Roland Livingston has posed:
It's a clear day, if chilly out. Not a bad day for a walk through Gotham's Little Italy. Roland's on his way out of the Red Rose Cafe, holding the door the person he's with so they can leave when he does. Out on the street there are a few folks out and about to spend their day doing whatever it is that they do.

Roland is dressed alright. Nice jeans, peacoat, boots, Kangol hat. "What did you think? I'm pretty pleased with my meal."

June Connor has posed:
    "Yeah, pretty good," June agrees, her rather standard garb a contrast to Roland's fine gentlemanly attire. The new shoes, plus black jeans that look heavily used, though not shredded today. Her coat has a rather worn wool collar, a green denim exterior. It looks like she got it at good will. Surely they get occasional looks at the disparate couple. She checks rooftops as they exit, and she shoves her hands in her pockets for the cold. There's a certain wariness that she's had since entering the city, a little like someone who is hunted. She hasn't said anything to the effect, but there is an uneasiness she has in the city.

Roland Livingston has posed:
It's a good thing June's on the lookout for danger. She'll notice the guy with binoculars across the street through a short, squat office building's window. The guy's got a cell phone in one hand and it looks as though he's talking on speaker on it.

Roland, on the other hand, offers his arm and starts to lead the way down the street, "Would you like canoli and an espresso drink to finish things off?"

June Connor has posed:
    June slows her pace as Roland asks about canoli. "Uh..." she says, not looking at him, and clearly distracted. "Let's walk this way," she suggests, heading in the opposite direction. It's no secret to the guy with binoculars that she sees him, and she gives a stink eye in his direction that Roland might be able to follow to spot. She pulls one hand out of her pocket to take the offered arm, but not in a gentle date-like fashion. She starts tugging him in her intended direction.

Roland Livingston has posed:
When June looks at the guy in the window Roland's gaze follows hers. He starts to frown as well as lets himself get pulled in the other directiom.

"Was that guy watching us the whole time we were in the restaurant?"

June Connor has posed:
    "Fuck if I know," June answers cynically. "So uh..." she says, casting a look up at Roland. "I shoulda said, not everybody really is a fan of me in this city. I told you I make bad decisions? Got a couple from this city. There's some people that are not my biggest fans around here. I dunno who that is, but," she shrugs, as if to say 'better safe than sorry'.
