Synopsis: The Reverse Flash makes it to 2024 via way of TVA tempad, but Wally and Lucky from the future are hot on his trail.
Cast of Characters: Jinx, Wally West

Jinx has posed:
With the tempad systems sabotaged Eobard Thawne aka The Reverse Flash was free to move from time location to time location using his stolen unsabotaged tempad. And he had to - because one of those TVA agents was none other than Wally West aka Savitar. Being hauled along at breakneck speeds by holding on to his belt is the luckiest of Sorcerer Supremes, Lucky, or Jinx, depending on which century you met her.

Her white gowns fluttering in the speed force behind her as she tries her level best to understand what she's witnessing. This is her first trip through the speed force and it is indescribable. So here's a description of it - a multidimensional prism curling time forwards and backwards around them as Wally runs as fast as he can.

But is it fast enough to keep up with Thawne as he moves from doorway to doorway. The orange glow of the TVA doorways echos like an endless reflection across the speed force each time he opens one and Lucky helpfully calls out, "Over there!"

Wally West has posed:
Savitar.

What the Flash would've became if....so many things went a very specific way. The wides of his hair was perfect silver, even if the top of his head was still that brilliant red hue. He wore a suit of all white with a yellow 'Flash' logo on his chest. Surprisingly enough, he manages to keep the SOrceror Supreme from being lost to the timestream, thrown into multiversal imbalance and chaos. Thankfully, Lucky hangs in there.

Others would not have been so lucky.

Yet suddenly, as they move, Savitar narrows his golden eyes as he chases after Thawne from doorway to doorway, universe to universe, timeline to timeline. "I've got him!" Wally tells Jinx with a bit of urgency. With some more speed, Savitar puts on more of the pace...

And once that orange-glow of a TVA doorway opens one mroe time? Wally tries to secure Thawne, that heart-stopper motion that can end momentum, if he's lucky enough to make the leap itself, trying to tackle Thawne through one of the doorways with Lucky in tow!

"Hold on tight!"

Jinx has posed:
It's a sickening experience to come out of the speed force. Probably not for a speedster but certainly for Lucky. She holds on as instructed as they cascade through the orange door way. Wally tackling down Thawne as Jinx's magic bursts around them trying to stop them from colliding with that -building-

The chaos is palpable and the crash epic. But nothing is destroyed save their egos. As the dust settles Lucky spies the tempad on the ground and scoops it up. She waves a hand in front of her face to clear her vision and then offers a hand up to Wally.

"...Where's Thawne?" They came all this way to catch him but now he's gone once more. "You said he wasn't powered up enough to travel through time without the tempad ... which means" He must still be in this time.

"Speaking of which. Where are we - and when are we?" She lifts up her wrist bracelet and says, "Call Troia." The device beeps back quietly and replies, "No Service Detected". She gives her wrist a shake and repeats, "Call Titans HQ..." The device casually repeats back the problem, "No Service Detected"

Wally West has posed:
For Wally, it all happens nearly in a minute. For Lucky, it was probably instantaneous.

To move that fast and to feel your existence be unmade and remade through the Speed Force is...not the most pleasant experience. But that they made it at all is a miracle in itself. Wally manages to tackle Thawne straight to the ground, only the crash was rather spectacular as cement shatters and dust lifts off o the ground, waiting to descend so it might settle.

In that moment, Wally comes to and he realizes that Thawne has gone! "Dammit." Savitar curses, looking down to Lucky in the next moment and easily gets her back up to her feet. "Gone with the wind. I can track him, /maybe/ but it'll take time. I meant what I said, Thawne is fast, but he's nowhere near fast enough to traverse between worlds and dimensions." He waits for Lucky to try and call troia...with no response. Titans HQ, no response.

A low sigh leaves his lips.

"Hey!" He calls to a random bystander. "I've been living under a rock. What year is it?"

"2024 asshole. Get with it."

Wally looks at Lucky. "Guess we're in 2024. Meaning....Thawne's going to be trying to disrupt the future timeline, most likely by targeting my younger, dumber self."

Jinx has posed:
Lucky peers at the tall tall buildings in their extremely retro design. Skyscrapers by today's standards but obnoxious phallic monstrosities by the futures standards. "2024..." She considers a moment, "2024..." She lets out a huffing sigh and then smiles, dusting down her white gowns, "You know what that means? terrible music, terrible movies, and all the pizza we can shake a stick at!"

The question of catching Thawne is not one she is too worried about. Wally grabbed her for a reason. The man is slippery and liable to make a mess where-ever he goes. A Sorcerer Supreme Surprise on your side is good to have.

"I wonder who was the Sorcerer Supreme in this time. Hm. Oh! I think I was living at the Titans Tower in this time too... which means I know a place we can crash while we figure this mess out." She takes off her bracelet and slips it in to a hidden pocket. "Aaaand you're probably right. About your younger self being dumber." She winks at her friend. "We should avoid the Titans if we can. Especially our younger selves."

Wally West has posed:
"You mean all the pizza we can eat? You know, they never really do it like 2024 anymore. It was a good year. Know how much a vintage pizza from this year will get ya?" Course, Wally wasn't immortal, but his aging was indeed slowed thanks to some subtle manipulation of time via the Speed Force and of course, TVA timey-wimeyness, but his hand lifts to stroke his beard ever so softly.

"I can't remember. It's been so long..." Though he nods. "Cool. We'll use that place to lay low. I agree that we shouldn't talk or even run into our younger selves. That's just a recipe for disaster." He looks at the Tempad.

"Think Ouroboros can start making those gen-coded?" Genetically coded, only activateable by whomever hsa the genetic biosignature. "It'd make it easier so clowns like Thawne can't use it. I can track Thawne down if he starts accessing the Speed Force, but I bet he's going to be wanting to lay low." The comment about him being dumber makes Wally sigh.

"You know, we've been friends for what feels like eternity and that will never not hurt my feelings." He smirks.

Jinx has posed:
Lucky shoulder bumps his side and offers her arm, "Come. Let us sample the local pizzarias. The moment he uses his speed force we'll have him -- however I'm not content to wait on that. I'll find some place to do some magic this time period doesn't know yet and hopefully no one will notice."

She wiggles her fingers and points down the street, "There. That place has pizza. Papa Joey's." She considers a moment and says, "Who was the Flash in this time?" That could prove to be yet another problem. The current Sorcerer Supreme might take an interesting and the current Flash might take an interesting.

"Also.. didn't Thawne come to this time before? Or.. did he come because of us tackling him? Hmm! We might have just closed some causal loop there. Mobius would be proud. You could get a promotion for this." There are no promotions in the TVA.

Wally West has posed:
Bumped in the side, Wally seems to smirk a little bit at Jinx. He looks at her arm and he just shrugs, accepting it, and he looks around at the local pizzarias. "Don't suppose you can magic us up some regular clothes and some money? We'll stick out like sore thumbs here. All it'll take is the right kind of facial recognition technology and we're boned." Wally suggests, though suddenly Jinx is pointing down the street!

"Papa Joey?" He questions softly. "Sounds like a neat place." He doesn't remember this was one of his favorites, actually. "In this time period? There were two. Barry Allen and Wally West. Course there were I think like, two Kid Flashes." Wally suggests to Jinx.

"Probably." On Thawne coming to this time before or them tackling him. He doesn't seem to give a clear answer. "We both know I'm not in this for a promotion. Gotta protect the timeline, no matter the cost." His prize? Hopefully one day returning home.

Jinx has posed:
A snap of her fingers and white power leaps from the snap across Wally and Lucky. Their clothing shimmer in to something akin to the local fashions based on what she's seen so far. Jeans - hoodies - sneakers. She dips her hand in to her pocket and takes out a wad of bills, "If this isn't enough I'll make some more."

She tosses the cash to Wally and makes her way in to Papa Joey's. "So we start here. We'll use one of my old stash houses as our base of operations. We're going to get your man Wally. Even if we have to side line a Flash or Supreme or three."

A kind smile. Walking that fine line is what she does. She's been the Sorcerer Supreme of Earth for three years. Just long enough to realise how little she knows but she was still the best person for the job.
