Bart Allen has posed:
Impulse has come to the sewers of Gotham with his normal costume on and a headband with a light added to it. He has raced through a bit of it, but finding it slicker here he is more at normal speeds. He seems to be looking for something and with a bit of examination of him, you might notice he has a few plastic terrariums fastened to his belt with a couple snails in them.

Phoebe Beacon has posed:
    KILLER SNAILS IN GOTHAM?
    Ordinarily not her bag, but the young Beacon is also in the sewers, wearing galoshes, a domino fashioned over her face and her hood up. She had a flashlight affixed to her jacket shoulder, and was splashing as quietly as she can while peering down the twitsts and turns of the sewer accesses.

    "Creepy enough without any tales of Killer Croc..." the girl mutters to herself quietly.

Bart Allen has posed:
Impulse looks up as he hears something and will come around to check on it. Even with it being slick he will bolt over that way the blur of red and gold moving quicker than the eye can follow. He will skid to a halt in front of Beacon "You don't look like any of the Gotham baddies I know."

Phoebe Beacon has posed:
    There was someone coming. Beacon draws back, and brings her hand up to cover her light and melt away into darkness before -- suddenly there's a young man with yellow and red. She purses her lips a moment, straightening up before she blinks, looks at herself, looks at him and goes "Well... I'm not one of the bad guys?" she ventures hesitantly.

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen studies the girl a moment and brings a hand up and pokes her softly in the forehead "Hmmm, not Clayface,,,, is he a good guy or bad guy right now, I should ask Rob about that." He hmmms and taps his chin and looks to the side and blurs away a moment and is back with a snail in a terrarium he is holding. He offers his hand it has slime on it . "Oh sorry." He turns and superspeed shakes his hand to get the slime off and turns offering it again "I'm Impulse."

Phoebe Beacon has posed:
    Bart pokes her forehead, which results in a 'hey!' from Beacon as she waves him away from poking her domino, and she just sort of blinks at him a moment.

    "Beacon. It's a pleasure." she states, and reaches to shake his hand. "What's with the snails?" she questions, motioning to the terrariums he's holding.

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen offers he a smile and says "Pets, but I have to check them before I can put them with the others, never know what kind of weird thing might find down here. I mean could run into juvenile evolved ju jitsu penguins or something down here. But there are some interesting types of snails down here, I just got to make sure, I don't bring any back that are odd or radiated.

Phoebe Beacon has posed:
    "So... you collect snails then?" she questions out of curiosity, not the most common pasttime. Or pet. She purses her lips, and then uncovers her light.

    "I'm trailing one of the men in the homeless camps I keep an eye on. They said he tried to evade a police car and ended up in the sewers nearby. You haven't seen a very confused man with a Raiders jacket, have you?"

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen hmms and says "Not, yet but I can search around if you need me to, and I just started. Robin said I have to have a pet that will stay in it's cage. Do you know Robin? The cool one that is, not the little mean kid with the swords, or the shooty one or even the old one. You know there are a lot of Robins, I mean I thought there were a lot of Flashes, why I went back to Impulse, but thinking about all the Robins so far, and the ones to come sheesh.

Phoebe Beacon has posed:
    "Ah... I've... only met the cool one so far?" she replies, rubbing the back of her head a moment. "Did some bird watching, ran accross one another, gave me a few pointers on fighting crime and helping the city -- haven't seen them since." she shrugs. "Not cool enough for them I guess, not after the business with the dinosaurs."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen hmms and says "Probably busy , he has been up to a lot, and says "Did you turn into a dino? I turned into a monkey, not this time but another time. He will hold up a finger and the blur of red and gold goes down a few chambers and the comes back "This way." He says and scoops her up and carries her down a couple hallways and then sets her down "Looks like someone went down this way."

Phoebe Beacon has posed:
    "I did not; helped someone through the pain of transformation though." she replies quietly, pretending like she did something useful.

    She pauses as he holds up a finger, and then back and forth he goes along all the chambers -- then returns, scoops her up (and she's very surprised, galoshes and all!), and carried through the sewers she's set down a couple hallways away.

    "It does look like someone's been through here..." she trails off a moment.

    "Those aren't Jimmy's boot prints though --" she stops a moment, then takes a step back.

    "There might be some Hoods down here. I don't particularly want to play with them again."
