Stormwatch

Stormwatch is an 'emergency response task force' under the Department of Extranormal Affairs. It is a quasi-military team consisting almost entirely of metahumans produced by the Weapon Plus program or recruited into it. Stormwatch liases with the Department of Defense and SHIELD to address threats specifically affecting the United States. A lack of official military rank gives plausible deniability to the team's operations while on US soil.
