Synopsis:	Rave and Bolo meet and learn a bit about each other. 4 bad guys are foiled. Bolo cleans up the mess. Rave goes for pizza.

Jovian Anderson has posed:
It started with a simple snatch and grab, a low level bounty that he picked up on an app after a major score just because he was in the area. It turned into a lot more than that though as the 'low level' bounty brought several friends. He would have been outmatched if he hadnt been backed up by a sudden light based arrival, who, much to his surpise cut him a little bit with a light based vulnerability he didnt know he had. Seconds after that, the thug he had been punching recovered and shot him, activating his power briefly as he turned into a shadow.

Between the two of them, the four thugs were rendered unconcious and zip tied. Bolo hadn't called the cops however, since he was still a bit ...out of it and her superspeed would have let her see his own ability, subtle as it was.

"Thanks for the assist," he put his hand behind his head awkwardly. He still hasnt upgraded his costume so its just a Motorcycle helmet with a mirrored visor and a speed suit.

Truth be told, it had been a matter of chance. Rave had been taking a 'patrol' after her last gig, a chance to enjoy the evening a little further before she settled down. Sounds of violence had lead the glowing streak of neon into the mix. The 'bluenette' speedster didn't tend to utilize more than the occasional 'stunblast' of light, actually cutting into things with lasers was a bit more lethal than the young heroine really wanted to resort to almost any time.

Skidding to a stop with the last thug tied, the girl with the glowing blue eyes and hair lifted her arms to stretch her back with a light pop. "No worries, not even worth breaking a sweat." Rave herself? She didn't exactly seem to be the classically costumed hero either...nor was she wearing a mask. Indeed, the girl in the skirt, croptop and knee-high socks looked more ready for clubbing than crimefighting.

Which was probably closer to the truth too...

Jovian Anderson didn't seem to mind the stretching at all but it is hard to read his expression through the mirrored bike helmet. He laughs self depreciatively at the breaking a sweat part, "Yeah, I really should upgrade from some basic bolos but...its what I know how to use. The light thing is really cool...." He brushes his shoulder, awed that even the stunblast could bruise him. He is thinks a moment since he knows quite a few public profiles, "It's Rave isnt it?"

Naria Shepard has posed:
Rave lowers her arms, the young woman giving a little laugh and rolling her shoulders. There's a grin on her lips as he uses her name, clearly pleased to be recognized, regardless of if it was for heroics or her music. Maybe he'd seen her social media? "Hey, if it works right? I'm not exactly some ninja-master or anything. I'm just...a neon rainbow of awesome!" A wink given, she lifts a hand as blue light dances between her fingertips. Clearly, she had the energy to match her 'energy'!

"What about you? Guessing it's not something like 'Dark Rider' or similar, right?"

Jovian Anderson definitely cocks his head a bit at shoulder rolling seeming to enjoy and encourage shoulder...movements. "Call me Bolo. And yes, I've found your music fun." He didnt often admit that kind of thing...EDM was hardly a secret service or marshal thing to be, but ....he liked it. "I...." he sighs, "I dont tell people about my powers a lot. I have family and friends that if my ID ever became public that I'm a metahuman it would...not go well for their careers. I mainly try to get by with my skills.

Naria Shepard has posed:
"Awesome!" she speaks, crossing her arms and tilting her head to the side. His explaination comes with a little nod, a frown crossing her features. "Yeah, the whole 'secret identity' thing," she speaks, even as her glowing irises settle to a little more luminescent intensity rather than the blazing torch they'd been moments ago. "I get it. It's a little easier to do when you don't 'errupt' with your powers in front of a crowd...and y'know..." she points upwards to her own glowing blue locks.

"So 'Bolo'? That's a cop thing right? You're dressed a little funny for a police officer."

Jovian Anderson says, "Yes, its an all points bulliten thing but also the name of the weapon I use. A lot of people dont pick up on that." He coughs, "I might...have been in an agency once. I'm not a cop now. The secret identiy thing can be a pain yes..." he leans forward a bit, curious at the glow in the eyes, especially the coloring."

Naria Shepard has posed:
"Well...at least you can get an easy 'anonymous tip' to pick these guys up?" Rave muses, glancing down to one restrained mook. "I mean, sometimes I do wonder if the cops have gotten to everyone I've dealt with before they've got loose or someone gets them free. But there's always next time. Most people don't give up crime after one bad night right away."

The eyes were much like her hair, a blue that faintly glowed like the neon she spoke of. Even subdued, it might leave one wondering if the girl could ever hide in the dark at all without looking like her namesake.

Jovian Anderson says, "It is...amazingly handy for information and to get the right guys arrested. Especially since I'm not powered. To them that is....prejudice...is a thing. And ..." he takes out a plastic zip tie, "use these, normal humans cant get out of them easily." He seemed fascinated by the colors from her eyes and hair but the body language was extremely subtle, mainly a tilting of his head."

Naria Shepard has posed:
"Not powered?" Rave repeats, raising an eyebrow. She couldn't see through his helmet, but the woman's own doubt was clearly on her face for a second before she shrugs and looks down to the criminals once more. "Well, if you need to go and call these guys in or something I'm kinda hungry so...I'm probably going to go find a diner or something, or a pizza joint. Running across the entire city can make a girl hungry!"
