Superficially similar to other [[New Gods]], the Forever People are unique in the realms of [[Yggdrasil]]. They are more closely akin  to the [[Eternals]], near-immortal beings with incredible superhuman gifts. Rather than being born of magic they are born of flesh. The Forever People share many superficial traits with the other godlings; strength, near-immortality, heightened metabolism. Most importantly, they have a [[soul]] and are capable of acting and growing in ways that don't necessarily conform to the [[harmony]] of [[New Genesis]].

They are from the Celestial breeding program known as Homo Immortalis, near-immortal beings with incredible superhuman gifts. Rather than being born of magic they are born of flesh. The Forever People share many superficial traits with the other godlings; strength, near-immortality, heightened metabolism. Most importantly, they have a soul and are capable of acting and growing in ways that don't necessarily conform to the harmony of New Genesis.
