Blackagar Boltagon (Blackbolt) is the King of the Lost Civilization of Attilan, home of the Inhumans. After centuries of isolation he has begun a process of evaluating Earth and their denizens to determine if making the presence of the Inhuman species known would be worthwhile, or if isolation of the Kingdom would serve his people best.
Timeline
Timeline:
*1964 - In utero subjected to terragen mist having a substantial impact on developing fetus
*
1964 - Born to Agon (Head of Council of Genetics) and Rynda (Director Prenatal Care)
*1964 -
Placed into an soundproof chamber to protect the public. In this chamber, Blackagar would live until
he was 19 years of age. He would be educated in this space by various tutors but would not have
normal interactions until he was deemed able to leave.
*1984 - Blackagar is allowed to leave his
chamber after demonstrating mastery of his abilities.
*1988 - Four years of living in the general
population, an attempt by a Kree infiltrator to locate and report the location of Attilan was
thrwarted. The Infiltrator's attempted escape was stopped by Blackagar but in the ensuing incident,
his parents were killed. Being next in line for the throne, Blackagar assumed ruling
responsibilities.
*1998 - During the 10 year anniversary of the Destruction of the Genetic
Council, an attempted coup was staged against the ruling family. It would be put down but
discussions began of reorganization of the strict class system in place. These conversations would
continue over the next decade between Blackagar and representatives within Attilan.
*2020 -
Maintaining a strict policy of non interference with Earth and the Galaxy at large, a growing
movement of engagement has prompted various elements of the Inhuman society to evaluate this
continued structure. Blackagar himself engages in a fact finding mission to determine the viability
of bringing the Inhumans into society at large.

Personality
Compassionate:
Being a King requires compassion. This was a lesson that Blackagar had passed on to him by his
Father in his early years. Every decision must be tempered with a mindset of understanding. It does
not always lessen the consequences of what must be done, in fact sometimes it makes those
consequences harsher; but they are not to be undertaken with an air of anger. This lesson Blackagar
carries with him and he seeks opportunities to be compassionate.
Contemplative:
Blackagar has spend his whole life unable to speak, to whisper a word could end a world and this
has led to a substantial personality impact. It is written that a wise man listens before he speaks,
since Blackagar is unable to speak it has driven him to a life of listening and through this
listening he becomes contemplative. He takes in his surroundings and considers them before action,
examining the possible outcomes to the best of his ability.
Decisive:
When Blackagar has finally come to a decision, he enacts it swiftly and with dutiful passion.
There is a necessity to follow that choices that are made and being the Leader that he is, he seldom
takes the time to second guess until the dust has settled.

Powers
Ambient Energy Harnessing:
Blackagar gathers the ambient electrons that exist in the environment around him through his
brain, particularly his speech center. This energy interacts with an unknown particle that creates
certain effects that are based on his mental control.
Electron Focus:
Blackagar carries with him an object which allows him to focus his energies into direct ways
rather than indistinct and destructive ones. This allows him to direct his self generated energy
into physical strength and super human elements or into a singular strike. Doing this energy
transfer however leaves him a weakened state after its use.
Flight:
Blackagar is able to generate anti-gravitons that allow him to fly both in atmosphere and
outside of it. In order to travel in space, he must manipualte the particle fields around him to
create an air pocket and thus is limited in his ability to travel in this method over long
periods.
Inhuman Physiology:
Blackagar's strength, speed, stamina, durability, reflexes and lifespan have all been enhanced
like other Inhumans due to the nature of their genetic structure and millenial long eugenics
programs. Blackagar himself is enhanced even beyond that of his peers due to his unique exposure to
terrigenesis in the womb. As such he is capable, through his natural physiology and energy
enhancements to attain exceptional feats.
Particle Manipulation:
Blackagar is able to direct the electron energy he has generated outwards in controlled fashion,
whether it is sending a concussive blast or simply absorbing energy. This energy can be directed to
create a shield around him or create field solid enough for travel.
Sonic Scream:
The particle and energy manipulation that occurs within Blackagar manifests most clearly as his
sonic-scream which generates energy and force at substantial powers. He has undergone extreme mental
training to never speak or make a sound in order to limit the potential for this world destroying
energy to be unleashed.
Telepathy and Mental:
A strong mind enhanced with the energy he gathers gives Blackagar a natural barrier against the
mental abilities of others. Additionally it provides him limited psychic abilities to communicate
with those that he has formed a deep attachment to.
Skills
Apprentice Cook:
Yes, the King of Attilan himself prefers to cook his own meals. He finds the activity relaxing
and engaging as a method to destress.
Master Combatant:
He is considered to be a master of hand-to-hand combat having trained regularly over his entire
life by some of the greatest fighters on Attilan. Due to his limiting factor of even the slightest
sigh being enough to kill, he has developed extreme disciplinary focus in order to negate such
possibilities.
Non-Verbal Communication:
Blackagar has learned several methods of non-verbal communication, utilizing sign language
within the Attilan royal family but also having studied and learned Earth based sign languages as
well.
Stress Point Detection:
Taught by his friend, Karnak in using his superhuman senses to detect the presence of a weakness
in a construct or structure, Blackagar is able to exploit these weaknesses.
Resources
Attilan:
As the King of Attilan, Blackagar has the resources of the Inhuman nation at his back. This
includes all one would expect in terms of technology, wealth, information and the loyalty of the
people.
Lockjaw:
Don't believe Crystal, Blackagar is really Lockjaw's favorite and the loyal friend of the King
and Attilan Royal Family offers his ability to teleport to them regularly when called upon.
Weaknesses
Insane Brother:
No seriously, this dude is trying to kill him a seize the throne on a very regular basis
Mute:
Due to his sonic voice, Blackagar is effectively a mute. Unable to speak or to utter a sound out
of the concern of the damage it may cause.
Social Strike:
Increasing Social pressures in Attilan have forced Blackagar to reevaluate the social structure
of his kingdom which has led to uprisings and potential challenges during this period of
reformation.
