Profile
Once just a normal coyote living in the deserts of Arizona, he stumbled upon a broken canister of mutagen while out hunting and was transformed into his current form. Found by the Null Group while they were looking for that canister, he was taken in and enrolled into their Mutant Soldier Program, from which he tried to escape multiple times. Collared and kept under control by Null he's been used as a weapon by years until he managed to free himself and join up with the Mutanimals in New York.
Timeline
Timeline:
* 2004: Born to a pack of coyotes in Arizona.
* 2010: Mutated by a misplaced Null mutagen
canister.
* 2011: Null Group discovers him after investigating missing canister and reports of a
'werewolf'.
* 2012: Inducted into the Mutant Soldier Program. Showed aptitude with marksmanship
early.
* 2015: First field test. Mission goes arwy but Sundance pulls the human troops with him
out.
* 2018: Moved to Null facility outside of Phoenix for security reasons.
* 2020: First
solo mission without any Null supervision.
* 2022: Breaks out of facility where he was being
held, escapes to Manhattan to meet up with the Mutanimals.

Personality
Agressive:
It might be his nature as a predator but Sundance is agressive, pushing himself into situations
without putting a ton of thought into them first.
Black Hat:
Sundance considers himself a black hat. He's still a good guy, at least in his own head, but he
has no issues with using tactics or techniques that less morally grey people wouldn't approve
of.
Western Obsessed:
If it wasn't obvious, Sundance is obsessed with the old west. From his mannerisms to his dress,
he tries to embody the heroes of film he watched after first being mutated, no matter how much it
doesn't fit the modern era.

Powers
Marksmanship:
A mixture of the VR training from Null and minor genetic tweaks enables him to have superhuman
marksmanship. His particular skill is with his revolvers, and he can even ricochet bullets at
targets behind cover.
Mutant Coyote:
Sundance is a mutate, transformed from a regular coyote into an anthropomorphic form by a
mysterious ooze. This transformation comes with benefits including increased intelligence, strength
and speed.
Senses:
A predator by nature, Sundance's senses are already fine tuned, specifically hearing and smell,
but they have been enhanced further through Null's tweaking over the years.
Skills
Close Quarters Combat:
Sundance is very skilled in unarmed combat, even if it's not his prefered fighting style. He
will often, when required, fight using his pistols as blunt weapons, or with the tomahawk or bowie
knife he keeps on himself.
Computer Systems:
Part of the training he has receieved from the Null group is how to enter and bypass computer
systems, as he needed to be able to get into systems when out on operations, and despite his gimmick
he often has high tech equipment for bypassing those on him.
Firearms Training:
Through the intensive Null VR training, Sundance has mastered multipe common types of firearms,
and has become familiar with them to the point where he can pick up and go with anything resembling
a gun.
Gunsmithing:
Something he picked up on early, Sundance absolutely loves working with weapons, pulling them
apart, putting them back together. Sometimes jury-rigging some featrures into them that probably
aren't too safe.
Resources
Armory:
During his escape from Null, he broke into their armory and stole a large number of weapons and
equipment. He has stashed them at his makeshift safehouse for the time being.
Safehouse:
He has moved into the Mutanimals safehouse in New York, which is in a rundown apartment
building. The important part is there's room for Sundance's armory.
Weaknesses
Hunted:
Null isn't too happy with his having escaped from them, and as such are always on the lookout
for him. He has to be on edge to make sure that none of Null's forces find him.
Mild Claustrophobia:
Since he spent a majority of his life caged up by Null, he really dislikes enclosed spaces
without any obvious way out, and can panic if he doesn't see any escape routes from where he's
at.
Mutant:
He's pretty obviously not human, and as a result of that he stands out if he's out and about. He
can't just pretend he isn't different and hope for the best.
