The Seven Capital Cities of Heaven are the demesnes that occupy the border between Tian and the physical world. These cities call martial artists with a deep affinity for magic to train there. A tournament held every 88 years determines which of these cities will be awarded the honor of being the gateway to Tian.
- K'un-Lun - The home of the Iron Fist, aka Danny Rand.
- K'un-Zi - Land of the Crane Warrior.
- Zhizhu-Dong - Home of the Night Demons.
- Peng Lai - The island home of the Cobra clan, where the serpent Xiang Yao dwells. Connected to Takamagahara. Spiritual home of Richard Dragon.
- Ta-Lo - Idyllic paradise, defended by Shang-Chi.
- Z'Gambo - Part of the spirit world of Wakanda, and championed by the Bronze Tiger.
- Under City - Guarded by Dog Brother #1, and home to all those who are lost.
Eighth City - A prison for many wretched and horrific things, with a harmony that makes it close to Hell and locations like Tartarus. It has held the likes of The Monkey King and former Immortal Weapons who used their powers for evil. Only all seven Immortal Weapons working in concert can lift the seal that keeps the damned in place.
