Gabby Kinney has posed:
New York was notably one of the places that Gabby was told to stay away from for various reasons. There were other places within traveling distance though, especially when taking the hyperloop into consideration. This is what led her to coming to Metropolis to sightsee and get out of the 'house' awhile during times that Laura was off doing her own thing.

She'd seen the statue of Superman in the park. Now she'd come to downtown because that's where the next bus stop took her. It's here she pauses to stare up at the Daily Planet with it's iconic globe atop. ... And it's while she's squinting up against the light that she spots something which garners her attention enough that she feels the need to move into action. A quick dart around the side of the building doesn't lead to a heroic change of clothes, but it does give her time to clamber up on a dumpster which gives her enough height to start climbing up.

And up. And up. It's not long before people on the street catch sight of the figure climbing the building and stop to stare, point, and chatter about it. She's almost to the top, second level from the globe, when she scooches along the ledge carefully... so carefully... And comes to sit on the jutting ledge. And... that's where she's been for awhile now contemplating the best way to get DOWN now that everyone is gathered below staring.

"Didn't really think this through," she mumbles to herself.

Mary Bromfield has posed:
Mary Bromfield, brand new intern at the Daily Planet, is having a pretty good first day. Aside from Ted hazing her a bit with a coffee order (pity that she 'accidentally' mixed up the salt and sugar), it was a pretty great morning. Plus, she got to have lunch with Clark Kent, so there's definitely a Geek Nexus of Cosmic Proportions happening as she talks with him.

"... so anyway, that's why I'm not a huge fan of Curse of Strahd, it takes a gothic horror story and just turns it into a dungeon crawl. It's kinda boring. Personally, I think it'd be much better if..." And she trails off, squinting up at the Daily Planet building.

"Ah, Mis... er, Clark, is that a girl sitting on the ledge up there?"

Singularity has posed:
There are lots of interesting things in Metropolis for a visitor. Tall, shining buildings. The most modern of public transport, signs of an advanced city using the very latest in tech and designs. Futuristic buildings hinting at possible futures. It's a very optmistic city.

Also, there's a girl sitting on a building, which doesn't usually happen, but Singularity is fairly sure that that's usually a bad thing for people to be on top of buildings unless they can fly. And she doesn't have a cape. Which is required for flying people. At least a little caplet!

Thus, there's a sudden *poink* as a girl abruptly appears in front of Gabby floating in front of her. "Hello. Are. You. Okay?" the girl made of stars says in a slightly concerned but helpful tone.

Maybe this is like the kittens! They get stuck in trees. She has observed this on the Youtubes.

Clark Kent has posed:
A gasp of shock from the crowd at the base of the Planet hits Clark Kent's senses at about the same time Mary says something. "Oh, geez, Mary, I think it is!" the bulky reporter answers, shocked, from across from the intern at the café's small patio table. In fact, he's so surprised that he nearly drops his pastrami on rye, and when he notices and catches it, he happens to squeeze the sandwich in just such a way that the tomato slice goes skidding out the back and splats onto his chinos.

"Oh no," he says, expressing his dismay as tamely as ever, but standing up quickly to swat at the slimy, mayo-covered vegetable. The sudden leap out of his seat means he bumps the table with his thighs, too, splashing hot coffee all over his leg. "Oh, ow, ow, ow!" he says, dancing backward and hissing breath in through his teeth. That Clark Kent -- what a klutz!

Cringing in pain and picking the soaked fabric up away from his thigh, the reporter gives Mary an apologetic look, says, "I am so sorry -- I think I've got a spare pair of pants in my car -- here, I'll pay," drops his AmEx on the tablecloth, and lumbers awkwardly (but surprisingly quickly) away toward the Daily Planet parking lot.

America Chavez has posed:
America Chavez, however, is neither chatting with people, or flying. Instead, the hispanic young woman is sauntering down the street in her black jacket with the emblazened red star on the back, blue and white striped t-shirt, and high red shorts. Black ankle boots clop along with her footsteps as she scarfs down a New York Hot Dog.

It is not, however, the girl on the ledge that grabs her attention. At least, not at first. Because America's eyes are on the sidewalk as she munches. But, -something- draws her eyes up to the sky. It's not the people pointing, or talking about Gabby.

It's Singularity. "Whoa, ...," she mutters, nearly dropping her hotdog on the ground and forgetting it's in her hand. "...the hell?"

Gabby Kinney has posed:
Gabby Kinney is simply sitting there slowly kicking her legs back and forth. Not enough to risk upsetting her balance as she grips the edge with her hands, but enough that it helps to quell her surplus of energy while she attempts to think of how to fix this situation. Tipping her head up she peers at the giant globe... Just in time for Singularity to pop into existance in front of her snapping her attention back.

For a moment Gabby just stares. She can't not stare, because...

"OHmygosh you're full of stars!" Comes her delighted squeal of greeting and it seems she has to repress herself from bouncing. BAD idea right now. Shaking her head quickly she flashes the universal girl an unconcerned grin. "Yeah I might. I got up here okay but I didn't realize the brick evened out into stucco up here," she points out gesturing to the wall by the ledge she was at. It was smooth here, not the brickwork of below. All the better to let the supports of the globe to attach to the building. It was nearby but she was arms distance away from it.

"And down is a bit messier," she admits looking below again at the crowd. It only lasts a moment before she grins again and offers, "I'm Gabby, what's your name?"

Mary Bromfield has posed:
Mary actually looks a bit relieved as Clark leaves, murmuring, "Wow, was I lucky to be paired up with a total klutz. Poor guy." She feels a little bad for him, but hey, now he's gone and that gives /her/ the excuse she needs, slipping away from the Daily Planet cafe and ducking into a nearby alley.

And then, well, there's not a cloud in the sky, and then suddenly there's a bolt of lightning and crash of thunder! Clark might hear a distant female shout of "SHAZAM!" as Thunderbolt flies into the air, soaring around towards Gabby and...

That's when she recognizes the other girl there, "Singularity! What are you doing here?" Thunderbolt looks a bit surprised, pausing in midair.

Singularity has posed:
"Yes. I am." Singularity says cheerfully to Gabby. Stars everywhere! She hovers in place, clasping her hands behind her back as she tilts her head as she wrinkles her nose. "Yes. Messy. Please. Do not jump." she says very seriously. She looks down then back to Gabby. "You. Are. A good. Climber." she compliments her thought. It's very high for most people! She tilts her head, then reaches up to make a brush of her finger on her own face like where Gabby's marks are. "I like. Your marks." she says with a smile.

Then there's the boom of thunder causing Singularity to rotate, looking around then Mary is there. She beams. "M...Thunderbolt!" she says cheerfully, floating over to try and give the other girl a firm hug hello.

Clark Kent has posed:
WHUMPF! When Superman arrives at the ledge, it's with a rolling displacement of air from the speed with which he decelerates; as usual, he arrived as little more than a red-and-blue blur, and it's not entirely clear from where. His cape's momentum carries it outward from his body dramatically, but he stands in midair as easily as if he were on a solid ledge himself.

"Hi, miss -- can I help you with anything?" he asks, addressing Gabby first, but his baby blue eyes flick to each of the other women present with an even expression. Thunderbolt and Singularity couldn't be more clearly superpowered, but he's not familiar with them as of yet. Villains threatening or influencing the girl? Heroes, like him, here to make sure she doesn't jump? He'll wait to get a better read on the situation before intervening.

America Chavez has posed:
As more, and more, and more of the flight-driven people arrive on the scene, America just shakes his head, "Man, when they party here, they really party." She woofs down the rest of her hotdog, shoving it with her fingers down her gullet and then takes off herself, lifting off easily to join the group.

She looks to Gabby, then to Singularity - and finally to Thunderbolt, and Superman.

"Let me guess," she says, with a grin, "I missed the memo?"

Then, seeing Gabby is in capable hands with Superman, she looks to Singularity, a little more focused. "Uh. Hi. This is going to sound -really- weird. But. Are you a LIVING portal? Or," she squints, "Dimension? Because ... you certainly feel like one."

Gabby Kinney has posed:
"Oh my scars? Thanks!" Gabby responds to Singularity. Then yet another girl arrives joining Singulrity, Gabby tips her head to the side watching them greet each other in such a friendly way. If she wasn't entirely certain of their motives beforehand seeing this certainly would have put her at ease. You know, if she was tense to begin with. She starts to open her mouth just in time for a small gust of air from Superman's arrival which causes her eyes to snap to the side with a sudden urgency.

"Careful, careful!" She chides while reaching out to stretch fingertips toward the supporting beam for the globe to very, very gently nudge a precariously perched birds nest back into the crook properly. Several small peep peep peeps sound out from within.

"One of them already fell out, that's why I climbed up here! I'm not a bird but this doesn't seem the best place to build a nest." And this is the final clue in as to why she couldn't just clamber the rest of the way to the rooftop where she would be relatively safe: She'd risk dislodging the nest if she did.

"So, ah..." Looking back to the group she flashes a grin again at them along with a nod. "Hi. I could use some help down please."

Mary Bromfield has posed:
Thunderbolt oofs and returns the hug tightly with Singularity, "Hey! I didn't think you were in town here! I..." Then she trails off, eyes going wide as she sees, "Superman! Wow. You are like the best. You are so /awesome/." She looks pretty star struck, regarding Superman, then she looks back at Singularity, "Hey, but you're awesome too! I just... wow."

Then she shakes it off a bit at America's question, giving her a friendly smile, "I guess we have, huh? I'm Thunderbolt, it's good to meet you." And she does, at least, sound like she means it.

Singularity has posed:
'I. Was Exploring!" Singularity says easily smiling as she leans into the hug, then drifts back slightly as Superman appears, blinking at him...and then at America as she joins them. Similar color schemes! "Superman." she says, sounding a bit awed s she floats up closer. "Hello!" Her hair seems to swirl a bit in an invisible wind behind her as she moves, beaming. "Hero." She looks to America, then floats over to her, looking at her closer. "...America?" she says after a moment. "Nico's friend. Far away." She smiles, then points at herself. "Singularity. Universe?"

Clark Kent has posed:
It's not often that Superman is left completely baffled, but there's a second there, right after Gabby explains her situation, that the Man of Steel goes from the ultimate expression of can-do determination to a look of 'I just can't.'

"You scaled the Daily Planet building because you found a baby bird on the street?" he asks, eyebrows nearly colliding with his signature curled forelock. Now that it's clear that no one is in immediate danger, he can relax, and actually has to stifle a bit of laughter as he continues, "I can't argue with the sentiment, but /please/ tell me there were some superpowers involved. Otherwise that could be really dangerous."

Thunderbolt's enthusiasm certainly isn't the first time he's gotten that kind of reaction, so although he looks a little bit embarrassed at the gushing, he has a line to fall back on: "I appreciate it, but I'm just a man doing my best." He gives her a simple, genuine smile, then looks around the whole group.

"So, we've got Singularity, Thunderbolt, and... America?" That last one he has to glean from Singularity. "Some new up-and-coming heroes I should keep an eye on, I guees." He finally turns to the girl who started the gathering in the first place. "And how about our bird-rescuer? What's your name, miss?"

America Chavez has posed:
"America Chavez," agrees America, simply and effortlessly, levitating in the air, "And, she's right," she says, of Singularity's statement. "I'm not from around here. I'm from Utopia. Which is - well, let's just say it's in a dimension that it's unlikely anyone from this dimension and this Earth will ever go to, because it's so far away."

She gives Gabby a quick grin, "Chica, you are crazy. You are lucky."

Then, America is looking to the others, "Superman, and Thunderbolt, and Singularity. Cool. I kind of just arrived. Decided I'm going to stay here a bit. So, hi."

Gabby Kinney has posed:
Gabby Kinney grins broadly as she swing-kicks her feet again where she sits, looking quite pleased with herself in spite of the ridiculous situation she got herself into. "I figured if a bird survived that fall then it deserved as much a fighting chance as it could get!" It's here she pauses considering, "Oh are we doing codenames or real names or... I guess it doesn't matter," she reasons after a second. It seems more as if she's talking to herself for that moment.

Then rather cheerily she offers to everyone with a little wave, in spite of them being *right there*, "Hi, I'm Gabby! Also known as Dropbear. I can heal and can't feel pain so I guess that's my super powers."

Again she looks down watching the crowds below. "Which I don't think they would appreciate so I was just gonna sit here awhile till I figured something out. People usually freak out when I get hurt. It really doesn't bother me though, really!"

Mary Bromfield has posed:
Thunderbolt pulls herself together a little bit and nods at Superman, "Ah, right, yes." She then looks over at Gabby, giving her a cheerful smile, "Though, the Wisdom of Athena pretty much told me that the birds are going to be okay right up here. I'm sure they appreciate your concern though, Dropbear."

She then pauses as Gabby says what she can do, "Wow, that's really impressive. But, well, did you want a ride down? I mean, it's a bit of a long way, healing or not." She does look a bit relieved that Gabby does have some super powers, though.

Singularity has posed:
"Heroine." Singularity says, beaming a bit. "Want to be. Like. Friends. Help." Her way of talking seems to be her pausing to try and...think of the word? Or how to vocalize it. "Be. A. Person."

She does frown a little at Gabby. "No. Dropping. Bad. Here." she cautions. Just in case she didn't know that!

She holds out a hand toward the ledge next to Gabby, before a hole opens in the air, rimmed in blue, showing...well, the alley down below Gabby started in, the portal hovering over the ledge.

"Down?" she offers, looking at everyone else.

Clark Kent has posed:
"Yeah, I think it would upset a lot of folks if you were to jump. Probably best not to," Superman answers Gabby with a wry smile. He glances at Singularity's portal, cocks his head to one side, then suggests, "It looks like any of us could give you a lift to the ground, but since you came all this way and you are the hero of the hour..." He nods to the bird's nest, glides closer to the ledge, and then extends his hands to Gabby, palms up. "Want to go the rest of the way up, Gabby? The view is one of my favorites in Metropolis."

He looks around the group and adds, "Everyone is welcome, of course. It's good to see new young people taking up the mantle of hero." He gives America a particular grin and says, "Utopia, huh? Name's a little on the nose, but it does sound nice."

America Chavez has posed:
"Might be a little on the nose, but it's true," remarks America, conversationally. "Things got complicated. And, I decided that my abilities could be better served travelling dimensions, and helping others. Like, Gabby here."

She looks to Singularity again, "Damn. You are pretty cool." America seems to have already gained a rather positive opinion of the universe-girl. "Can you dimension travel, too?"

She looks back to Gabby, offering, "I'd take him up on it. Probably not like you'll ever get the chance again, yeah, chica? C'mon. We'll all go up with you, won't we?" America gives one of her charismatic grins, and winks at Gabby.

Gabby Kinney has posed:
Up? Or down? That is the question. Gabby looks at the portal with a bit of glee at the sudden shift in reality and she almost, almost just dives right in. Except ... Except Superman offers his hand out suggesting UP. A glance darts around as Gabby grins wider with a quick nod. "Sure! I'd love to!" Oh if they only knew of her apparent adrenaline junkie streak... Either way she reaches out to take Superman's hand, but does remark to Singularity, "That is SO cool, but if I can go higher up... I want to see!"

A nod is given to America's own assessment before she beams a grin all around at everyone gathered. "Thanks for coming to check up on me, by the way! I would have been stuck up here awhile otherwise." Or at least she would have waited until everyone cleared out and maybe busted in a window. Either or.

Mary Bromfield has posed:
Thunderbolt grins at Gabby, "It's definitely a cool view, I think you can even see Titan Tower from here." With that, she looks at America, hrmming a bit, "Wait, America... you're with them too, right?" She smiles cheerfully, then ascends up towards the massive globe on top of the Daily Planet building.

Singularity has posed:
Singularity smiles. "Up. Is good." She lets the wormhole close again as she tilts her head at America. "Yes. If. I have. A target? Person. Resonance." she says thoughfully. "Know people. Meet them. Can always. Find them. Anywhere. After." She shrugs slightly and smiles at Superman. "Up. Is good? Metropolis. Is pretty. Shiny." she says, nodding excitedly. She never has really gotten to explore a place from the air with someone else!

Clark Kent has posed:
It's... probably better for everyone that Gabby didn't have to smash a window. Superman takes her hand in his, then gently lifts her upward, making sure not to make it a jarring motion. She might not feel pain, but he's still going to be considerate. He carries her over the lip of the roof, but he doesn't level off there, instead flying her upward to the top of the globe that sits atop the building. He sets her down just as gently as he lifted her, right on a comfortably level area on the northern coast of Greenland.

The Planet doesn't live in the largest building in Metropolis, but taller ones are fairly distant, giving a sweeping view of the entire city. The river, the bay, and even the nearby islands (including Titans Tower, just as Thunderbolt predicted) are clearly visible from here, and the curvature of the globe means that, seated atop it, one's view around and downward is about as unobstructed as it can be.

"So, we've got a couple of dimensional travelers here, and I'm from Krypton," Superman says, taking up a position hovering near the apex of the globe, ready to swoop to the rescue if anyone loses their footing. "Thunderbolt, Gabby -- what are your stories?"

America Chavez has posed:
America follows the group, quite easily, a huge grin on her face while she does so - afterall, getting to hang out with Superman, meeting a fun Thunderbolt, /and/ a living universe? Well. Her day really couldn't get a whole lot better. "Not official member yet," America answers Mary, pausing to turn and spin in the air and look down with everyone else, it's not like she often stops to smell the roses.

"Wow. I don't usually come up this high. Or linger this long. Usually I'm - well, on my way to fight something, or someone," she says, appreciatively. "It's gorgeous."

She nods to Singularity, "We should hang out sometime, chica. Compare notes. Girl needs all the friends she can get." Meaning, perhaps, America has already decided that, more or less, everyone here is automatically her friend. Because reasons.

Gabby Kinney has posed:
Gabby Kinney holds on tight, but not so much so. She wasn't afraid... In fact, she really wasn't. As she's hoisted up she glances down and around drinking in the sights of the city with a broad grin. When she's set down atop the globe itself she finds her footing easily and turns a full circle to look around. "This is SO much better than sight seeing on foot!" She declares with a gleeful laugh.

The topic of histories draws her attention to the others again watching, and listening. Oh, wait, she was the one asked about her story. A small shrug comes as if it were inconsequential. "I'm a clone of a mutant known for his fighting abilities. One of ten," she contines. "My sisters didn't get any powers, but I did. We hid it for awhile until we could escape, but ..." The cheer flickers a moment. Just a moment. "I've got two sisters left. But we also found the guy we were cloned from and he's pretty cool and so we're like a family again."

Mary Bromfield has posed:
Thunderbolt grins, "Oh, I'm from Philly." She chuckles, "It's a long story, but I guess the best way to describe it is, 'a wizard did it.'" She beams a bit as the afternoon sun hits her, basking in the view as she looks around, her cape fluttering behind her thanks to the wind.

Thunderbolt smiles over at America, "Well, hey, I'm still probationary, been that way for a while..." She hrms, "I know it takes time, but you know, I wouldn't mind knowing what I need to do to prove myself. Besides pushing their shuttle from Io all the way back to Earth, anyway." A bit of an old vent, as she blinks over at Gabby as she explains, "Hey, um, do you happen to know a girl named Tarot?" She sounds a bit curious... really, that's all.

Singularity has posed:
Singularity blinks out of existence and reappears floating above the planet before she delicately lands on it, peering down with interest as she checks out the view. She looks over to America and nods, smiling again. "Yes. Friends. Friends. Are good." she says cheerfully. She listens curiously as Gabby explains a bit of her past, falling silent as she glances from person to person as they talk.

Clark Kent has posed:
"I know what you mean, America," Superman says with a broad smile. "There always seems to be a new emergency that needs attention. But I find it makes the job a little bit easier to take a moment -- when I can -- to sit and reflect on what I'm protecting. It's a good way to reenergize."

He gives Thunderbolt a smile and a laugh. "Just, 'zap, you're a superhero'?" he asks, shaking his head. "Typical wizards. All kinds of power, not much sense."

Although he has listened to and conversed with the other members of the group with genuine interest, Gabby's short rundown of her history draws a look of deeper curiosity from Superman. "You're a clone?" he asks her, hovering a little bit closer so that he can speak more quietly. "And you've formed a family with the man you were cloned from?" He mulls this over in silence for several seconds, then continues, "I just met a young man who was probably cloned from me, in secret. I've been trying to decide how to handle it. He's... well, I think he's got his heart in the right place, but he's not exactly out rescuing baby birds."

He puffs out a breath, seeming amused by the contrast, but then grows more serious as he asks, "Do you have any advice on what I should do?" It might seem odd for one of the most highly respected superheroes on Earth to be asking a 15-year-old girl for advice, but Superman is entirely earnest in his question.

America Chavez has posed:
America gives Superman and Gabby an odd look at the talk of cloning, family, and things. Not that she disapproves, or in fact is even startled, it's just - sort of out left field. Then again, she's QUITE used to things from left field. She's seen things that would make people's eyes bug out.

So, she gives the two a bit of space, because it's not cool to listen in on such things and instead tells Mary, "No, haven't met anyone named Tarot. Should I?" Tarot is one of those names that could go to either gender, so she doesn't presume if they're a he or she, but she can clearly tell that Mary has a pretty good opinion of said person, if nothing else.

"Don't worry," she tells Singularity, turning her head. "I'll give you my number. You can call me anytime, yeah? We gotta stick together."

Gabby Kinney has posed:
"Oh, yeah, Tarot's great!" Gabby enthuses at mention of the familiar mutant she knew so well. Marie was one of the few that she often tried to drag out of her shell when she could. The topic however does swing away when Superman questions her earning a few solid nods of apparent understanding.

"I'm... Honestly, I'm not what I was supposed to be. They wanted me to be a killer. My sisters protected me from that. And now the guy that I was cloned from, and my older sister, too." A deep breath is taken as she considers it. "I know I act a bit silly, maybe even crazy, but it's because... I'm *free* now to make my own choices. And I want to make the *right* ones," she explains with her eyebrows furrowing together in clear thought at his own questions.

"I can't say it'd be the same for you, but I do know that if I didn't have them... if I was entirely alone? I can't imagine how lonely that would be. He must be pretty lonely too. I'm sure he'd love to meet you. Get to talk to you. Maybe he won't be happy at first. I know a lot of my sisters were very angry about things, maybe he will be too, but I've also watched how they calm down when around one another. It's like having some kinda ... Like home, I guess? Being around people like you."

Gabby Kinney has posed:
Gabby Kinney adds, "People that can maybe understand what you've been through."

Mary Bromfield has posed:
Thunderbolt actually blushes a bit as Gabby gushes, and grins, "She certainly is." She then looks over towards Gabby, then looks at Superman, "I mean, family is important, and it sounds like he's a bit lost in some ways from what you're saying. The important thing is that well, you let him know that you care about him."

I mean, that might be a presumption, but Superman cares about everyone, right? And he'd definitely care about a teenage clone of his? "My honest opinion, is that he probably feels like he needs a place that he can call his own, or a family that he can call that. It sounds like that's really what he needs, more than anything else. You'd be amazed at how well that can work." She then blushes a bit, "Sorry, it's... well, it's a bit of a close topic for me too. Even though I'm not a clone. I think." She smiles a little shyly at that, then looks over at America, "Oh hey, are we sharing numbers? Because I can definitely give you mine, too."

Singularity has posed:
Singularity looks between the group. "Yes. Lonely. When. You. Are. The only one." she says solemnly. "Friends. Are good. Family...is good." She frowns a bit. "Family. Is. Precious."

She smiles. "It. Is worth. Finding them. Always."

Clark Kent has posed:
"I know I wouldn't have had an easy time of it if a couple of wonderful people hadn't found me when I arrived on this planet," Superman says thoughtfully, considering the advice Gabby and Mary have given him -- and Singularity, too, in her own way. "Maybe I can be that person for someone else?" He settles down next to Gabby on the globe, arms draped across his knees and cape waving behind him in the gentle breeze. The prospect of helping his clone learn to make the right choices, like Gabby, seems to make even the Man of Steel a little bit nervous. "It's a big responsibility."

He looks around the group, fixing each young heroine with a kind look. "Thanks for talking to me about it. You've all helped a lot. And you're right -- no one should have to face the world alone. He looks around as they work on that themselves, exchanging contact information, and suddenly there's wry humor in his smile, as well as the gratitude. "You kids with your phones," he says, eyes twinkling. "In my day, we had to build sonic signal watches one by one and hand them out to people."

America Chavez has posed:
"Friends make the world go 'round. And I will totally punch whoever messes with any of my friends, or their friends, or their reality, into the next reality." She seems deadly serious about this, as much as she seems chill, and cool.

She exhales, and looks at Superman, and says, more seriously, "I lost my moms when they saved the Demiurge from total annihilation. Now, they're spread out over the cosmos. They gave themselves up, so Utopia could continue. I'm here, so other people can have freedom, too. I guess what I'm saying is, even if he's not your son, he's a part of you. Just like the Demiurge is a part of me." No, she's not going into a big, long, explination of what the Demiurge is.

"Make what time you have here, with him, or with anyone, count. That's all I can say, really." Then, she shrugs, a bit helplessly and with a half-chuckle.

She adds, "Yeah, our phones. What do you want us to do? Write notes to each other?" She rolls her eyes, then gives out her digits to those here, freely, and quite contendly. "Text me anytime."

Gabby Kinney has posed:
Gabby Kinney pulls out her phone to key on America's number and sends a quick text off with her own obviously. As well as the others. She's quick about it though--That was one thing she picked up on quickly. That phone thing. It's tucked away again as she regards the seated Superman.

THE Superman, sitting and chatting with younger heroes about family. Imagine that. The others get a reassuring smile from Gabby as she offers, "It was great to meet all of you and I hope we can keep in touch!"

For Superman though? She steps in to wrap her arms around his shoulders, much as she can. He was kinda big and she was kind of small, but with him sitting down she could do that. "It's okay. Responsibility is scary. So is caring about other people. But it's the best risk to take isn't it? The other option kind of sucks."
