Group Description:
The Avengers, formed in 2018 to combat the menace of Loki attacking New York City, is a group comprised of individuals with metahuman and supernatural talents. The team has a vested interest in keeping Earth and its people safe from threats both earthbound and beyond. Recognized as a force for peace by various other international peace-keeping groups such as S.H.I.E.L.D. and the World Security Council, the team's headquarters is established in the Upper East Side of the city.
The mansion itself is Victorian and functional with elegance. Its lawns and gardens are tended in contrast to the security present both seen and unseen. Members living on the property are assured safety while upon it in either guest rooms or claimed rooms.
Members of the Avengers are generally publicly-known personas whose information is also filed away with S.H.I.E.L.D.
History:
The Avengers are a relatively new team that first assembled in 2018 in response to Loki's Assault on New York in 2018. The original team included Steve Rogers, Tony Stark, Janet van Dyne, Hank Pym, Scott Lang, Thor, and Bruce Banner.
