Stormwatch is a task force assigned to the Department of Extranormal Affairs. It is a quasi-military team consisting almost entirely of metahumans produced by the Weapon Plus program or recruited into it. Stormwatch liases with the Department of Defense and SHIELD to address threats specifically affecting the United States.
