The Seven Capital Cities of Heaven are the demesnes that occupy the border between Tian and the physical world. These cities call martial artists with a deep affinity for magic to train there. A tournament held every 88 years determines which of these cities will be awarded the honor of being the gateway to Tian.
- K'un-Lun - The home of the Iron Fist, aka Danny Rand.
- Ye Mo - Land of the Night Demons (champion unknown)
- Peng Lai - Residence of Xiang Yao. Connected to Takamagahara. Spiritual home of Richard Dragon.
- Ta-Lo - Idyllic paradise, defended by Shang-Chi.
- Z'Gambo - Part of the spirit world of Wakanda, and championed by the Bronze Tiger.
