Synopsis:	Impulse finds Phoebe hiding out on a rooftop. The two share snacks and news. Bart reminds Phoebe he will always be ready to help her.

Phoebe Beacon has posed:
    Phoebe Beacon was a scarce person to find. She had largely been hiding out at Jason Todd's place, choosing to have him 'coach' her back to normal. Other than to empty her personal items and make a brief announcement at the Roost to the Outsiders, she hadn't been seen. No patrols, no nothing.

    So tonight, she was out and about, but notably not in any patrol garb. She was sitting on a rooftop in Robbinsville, on an abandoned mansion that probably should have been torn down after the tidal wave, but the department of blighted properties just hasn't been through yet. She's wearing a thick jacket over a hoodie, as if to try and hide her identity, her face lit up by the screen of her phone.

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen is out doing a patrol. He is all over the place and though not often in Gotham on patrol, he is passing through. When he sees someone on a rooftop he stops for a moment, and takes a look to see if it is someone who needs help. When he realizes who it is, he starts to head up to her, but decides to make a side stop, and in just a moment a familiar breeze come up beside Phoebe, and beside her is a box of strawberry little debbie cakes as well as a strawberry soda. He wants to move in and hug her, but he knows how she is about touching plus no need to scare her off the roof. "Hey you."

Phoebe Beacon has posed:
    There's only three Speedsters Phoebe knows well enough to guess who it might be ,and she gives a small smile. The snack cakes and strawberry soda would be a dead give-away as she raises her eyes to regard Bart.

    "Hey, Impulse." she gives a small smile. "What's the good news?" she inquires, her arms wrapped around herself as she crosses her arms, as if keeping warm from the additional breeze.

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen moves to have a seat beside her, and says "Well seeing you is best news, I have had in a while. I have missed seeing you about." He offers her "How about you?"

Phoebe Beacon has posed:
    Phoebe looks up to Bart, and she tries to force a smile, but she ends up bowing her head.

    "I... ah... met another healer. He helped jumpstart my immune system, since before it was all, y'know. My magic. And my platelet count's up. But I might have a protien and vitamin D deficiency, so I have to go back to the Cave to run the labs." she states haltingly, and she tilts her head back.

    "Just sort of... taking things peice by piece. Stayed for a while at Red HOod's place."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen nods a bit to this and says "Well, if there is anything I can do to help let me know. You know, I am here for you." He does have an idea of something that might help her, but for now he waits to see what she is planning.

Phoebe Beacon has posed:
    "I don't think there's anything that could help." she replies softly, and she looks to Bart. "Idu's gone. Potato doesn't recognize me. I can only imagine what other people are even feeling around me because I just... there's..." her shoulder rises up. "Nothing there, you know? I can't feel anything."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen looks over and says "Hey your still Phoebe to me, and I am sure your other friends feel the same way. As for Idu, I am sorry hon, but with time I am sure Potato will get used to you again, your scent or something may have changed, but the your still you.

Phoebe Beacon has posed:
    "Bart... I don't know if I am still me. Or who I am without magic." Phoebe replies quietly as she turns to the Speedy one, and closes her eyes. "I haven't even seen Robbie yet. I don't know if he even k nows I'm alive. Or what happened. I've been too scared to." she admits quietly.

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen looks to her and says "Phoebe, I can understand how life is different without your magic, but tell me, would you think of me as not Bart, if I did not have my speed? Or would I still be your friend Bart, but just less annoying cause I would not be all over the place as much?" He looks to her and says "If you need time you should take it, but your powers may have added to you, but they are not everything that is you." He hmmms and says "I have always been a fan of Phoebe first, and Balm afterwards." He looks to her and seems to be pondering something,

Phoebe Beacon has posed:
    "There's never been Phoebe without it." Phoebe replies quietly, but she gives a wan smile "So this is a first. Maybe I should change my name. Or maybe just go elsewhere and start over." she gives a small smile, abd then just sort of tilts, and leans her head against Bart's shoulder.

    "You wouldn't be the same. Trying to get everything to feel right again is exhausting."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen puts his hand on her shoulder and rubs her arm lightly. "I can understand it somewhat, there has never been a Bart without the speed force, but I still think I would be me, might take some getting used to, but I would still be me." He looks to her, and says "Well, I hope you stay around and if you do decide you need some time away, I still want to be able to come visit and check in on ya."

Phoebe Beacon has posed:
    "I'll still be in GOtham. Probably. I don't think Tim wants me too far away. Jason's been keeping an eye on me during the day. Damian's been busy with research and Austin..."

    She looks out over the rooftop.


    "I'm pretty sure Austin is the reason why Phillip Cupp's in Arkham, but uh... I was dead at the time."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen nods his head a bit to this and says "Well I might not be your brother, but I want ya around too. And it aint just for the cookies." He looks over and says "I wish I could have been there to help you, I am sorry."

Phoebe Beacon has posed:
    "Bart -- I didn't expect to... you know. I didn't expect it at all." Phoebe states quietly. "Tim blames himself, I think. He wasn't there. Jason and Austin too. I don't remember much." she quietly says to the speedster, and she gives a soft snort. "Oh man, I'm going to have to do so many cookies just to send out." she jokes, "Especially if you stop by."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen grins and nods his head a bit to this and says "Well, you know I will keep ya in supplies for them." He offers with a grin. "So, you still going to work on medicine, or not sure yet?

Phoebe Beacon has posed:
    "I'm not sure yet. A lot of it hinges on if I remain with... you know. Batman." Phoebe admits, "If I'm not a Bat, or an Outsider, I don't really need the support you know? So maybe I'll travel a bit. Maybe convince Robbie to take a sabatical with me. Maybe see LA or spend a year in London. Try to reconnect with Geraldine. Stuff I was afraid to do because I was magical and had all these responsibilities." she considers, looking up to the sky.

    "Or become an artist and recluse until people tell weird stories about the lady who lives in the woods."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen looks to her, and says "Well, I am sure your still both unless you don't want to be. And I had always thought you were doing the medicale thing cause of an honest interest, not just your powers.

Phoebe Beacon has posed:
    Phoebe gives a small smile, and she shakes her head.

    "I'd wanted to be a doctor when I was little. I thought they were amazing people, treating diseases. Fighting back Death herself. They were heroes... these days though? Most of the doctors I've met are either completely evil, or they are just in it for the money. They burn out. And I don' tknow if I want that for myself, just wasting Batman's funds knowing I'd not be good enough." Phoebe gives a wry smile, looking back to Bart.

    "But,, enough about me. How's you and Emiko? the cats and snails?"

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen says, "We are doing good, not getting to spend as much time together as would like but we are still good. We both doing the hero thing and with me all over, it happens, We make sure to spend some time together every couple days even if we are busy. The animals are doing pretty good, " He hmms a bit and says "You want to come by and see Geoffry soon?""

Phoebe Beacon has posed:
    "I don't know if that's a good idea. If even familiar animals are being anxious around me, I'd hate to see what the big exotics could do." Phoebe admits, and then she hangs her head down, rinkles appearing at the bridge of her nose.

    "I'm sorry, Bart. Like I said to Con, it might take a while."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen looks over and says "Well, if you decide to, you know I will get you in, and it might be a bit easier with him, as he only saw ya on occasion not all the time, but I understand.

Phoebe Beacon has posed:
    Phoebe gives a smile, though her eyes are sad.

    "I know you're trying Bart. I know you're doing everything your brilliant brain can think of as a million miles a minute. And I appreciate it." she breathes out.

    "I'm sorry, I'm just... I'm so tired of everything. My energy levels have been so low since I got back."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen nods his head a bit and says "Welll you don't have to do anything till ya want to, and I will do anything I can to help." He offers a smile to her.
