Cast of Characters: Megan Gwynn, Abraham Murray, Caleb Dykstra

Megan Gwynn has posed:
A cool wintry evening finds the sweet water lake a bustle with ice skaters this evening. It's a bit chilly tonight with a fresh fall of snow, but for winter fans, it's a beautiful, picturesque night for skating. With the trade off of cold of course there are fewer people out here tonight, which suits the pink haired faerie just fine. Bundled up in a green wool pea coat with a matching hat scarves and gloves, her iridescent wings glitter with snow as she spins and twirls on the ice, laughing with glee.

Abraham Murray has posed:
Though it's cold out, the young man in the camo jacket and big backpack doesn't seem bothered by it as he trudges through the woods towards the sound of merriment. When he spots the folks ice skating, Abe watches quietly as he slowly approaches. As he gets to the edge of the lake he stands still, still eyeing the people out enjoying themselves, the kid kind of stops moving. He just starts standing still with his big backpack still on. Mostly, he just looks kind of awkwardly curious. When his eyes fall on the faerie woman he gulps once, deep in his throat, and seems transfixed by her appearance.

Megan Gwynn has posed:
A gaggle of kids come swarming in around the faerie, oohing and aaahing at her wings. Unfortunately they get in too close and she panicked, losing her balance. "Ack!" she flails and suddenly the area is clouded in pixie dust everywhere...But..The usually cute, harmless pink dust for some reason sprinkles bright red this time and the kids scream as if in fear, turning and fleeing, bumping into each other in confusion.

The pink haired girl blinks in surprise, stumbling to pick herself up from the slippery ice. "Huh..Wha...?"

Abraham Murray has posed:
When the young woman goes down and emits some sort of dust Abe finds himself moving in her direction. His boots seem to have decent traction on the ice, though he does kind of take his time. "Is everything okay?" he calls out towards the folks finding themselves suddenly running away. The red stuff in the air is eyed warily, but the girl with the wings still seems to be in the middle of it. "Are you hurt? Do you know what that stuff is?" His expression is mixed fear and concern, but the kid seems determined to get there in case someone needs help.

Megan Gwynn has posed:
Megan Gwynn blinks as he comes near, waving her arms at him. "Careful, don't breathe it in! I dunno what's going on but.." people around her keep screaming and pointing at her, shouting 'demon!' a few of them start throwing throwing snowballs at her and she flinched, backing away. "No, stop!"

Abraham Murray has posed:
When told to be careful Abe freezes in place. As soon as he hears the word 'demon' his face goes pale and he speaks seriously, "Wait. Are you a demon?" He gets a focused sort of look on his face, frowning deeply. The folks throwing snowballs get his attention next. He eyes them for a second before saying, "I don't think she's a demon, folks. Can we talk about this?"

Caleb Dykstra has posed:
Caleb is about for a nightly stroll, when he starts to hear shouts of the word 'demon'. Against his better judgement - he's no hero -, he decides to investigate what the commotion is all about.

And, upon reaching the destination, he stumbles upon Megan, a familiar face, being thrown snowballs by people. "Okay, enough!", he says in a commanding voice, "That girl is no demon! What is wrong with you people??"

Megan Gwynn has posed:
The red dust has settled by now but it's only been a couple of minutes. The small mob continues to yell and point and accuse, continuing to throw snowballs at the poor girl. "Are you blind? Can't you see those hideous bat wings? The red eyes? Those vicious claws? She's a mobster! Leave our children alone!"

Megan groans, climbing fully to her feet. "No! I'm not a demon..But that hallucinogenic faerie dust I accidently shook on them is.."

"Dont listen to her, it's a trick!" another angry mobster hurls a very large snowball in her face and she yells, stumbling back on her butt again. Trying to flee on skates from an angry mob in the dead of winter is not easy or fun..

Abraham Murray has posed:
"Oh no," Abe says, seemingly to himself, as he sees Megan struggling to get up and get away. He plods forward on the ice, doing his best to make sure he doesn't go down and relying on his boots' traction to keep him moving. As he approaches the woman he asks, "Can I help you?" He extends a hand towards her before looking over at the jerks throwing snowballs and frowning in their direction. "I think we should try to get out of here." The big backpack doesn't seem to slow him down much, either. He's probably spent a lot of time with it on his back. The other person yelling at the bullies gets a nod from Abe.

Megan Gwynn has posed:
Megan Gwynn's eyes narrow, and in the darkness they actually do look a little eerie, being brilliant Marroon and all..And what about those long pointy ears? Perhaps she really is a demon. "If they don't stop soon..." she backs away, wings flattened against her back, teeth gritted in annoyance. These humans are making her mad! But she's not supposed to attack them and she doesn't want to draw anymore attention to herself.

"Geez, just can't let me enjoy a night to myself, can you? Fine!! Sihal Novarum Chinoth!" a brilliant glowing pink portal appears between herself and the demon fearing humans. "Welcome to hell, loves. This way, please!" he sweeps her hands in a welcoming gesture towards the portal. Hey! may as well play up their fears right? And of course that's the+last straw. These people don't want to be sucked into an evil demon portal and they scream and flee, leaving a defiant if slightly bruised Megan cackling after them. "And don't bother coming back!"

Abraham Murray has posed:
When the portal pops up Abe locks in place again, then turns to look at Megan and sort of just openly stares at her. "Well." That's a word, at least. He seems to be trying to make more, "Um. Hmm." A glance is then given to the fleeing people before the kid takes a deep breath. Words manage to come out, albeit slowly, "I don't know what to do." It almost sounds like he's asking a question when he says that. He just stands still on the ice for a bit as his brain processes things.

Caleb Dykstra has posed:
As Caleb is approaching in defense of the faerie girl, he watches the events unfolding. Needless to say, once he reaches her his opinion has changed.

"Okay, stop that!", Caleb exclaims. "They called you a demon, and the last thing you need to do is prove them right!"

Megan Gwynn has posed:
Megan Gwynn rolls her eyes, "Would you rather I fight em instead?" she snaps her fingers with a sigh and the portal vanishes. "Well at least it worked." she nods to Abraham, "Thanks for your concern, like I said, the faerie dust usually makes them see happy fluffy things..I dunno what happened this time though.." she sighs, "Should wear off soon though."

Caleb Dykstra has posed:
"Well, it looked like this time they seemed...", Caleb observes, "...Afraid." He points at the location they were at, "They were trying to ward you off, drive you away." Looking back to Megan, "Maybe that dust of yours can spark emotions, not unlike this guy back in Gotham, called Scarecrow, who uses a gas to spark fear in his victims."

Abraham Murray has posed:
"Okay," Abe says to Megan with a nod. "Are you hurt, or anything? I've got a first aid kit in my backpack." He looks like he's about to unbuckle the strap across his chest when he seems to think better of it, "Should we get off of the ice?" Then a brief pause, "Should we leave before the cops show up? I'm going to leave." He starts walking off of the ice, "Have a nice day, you two."

Megan Gwynn has posed:
Megan Gwynn frowns, "Like I said, it usually gives them calming emotions...I dunno what went wrong but.." she shrugs at Abe, "I'm okay thanks. But probably best to leave before they come back with cops or something. The dust will have worn off by now though." she groans, "So much for a fun night out..Guess its home time." and with that she spreads her wings and starts to hover in the air. "See y'all around!" and with that she flutters off into the sky, leaving a trail of pink pixie dust behind her. Thankfully no more of the more harmful red stuff.

Caleb Dykstra has posed:
"Okay, then." It seems eveything is alright, little harm is done. "I guess I'll see you around sometime soon", he says, as the pixie dust is left in her wake.

And, when he looks back down, there are unicorns prancing! "Aaah... I see, now..."
