Synopsis:	Two girl date turns into a girls night out! Ran into a teammate and maybe made a new friend!

Karolina Dean has posed:
    A Friday night, and a nice one to boot! NYC night life is always bustling, weekend or no, but there's something special about the end of the week for so many. And in Sion, it's even moreso for a select group of individuals. Where the 'strange and unusual' can feel at home and unwind. "I'll pick up a shift tomorrow~" comes the sunny voice of the blue-eyed blonde, long legs wrapped up in rainbow-hued bellbottoms and some daisy-patterned sneakers. Her upper body? A spagehtti-string tank top and some arm warmers that go past her elbows! She's talking to the bartender, her palms on her own cheeks, elbows propped up on the counter. "I'm waiting for someone tonight," she states, smiling brightly.

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
Mary Jane Watson is far from one of those 'select group' that might be allowed into such an exclusive locale. She's here on somewhat other duties. Namely, as the hired help for the evening while some of the staff is over on vacation. But, it pays the rent money, the job's more dignified than others.. The people here are really nice, even for a normal type like she is! So currently mixing drinks up behind hte bar, Mary Jane is working on a particular concoction while inspecting a menu.

Koriand'r has posed:
No shifts, no work, not even planned patrols...tonight was a night out! Not that she could do the whole 'secret identity' thing, instead the tall orange-skinned alien princess that was Koriand'r of Tamaran pushed through the door with a smile. She was here to enjoy herself, dance and relax...and of course, was meeting someone! It wasn't like she was -trying- to make an entrance though and here amongst mutants and metas? She might even have a chance at blending in!

Kaida Connolly has posed:
Lines? Lines are for squares and for humans (and Metas, and mutants, and frankly people of normal size). So, when she goes out to a club, Kaida simply skips the lines. The door opens, she simply goes in. No need to wait. Besides, she's totally the kind of peeps they'd want here if they knew she was here. Of course, if she didn't feel like coming in from the front or side entrance, she could do that, too but why bother? Either way, Kaida casually adjusts her hood back and lets it rest against her dark red scarf that hangs back.

"Huh, never been here before." She says to no one in particular as she looks around before considering.

"Of course, anyone I'd normally care about outside the Titans probably wouldn't be welcome here." She shrugs and casually thinks to a few people in particular before she casually walks up the side of the bar as if it were just more flat land, looking around a she goes up to the underside of the bar and walks along it next. Then she simply grabs the edge and peeks a tiny head up and over, looking around from the underside of the bar, glancing this way and that.

Karolina Dean has posed:
    "Yeah! See you tomorrow!" Karolina waves off the bartender she's speaking to and looks over towards Mary Jane. The blonde blinks, tilts her head, and smiles, "Hey~ Don't think I've seen you back there before!" she calls out cheerfully, the vivacious young woman clearly having a wonderful evening. And she hasn't even spotted Koriand'r yet! Unfortunately, Kaida is below her senses at the moment, though surely the tiny Godling would recognize her fellow Titans, eventually!

Mary Jane Watson would smile over at Karolina Dean, "Oh, hello there. I'm just subbing here for a night while someone's on vacation." She would go to lean back, "So, what can I get you? Sorry, I'm new here so if you're a regular I don't know what you're into." She would glance over at Koriand'r, "And is she always like this?" It's -rarelly- hard to not notice the Star Princess. Even if one was blind and deaf she still had a presence.
    Kaida is definitely not noticed, unfortunately! For Kaida is the most awesomest of the K girls.

Koriand'r has posed:
Well, Karolina wouldn't be able to miss Kori's arrival for long. Mary Jane had pointed her out and...oh, there it was. The sudden seizing from behind of orange arms pulling Karolina into a hug. The alien was a hugger, no doubt!

"Like what?" she questions lightly, tilting her head to the side with a bright smile and then looking down at the blonde. "Sorry I am late, I got...distracted on my way over." Was Kaida noticed? Well, she was by Kori! A little excited exclaimation and she lifts a hand. "Hey Kaida! Welcome!"

Kaida Connolly has posed:
A blink and Kaida casually grips the side of the bar and goes up into a little hand stand before flipping over on to her feet and waving at Kori. She is moving normal tonight. Well, while in here anyway. She's technically allowed, so to speak. Most places scream first and check for anthromorphism later. So, she walks over to where Karolina and Kori are.

"Hey hey!" She says to Kori and then casually looks at the various bottles behind the bar before considering them carefully.

"What are you two up to tonight?" She looks over at the pair, giving Mary Jane a passing smile only, as a courtesy to the person serving the drinks.

Karolina Dean has posed:
    "Vacation?" Karolina asks, "You'd think they'd save it for when things get colder..." she muses aloud, then shakes her head. "Regular yes, regular order no! I'm feeling like I should match the lighting tonight! Electric Lemonade, please?" she asks, referring to the blue raspberry daquiri style of beverage.

    "Hmm? Who's like what?" she asks, too slow to react to look over her shoulder before the orange beauty's got her all wrapped up in a bear hug! Or a Kori hug? The shorter blonde just about squeals, likely earning a few looks, and it all tapers off into a laugh as she snuggles in. "Distracted?" she peeks over her shoulder.

    And there's Kaida! Karolina looks down and wiggles her fingers, her other hand gently squeezing at one of Kori's. "Girl's night out. Having a date and some drinks before, well, back to business as usual. I'll be working here tomorrow night, myself."

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
Mary Jane Watson would go to look at the menu for a moment, "Got it, give me a few to get it right.. I take it you'll want some extra pep and fizzle to it?" Mary Jane would glance over ehr shoulder at Starfire, and then go over towards the mix to get the things together for the drink.
    "Hey, I'm Mary Jane, I'll be playing the part of the bartender tonight in the club, so if any of you would like anything else while you're in here, just ask!" Mixing, scanning the items needed for the drink, measuring it in her mind..
    While having a back and forth over with hte other passenger in her consciuosness.

Koriand'r has posed:
Leaving the topic of distraction vague for the time being, Kori simply grins and makes to release Karolina, dropping herself into the seat next to the huggee and then lifting a hand to Mary Jane with a smile. "I would like a beverage as well. One of the same with 'fizzle'!" she declares only to nod towards Kaida with a brilliant smile. "It is nice to take a break where we can and this club is fun! It is nice when people who are different can simply embrace it."

Kaida Connolly has posed:
"Yeah, I get that!" Kaida nods her head and casually pulls over a napkin holder. She pushes it on to its side and hops up to sit on it before shrugging her shoulders as she casually leans back on to her hands.

"I mean, all you strange big people definitely need an opportunity to be amongst your own kind and not stick out like sore thumbs." She sighs and holds out a hand, "Alas, not everyone can be as streamlined as myself." She nods again before grinning over at Kori and then Karolina before looking to the back of Mary Jane.

"I want a Miami Vice, no cherry!" She waves a hand to make sure she's noticed.

Karolina Dean has posed:
    "You can call me Karolina~" the blonde pipes in when Mary Jane makes her introduction. "Yes, more pop and fizzle! It's much appreciated! Thank you~" she says ever so happily. "It's always nice to be aong friends, and have a night out off of, well, doing things," she laughs. "I feel like my head is going to explode with all of the information I've been trying to absorb..." She leans into Kori's side, lifting her hand to her temple to rub at it playfully.

    Kaida's words make her blinks, and she smiles down at the much smaller woman. "Yes, we really are so strange. Tromping around, having to build giant doors to pass through..." she sighs and leans on her elbow on the bar again. "What brings you out here tonight?"

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
Mary Jane Watson would smile, "Sure." As the orders come in over from Starfire and from Kaida, Mary Jane goes to continue to murmur to herself as she moves to quickly make the drinks, and mix them over before passing the mover. "I think I've not quite gotten the taste right, so let me know if it doesn't taste the way it should and I'll comp you." Fair was fair after all!
    "So are the three of you like friends or teammates?" She would inquire while passing them over.

Koriand'r has posed:
The lean returned, a lazy rest of her head against the shorter woman's for a moment before she straightens up, the question bringing a grin from the alien who shrugs her shoulders. "Friends! Although one could be both....should be both! I mean, you want to have a team you're friends with, right?"

Kaida Connolly has posed:
"You get it." Kaida grins at Karolina before shrugging and looking over at her arrived drink and she gestures a little, "Got any bendy straws?" She asks of the red head before then turning her blink to Kori and then she laughs before looking back to Mary Jane.

"Yeah, both is a good way to look at it." She nods her head before she waits for her bendy straw or something similar.

Karolina Dean has posed:
    "Oh don't worry about it, I'm sure it'll be great. I'm still learning too," Karolina waves a hand dismissively. "I just moonlight as a barback here sometimes, not a full 'tender," she explains, turning her head to steal a kiss from Kori's cheek when their drinks arrive. She fishes a credit card out of her back pocket and lays it on the counter, "Mmhmm! Friends and teammates," she states, cheerful and proud, though her trading affections with Koriand'r probably indicates more than friends. Potentially roommates, as they would say these days.

    "I'll cover the tab for all of us tonight," she slides the card towards Mary Jane, likely to preempt Kori from doing so herself!

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
Mary Jane Watson would smile, "Well, it's learning. Eveyrwhere has their own litlte tricks of the trade. The way that a place is setup, the things the regulars like, their sync and patterns.. Place gest itself established you always feel like an outsider going in. And I'm glad you have all your friends and teammates with you here. Cheers." She would push the drinks forwards to the trio.

Koriand'r has posed:
Twarted! Kori actually pouts at that, not that her outfit suggested much in the way of pockets. Still she'd have to live with it, taking the drink pushed her way and raising it up to her lips with a grin. Kaida's hunt for bendy straws does get noted but she's unable to heroicly intervene there, so she'll simply take a sip of her beverage and ponder a little, returning the peck to her cheek with a broader smile.

Kaida Connolly has posed:
A blink as Karolina puts down a card to cover the drinks and she shrugs. Kaida probably could cover them all herself. She has, alternatve sources of income that she rarely discusses with others. Not to mention she rarely has to pay for anything anyway, given the food at the soup kitchens and the food at teh tower are both free and for different reasons.

"Thanks, Karolina!" She declares before she looks around herself for a bendy straw. Now, her looking around does not take very long as she zips to behind the bar, rushes about like a little blur before returning with a straw that she is casually tearing from the paper by using tiny claws to slice along the edge and the plops it into her drink.

Karolina Dean has posed:
    "It is learning! A lot of it!" Karolina grins. "I only started learning how to mix drinks over the summer..." she explains. "I wasn't able to drink until July, so I took a course abroad when I was on vacation. So working at a place like this, well... it feels cozy, I like the ambience, and I'm helping out..." she explains, then lifts her glass. "Thank you, Mary Jane. I'm sure you did wonderfully with these!" She lifts her glass and takes a sip, watching Kaida hunting for a straw. "Taking it easy tonight, too?" she asks once the straw is secured and deposited in the glass.

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
Mary Jane Watson would go to laugh, "I'd call it passably but thank you! I'm just a temp for the night so I don't quite think that I'm going to be here often enough to figure out how things work in sync." She would offer to the three. "So, you girls here to have yourselves some fun and hang out? Or just looking to decompress for awhile?" She would go to makea nother drink for another group, pulling away for a moment.

Kaida Connolly has posed:
"Well, actually kinda was but when I came by here, I smelled some familiar smells so I decided to see what this was about." She nods her head and then shrugs even as she stands on her perch and sips at her drink, taking in the whole straw and slurping up a big gulp of drink that puffs out her cheeks before she swallows it down with a loud 'AH!' before nodding her head.

"That's pretty good." She grins and nods her head before she flops back down and looks over at Mary Jane as she walks off before letting out a quiet hmm before considering Karolina next.

"Did I interrupt a date?"

Karolina Dean has posed:
    "Just a favor for a friend or something?" Karolina asks MJ, curiosity lacing her voice quite thoroughly. She takes another sip, then nods, "Just fun and hanging out! Though I didn't know this one would be here, either," she nods to Kaida. "Was originally just a date with Kori," she smiles, turning her attention to the more miniscule lady. "Don't worry about it! Date yes but company is always appreciated! I have to ask, though..." she laughs, "...what do we smell like? I know we're around the Tower a lot..."

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
Mary Jane Watson would laugh, "I work through a temp agency and sometimes they have las tminute things popup that they just offer to whomever fits the skillset and is available. Nothing much. Here is really nice and I wouldn't mind doing it again, just getting out here is a bit of a leg." She would glance over at Karolina and then over at Starfire. "oh? Congratulations then. Hope you're having a great time with the date and your friend."
