Megan Gwynn has posed:
A mild Saturday evening is a good time to scope out the Happy Harbour campus, now that Megan is seriously considering college. It's not too terribly busy on campus and she has already sent in an application, although Megan was curious to check out the campus physically to see how she felt about it. It's been a fairly quiet few weeks and while her team mates have been casually talking about their crazy adventures, she finds herself yawning boredly, caught up in nothing more than every day humdrum. Like college..

If only something *exciting* could happen..

Billy Batson has posed:
Billy Batson is not seriously considering college but he doesn't want to rule it out. Maybe some communications classes. But it is a way from Queens so he's Shazam at the moment, flying over to change behind the library like old times, when he spies a pair of rainbow wings and pink hair. Huh. Her. Shazam flies over to her and stands before her hovering. Nettie said to be nice.

Megan Gwynn mutters to herself, yawning as she sifts through the brochures she received from this college in the mail. She's about to call it a day when she hears a familiar voice that makes her hair stand on end. Well, she did ask for some action but..

But Nettie DID say to be nice. She grimaces as she peers up at him. "Oh...Hey, Shazam." she arches a wary brow, even as she tries hard to remain neutral at least. "What are you doing here, considering college? Wait, how old are you, anyway?" he sure acts like a kid, but she bites down on her lip.

Billy Batson has posed:
Billy Batson says, "I was passing by and picking up some brochures for a friend who is considering a few classes. But uhm, listen, I want to bury the hatchet. I still am not a fan of the Juggernaut... but I understand you were trying to do the right thing and I can't fault you for defending a friend. But your friend picked fights with me twice. So try to understand my side."

Megan Gwynn has posed:
Megan Gwynn arches a brow at that, "Oh..I see.." she shrugs, "It's no big deal, I mean, I was mostly doing a favor for a mutual friend...I guess I thought he was trying to turn over a new leaf and was really trying to be a good guy.." she laughs sadly, shaking her head, "Guess I didn't know either of them as well as I thought."

Billy Batson has posed:
Shazam nods and settles to a landing. "Well, people are like that. I'm sorry that happened to you. But Nettie was going to give Juggernaut a chance. She must have seen something worthwhile in him. You must think highly of people and it let's them get under your radar at times... but you only need to help one person turn their life around for it to be worthwhile."

Megan Gwynn blinks, "Oh really? She's helping him? Hah.." she laughs a bit, shaking her head in amusement. Looking like she might make a snide comment but snaps her mouth shut quickly, coughing softly. "Well..Some people learn their lessons, some don't. And some people are too trusting but that's neither here nor there. It's just water under the bridge or whatever. What I'm more concerned about right now is the here and now, has he learned his lesson or did he just out on an act around me?" she smirks, and starts to pace. "Kinda makes me wonder if any villains can ever truly change.." there is a slightly bitter note to her voice as if she's no longer talking about Juggernaut specifically.

Shazam says, "Mmm people can change. I think almost anyone can atone. I don't think he's still with Nettie. I tried warning Nettie about him and she said if he made any trouble she'd trap him in a crystal or a bottle. You know other villains? I usually just punch any I run across. I helped Kid Flash whomp the Trickster right here a while ago."

Megan Gwynn has posed:
Megan Gwynn bites, her lip, tensing visibly. "Umm...Maybe. More like..Ex-Villain..Or Two. But, ex-villains who want or wanted to change. It's not like I'm a villain, or like I go around helping villains do bad stuff, but I DO believe in second chances. I guess I just didn't realize I'd be shut out when things got too complicated..And now I'm worried but powerless to help him." she sighs, hanging her head, kicking the ground with her feet.

Billy Batson has posed:
Shazam says, "I'm sorry. He made a bad choice, walking away. Maybe he'll be back after he realizes what he threw away. So maybe we can have some tea at Nettie's sometime and compare magic notes?" He lifts off again. "I should go. I hope to see you around... take care of yourself. If you want to talk... I've had some bad break ups. Mostly my fault." He blushes a little and streaks away.
