Synopsis:	Power Girl goes to wrangle Radioactive Man and gets some lead slunk in!

Emma Frost has posed:
It's a clear early afternoon day. Cool and brisk, a wind keeping the area from feeling too fatiguing. In the streets, there's a series of armored trucks that have ground to a stop over when some street work has started. A loud series of honks go up behind them from other stopped traffic.

Karen Starr has posed:
    Power Girl sees the trucks down below. Ugh. This is more for a NYC traffic cop to solve than her, but maybe she can at least lend an assist. She glides in and will land near the front truck, looking to the driver. "Can't get through? Your convoy here is making a little bit of a wall."

Emma Frost has posed:
The driver is looking more -at- Power Girl with a stare that would definitely be something he should get his face caved in for. "Sure, we could definitely use it. Things're running behind schedule. We checked the route three times, there ain't supposed to be any constrution here." The road ahead actually doesn't look like it's having any work done, nor are there heavy vehicles about.

Karen Starr has posed:
Power Girl approaches the construction area. "I don't see any actual work going on..." She X-rays the road area, seeing if there's any obvious damage or reasons why the road would be blocked off. "I may be able to pop you up and over to the other side. We should clear this up if we can."

Emma Frost has posed:
Her X-Ray vision picks up an area of the ground that it can't penetrate at all. That's.. Odd. Only a few very specific things can block out X-Ray vision. As for why one of them would be over around the concrete ground..

Karen Starr has posed:
    Huh. "Okay, there might be something going on with the road here, enough that I don't want to mess with the construction." She tells the driver. "I can pick up your trucks and ferry them over one at a time. Sound good?"

Emma Frost has posed:
As Karen's attention is focused over on the issue of clearing traffic and figuring out what's going on.. The lead lining that had been used to block off her vision would melt. A glowing green man would jump up even as the pavement would sizzle from his presence, things flashing around him. His hands would go up and move to blast out a pulse of hazy bright YELLOW energy over at Power Girl, that if it hit would knock her back and send her flying!

Karen Starr has posed:
Power Girl isn't usually too worried about supervillain problems. It does hit her though, knocking her backwards and through the air. She skips like a stone several times on the ground before she finally gets back up. "No good deed goes unpunished." She sighs. She takes to the air, looking around at the glowing green guy. "Okay, so. Let me give you the short version. You can give up now, you can run, or I can kick your ass. Are we doing this the easy way or the hard way?" She asks, tensing up and ready this time for a superspeed dodge if she needs it.

Emma Frost has posed:
The glowing green man would hover up in midair, "The easy way if you go away now. The hard way if you interfere." His hand would go to charge up, glowing and /extremely/ potent manipulated energies, hand pulsing.. Going to aim it not over at her.. But over at the passenger compartment of the armored car, and the driver that had been enjoying the view a bit too much.

Karen Starr has posed:
Awww, man. Why can't it ever be easy. Obviously she can't let him blast this guy. So she punches it up to an extremely high speed, just under the sound barrier as she closes the distance, trying to grab greenie and immediately arc up higher into the sky. She needs to get this guy away from civilians. Obviously, if she gets the grab, she'll take him up as fast as she can.

Emma Frost has posed:
She goes to grab Greenie over in a bear hug, and goes to launch up over intot he air! He goes to struggle with her - she's definitely stronger and faster than he is. "WRetch!" His body glows, and then with her grappling him she's likely hit with a point blank blast of some heavy radiation! Presuming she doesn't release him and evade, being in contactw ith it would hurt!

Karen Starr has posed:
She grits her teeth. "Enjoy it while you can." Radiation usually isn't a problem for her except in one of two cases. If it's solar, in which case it just makes her stronger, or if it's kryptonite, which is its own problem. He seems pretty tough. Colliding with him at superspeed didn't knock him out. So, it's gonna get worse. She's going to need to decontaminate at this point. She slams her head forward, since her arms are busy bear-hugging this guy, trying to see what she can manage with a headbutt.

Emma Frost has posed:
WHAM! HE's strong and durable, but definitely not on her level. Holding on tight to him is rather painful, but nto debilitating. IT's best this fight isn't near a zoo - all the animals would start to turn into monsters from it. Her head hits his chin and a loud -THUNK- is heard as he howls in pain, trying to blast her with more and more energy while struggling!

Karen Starr has posed:
"Give up, and stand down, or we get to see if you can breathe vacuum." Power Girl tells him. Some intimidation might shortcut this.

Emma Frost has posed:
Radioactive Man struggles. But, when push comes to shove he's a pragmatic villain. His green aura goes to power down, dimming and indicative of his surrender.

Karen Starr has posed:
    "GOOD." Power Girl will actually use her comms to get ahold of the Avengers, and through them, SHIELD. This guy is going to need to be put somewhere heavy duty, and SHE will need to be decontaminated before she can be around people. This is going to ruin her night. Dammit.
