Dedicated:
He's dedicated to his daughters and getting the job done. Both in equal measure

Determined:
He is determined and will do what it takes to get the job done, and get paid

Ruthless:
Floyd will make the hard choices and cut people out if he feels they are not worth it, or are being too obstinate.

Softer Side:
Floyd is not all serious all the time. Just most of the time, but he has a softer side. He just rarely lets people seee it.

Engineering:
Floyd is a fairly good engineer, able to make his own suit and gear, as wel as ammunition and weapons of his own design and choosing

Explosives:
Floyd is trained to use explosives to a high level, and has incoroprated it into his craft.

Hand To Hand:
While he can't match up to Batman's prowess in fighting, Floyd can more than hold his own against a human opponent. He was trained by the military in hand to hand combat and mixes up his styles. While not a main method of fighting, it's a nice backup skill to have

Languages:
Due to his training, he knows English, Russian and Mandarin fluently, and he is happy to switch it up mid conversation

Master Assassin:
Trained by the United States military and his own drive to be dangerous, Deadshot is a master assassin. he's taken what the US taught him. He's improved on it. He commands influence and a prie and both infamy and respect, and fear.

Master Marksman:
Trained by the military, and by his drive to be a perfect honed killer, Deadshot is a master marksman with a whole variety of weapons from flare guns and potato launchers, to Gatling guns, anti tank rifles, and even Nerf weaponry. He is deadly up to four kilometers, or two and a half miles. He can place a bullet exactly where he wants without fail, or whatever he's firing. Deadshot makes shots that are impossible look routine and easy, and makes shots thought impossible.

He is a master with all sorts of weapons, even those that don't fire traditioal bullets (for example flamethrowers or rockt launcherrs, and hd he never misses his target.

Peak Human Durability:
Because of his years of training, Deadshot has reached peak human durability. While nowhere near as durable as Batman, it still takes a lot to bring him down

Peak Human Performance:
Thanks to years of training, Floyd has reached peak human performance. While he has a way to go to catch up to some folks, he's certainly at the peak of human performance.

Ricochet Shots:
Floyd can bank bullets off of surfaces at impossible angles, and control the ricochet to exact degrees. He is able to work out where a bullet will impact a surface and what the ricochet angle wil be...and use that to his advantage

Skilled Leader:
Because of his time in the military he is a skilled leader, able to command small groups to do what he wants.

Stealth:
Floyd is an exxpert at using stealth, thanks to his time both in the military and his own training and pushing himself to be better.

Tactics:
Floyd knos how to use tactics both on his own and in a group. He can work in groups ranging from two people up to large teams. Additionally he can impart tactical wisdom to others (should they choose to hear it and listen)

Deadshot's Suit:
Deadshot's suit is a red and black bulletproof and slashproof full body suit. It contains holsters that are filled with various firearms at all times. There are a pair of wrist mounted guns as well as grappling hooks. The suit covers from his neck down to his toes

Mask:
Deadshot often wears a white ballistic mask that covers his whole head, and is armored

Monoscope:
This eyepatch Floyd wears over his dominant eye atop his mask (or without it) enhances his already amazing aim, and provides target and mission data directly in his line of sight.

Wealth:
From Swiss bank accounts to secret caches of money, Floyd is not exactly hurting for capital. He's wealthy, even if he doesn't show it that well. Floyd's taken to hiding his money well so he can better fund his lifestyle.

Weapons:
Floyd has and uses a lot of weapons. His main ones are his AR-15 with a scope and vertical grip, his collection of handguns, and his wrist mounted weaponry.

Wrist Guns:
Floyd's wrist guns are apair of custom made suit wrist mounted guns that function as submachine guns, but can be likened to turrets or cannons.

Family:
Floyd is very protective of his family. Well, his daughters. His ex wife? Not so much, but anyone hurts his kids, Floyd will rain down hell on them.

Guilt:
Floyd shot and killed his brother when he was young, and that's haunted him ever since. He will not go after a target that reminds him of his dead brother.

Morality:
Floyd has a questionable morality. He'll kill for money, but not kill others because they remind him of something. He has morals and a guideing code of conduct that he sticks to, rigidly

Playing Down:
Floyd has a nasty habit of playing down to his competition's level. If he feels like feels his quarry isn't as skilled he plays down to their level and handicaps himself
