her an untold understanding of technology both humand and otherwise, and making her a rising star in the business world.

As CEO of Starrware, Karen Starr controls an incredible amount of wealth and scientific resources. She is unlikely to want for money, and their experiments allow her to adapt in ways that others cannot.

Kryptonite:
All Kryptonians have something to fear from the remains of their dead planet, and that includes Power Girl. Though the effects vary by color of rock, the most common is the poisonous, if not deadly, Green. In its presence, Power Girl's powers start to wane, and if left unchecked, its radiation can kill.

Magic:
Simply put, Kryptonian physiology reacts to magic like humans do. Magical blasts are more effective than their non-magical counterparts, and magical blades are incredibly capable at piercing her flesh, among other dangers. However, it is important to note that these measures are physiological- and the theater of the mind is a different thing altogether.

Secret Identity:
Power Girl cultivates relationships just like any other person. There are a number of people around her- an entire corporation's worth, in fact- that she cares deeply about and doesn't want to see harmed. Therefore, the protection of her identity is paramount.

Solar Radiation:
Without the light of a yellow or blue star, Power Girl will eventually run out of the juice that fuels her powers, thus rendering her completely normal until she can absorb more. In addition the light of a red star will completely nullify her powers while she's in its gaze, and until she leaves it, she'd be basically human.

On the Watchtower, Diana (and Jumpa) fight off several members of the guard and ultimately captures Magique, the illusion-caster who had been giving them so much trouble. And Karen gets her payback against Xenith, leading her away from the moon and closer to the sun, tiring her opponent as she grows stronger herself, until she can deliver a final blow. One by one, the remaining Imperial Guard begin to surrender, only for Ambassador Shakari to deliver a final threat by hologram. Factionalism and fracture seems to split the Shi'ar, as a Galaxy away, another struggle nears its own conclusion.

The battle sprawls across the moon and space, almost threatening to destroy the former as Kryptonians and Strontians trade mountain-cracking blows. In the end, Superman calls a retreat, and with the aid of the Brotherhood, the Justice League regroups on Asteroid M rather than seeing the Watchtower or the whole moon destroyed. Now both sides lick their wounds, the Leage looking to reclaim their home and drive off these invaders, while the Shi'ar begin their hunt for the Phoenix.

War of Worlds Pt 1	May 26th, 2020	Mongul's Warworld entered Sol at the far reaches of the solar system and a force of Earth's Mightest Heroes flew out to Jupiter to face him. The massive weapon on the plantoid station was destroyed, but at great cost to the heroes. General Zod, the Kryptonian warlord responsible for the first Alien Alliance that attacked Earth, revealed himself as the driving figure behind the invsaion. With Superman in their clutches, Power Girl lost in Warworld, and Thor unconscious, the heroes rush back to Earth to ready the planets defenses. The War of Worlds has begun.
