Synopsis:	Storm, Gambit, and Monet enjoy the snow with Penance.

Monet St. Croix has posed:
It's currently sometime in the middle afternoon. It's cold outside, and there's a layer of snow and ice. Currently Monet St. Croix is in there watching a younger (?) girl that is playing in the snow. Said girl has ruby red skin and a body made of edges. In the very literal sense, every bit of her a spike. Long bladed hair going down to the middle of her back, long blades for fingers.. She's wearing a black leather outfit consisting of straps that's mostly designed to make sure the blades of her don't risk coming into contact with anyone or anything. Monet is speaking softly to her. "Come, I'll take you two for hot chocolate afterwords." Two?

Ororo Munroe has posed:
Ro comes striding into the garden with a confident but unobtrusive gait. Though she is wont to move barefoot through the garden and be in direct contact with things that grow, she is instead dressed for the weather with a snug pair of jeans, some tan work boots, and a snug black winter jacket.

The stormstress smiles when she sees Monet interacting with the mutant child. "Hello," she says, her voice one part soft and one part electric. "Is everyone keeping warm?"

Remy LeBeau has posed:
     For his part, Remy comes walking up the side of the house from the direction of where the garages are. He's bundled up, the Louisianan trying his best to keep warm by wearing layers of clothes under his trademark jacket. He pauses as there are others, obviously not expecting to see anyone out, and hesitates a moment before continuing forward. "Dames," he acknowledges with a dip of his head, casting a glance towards Penance as well.

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would smile over, "Hello Ms. Munroe, I am well. I'm not sure if you've met my sisters." The ruby clad figure is currently using her very, very long claws to carefully curl up some very small pieces of snow with precision, working at assembling them into a snowman with an almost sculpture-like quality.

"Nicole and Claudette." Penance's head would turn over her shoulder to look at Ororo and then at Remy.

Monet would add, "Mister LeBeau, a pleasure."

Ororo Munroe has posed:
Her smile broadens when Monet introduces her sister. Ro squats down to lower her height and says to Penance, "It's very nice to meet you both. What are you building?" If she has any issues parsing two names with one form, she shows no sign of it. Life around the mansion throws you some curve balls sometimes.

Ororo lifts a hand and finger waves to Remy as she squats down in front of Penance, and silently mouths, "Hello!"

Remy LeBeau has posed:
     "'llo, chere," he replies to Monet with a smile. "Bit colder out 'ere dan I am used to. I t'ink I prefer the sweltering heat of a nice Bayou summer over this mess. I can barely feel my fingers. De toes? Dey already done for I fear."

    He chuckles and moves over to squat down in front of Penance, removing his hand from his pocket. He shows the little girl(s) his empty hand, and then reaches behind her ear to produce a coin. "What dis doin' back dere, eh? You sneaking funds from de your big sis? Shame." He gives the girl(s) a wink, offering the coin over.

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Going to look down over at her own toes, the merged form of Penance ponders a moment. Before her claws would go over to the ground, and they would go to start rapidly slicing along, working over at taking her bladed fingers to work on carving something on the ice dextrously.

She does not direcly reply, continuing over to work on whatever it is. Monet goes to speak softly a moment later to Ororo and Remy in telepathic sadness. <<Their.. Current status leaves them deaf and mute.>>
    As Ororo goes to lean down next to Penance, the girl lets out a completely silent 'squeak' over that looks bashful - then she goes to slowly shfit over to reveal the very small figurine so far that was a small ice sculpture in progress of Ororo.

Ororo Munroe has posed:
Ororo's vibe is calm and peaceful as though she senses the child's natural shyness. She nods her head and in a soothing tone she says, "That's coming along very beautifully. My name is Miss Munroe, it's very nice to meet you." Then she winks and whispers conspiratorially, "But since we're friends, you can call me Ororo or Ro."

The stormer glances sidelong at Remy and quirks a bemused grin at one corner of her mouth. "Don't worry. If you freeze solid, we'll keep you in the freezer and thaw you out come spring."

Remy LeBeau has posed:

     Letting out a little sound of acknowledgement when Monet lets Penance's condition be known, he looks back to the child and just smiles to offer over the coin.

    Chuckling, he rises up back to stand and slips his hand back into his pocket. "Non, nobody likes frozen Cajun, let alone de frozen Cajun! Best be safe and find a nice fire to cuddle up with. It's a shame we don' know anyone dat can raise the temp up to about eighty back here." He grins at Ororo, shrugging and grinning conspiratorially.

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Penance's head is quirked over at an unusual angle then and she stays very still. Her eyes shift ever so subtly over, a sign of her notice then as she goes to look up and over very pleased. The way the light reflects off her.. Every single part of her is an edge. A blade. Penance gives a silent smile.
    Monet would tsk, "I'm sure that there are plenty of places that can be quickly unfrozen over by your presence, Mister LeBeau. It's good to have you back here on the school grounds." Even if she only knew him mostly by reputation.. "If you need help with a fire.." Storm could probably set him on one.

Ororo Munroe has posed:
Likewise, Ororo stands and she, too, tucks her hands away into pockets. "Well, sure, I probably cooooould zap up some lightning and set something on fire. But there is a, you know, entire mansion that's already warm." She winks once. "And when I was coming in I could have sworn I heard something about hot chocolate?"

Her gaze shifts down to the curiously bladed child. "Nicole and Claudette? What do you two think about some hot chocolate? I bet there are some cookies in there somewhere, too."

Monet St. Croix has posed:
There's a shift over in the position of Penance,e ven as the girl goes to take her fingered claws down to give a few quick final strikes to the figurine, which was then passed up over to Storm to take possession of. The girl seems to be gleeful at the promise of hto chocolate - even in contrast to her going along on all fours.

Monet would glance at Remy, "Or has something happened in teh Mansion we should be wary of that's made it warmer out here?" Bobby. She means Bobby.

Remy LeBeau has posed:

    Laughing, Remy shakes his head. "Non, I haven't seen Bobby since I been back. Not sure he is even still 'round at the moment to be honest. Yes, inside is warmer indeed, and I'm all in for hot chocolate."

Ororo Munroe has posed:
Ro happily takes the figurine and beams at it approvingly. "It's absolutely lovely, you two," she says with complete sincerity and a with a smile that reaches her eyes. "It's too beautiful to bring inside. It will melt." Storm looks around for a few moments and then quickly moves toward a retaining wall. "Here, she can guard the garden." She blinks a few times and then giggles. "Guard the garden. A garden guardian." Then she places the ice figure on the wall so it is overlooking the garden.

Ro falls in stride next to Remy on the way inside. "Trouble with Bobby?" she inquires curiously.

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would shake her head, "No, Ms. Munroe, merely presuming." It was always, as far as M was concerned, best to presume going into anything that it was Bobby's fault and act accordingly.
    There's a happy hop from Penance and a scamper as the young girl goes to dart ahead, heading out of the gardens and into the warmer halls along with the trio.
