Atlee is a very new heroine that has jumped on to the scene. She appears to have geokinetic
powers and to be tougher than the average girl. She has shown a great aptitude for heroism and a
wish not to make any comments. Very little is known about her personal life or who she really is.
This is partially due to her wish not to speak to the press and partially due to the fact that she
really doesn't have a personal life.
Timeline

Timeline:
* 1996: Atlee is born in Strata.
* 1996 to 2018: Atlee lives a relatively normal life in
Strata, a society deep beneath the Earth that lives in a more idealized nature than the rest of the
planet. Advanced and very different.
* 2018: It's decided that someone should represent Strata on
the surface from Strata. Atlee is found to have a rare genetic marker that allows for her to be
modified to look more human and gain powers to help her act as a heroine to the surface.
* 2018
to 2020: Atlee undergoes modifications, is trained to use her powers, and further prepared for the
surface.
2021: Atlee emerges as a new heroine to try to help the Earth and protect both its
people and to protect it from its people.

Personality:
Altee is something of an idealist. She was raised on a society that watched the surface and
wished to know more about it. She had been told stories of heroes and villains. Been educated on the
broader strokes and happenings of the world above. At the same time she was raised in a society
where few ever wanted for anything. While there were dangers and problems, those things were solved
and taken care of. Atlee loves life and loves the planet. She wants people to stop hurting each
other and to stop hurting Earth. She wishes to wipe out all evil. A lofty and likely impossible goal
that she fights for all the same.
She lacks a lot of information about how to act and exist
on the surface. Most everything is unfamiliar to her and as such she usually doesn't care a lot for
talking to random people. She is not shy but also not looking to make actual verbal statements. She
doesn't understand modesty but at the same time prefers not to touch anyone she's not close to.
She's basically someone who is still figuring out what life is like on the surface.

Powers

Geonkinesis:
Atlee has the capability of reshaping, moving, and manipulating earth and minerals. She can use
this to create earthquakes, use it to create walls, create projectiles or to simply move large
amounts of rock. She can move it at super sonic speeds and is capable of even standing upon earth
and flying via that method. She can wrap the rocks about her limbs to enhance her punches and
manipulate rocks and stones into shapes like hands or spikes.
She has a degree of protection
from the earth and earth based attacks. As an example, if she were being crushed by a rock or if
getting hit with a stone, it'd due far less damage. Her powers automatically protect her from such
attacks and while it isn't impossible to hit her hard enough with stone to hurt her, it is a much
more difficult sceanrio as earth naturally moves to protect her.
Senses:
An offshoot of her Geokinesis, Atlee has a sort of Earth Sense that allows her to see via rocks
and minerals. Anyone and anything touching anything made out of natural stone/minerals is visible to
her simply by her connection with Earth and Stone. Her range is several city blocks at this point
and leaves her with a great degree of accuracy within said range.
Terran Physiology:
Both due to not being truly human and being genetically modified, Atlee is not physically
normal. She's slightly stronger than a normal human, capable of pressing upwards of half a ton, has
higher reaction times than a normal human (especially when controlling Earth), and is easily as
tough as the rock and stone she moves. She's highly resistant to heat and cold as well as to
pressure immense pressure. She also can heal much faster than a normal human (capable of healing
even severe wounds within days) by going into a sort of healing coma.

Education:
She has basic education similar to what someone might find by finishing high school and
finishing an associates degree. While she isn't aware of many of the pop-culture and the like of
Earth, she has learned the main points of history, knows the same math, and has a slight edge in the
realm of science due to the advanced Stratan science.
Heros and Villains:
She has studied a great many heroes and villains of the planet Earth. She knows a lot about the
more famous heroes and villains of Earth. While she isn't aware of any secret information about any
of them, she is well versed in all publically available knowledge. At the same time, less famous or
less active heroes or villains wouldn't fit in her radar.

Strata:
While she isn't actively living there right now, she can still go back and she is highly
regarded there due to some early heroics she did to help out various subterranean species. Her
family is there as well. While going home isn't exactly a skip and a jump away, with her powers, it
isn't terribly difficult to go home if the need arises.
Weaknesses

Ideals:
She's got a set of ideals she clings to heavily. She wants to be the epitome of a hero. She
wants to wipe out evil. To save everyone and that means even saving the villains. She can be angry,
she can sometimes be rash, but she never forgets that she is the hero and that means saving
everyone. This can sometimes get her into trouble as others take advantage of it or when her
feelings get her due to a failure.
Ignorance:
Simply put, she's highly ignorant of the world above. She isn't aware of much of pop culture,
much of the basics, and of a great many day to day tools that people use. She just doesn't know much
about day to day surface life.
Self-Limiting:
Frankly, Atlee has a lot of power and is, despite some degree of training below the surface,
still very new to her powers. She is often afraid of what she can do with said power and so limits
herself with it. She doesn't start out fights at full strength, rarely lets loose, and avoids using
too much strength in order to not risk doing more damage than she otherwise might. She limits
herself to protect others and out of fear of her own strength.
Weight of the World:
Beyond her ideals, she is meant to be the hero to represent her people. The hero to save the
Earth from the people on it and save the people on it from themselves. While this is impossible in a
real sense, she still feels like she must do so. She constantly looks for ways to help people even
sometimes to the detriment to herself and time.
