Profile
I could be the next big superhero. If I could focus. I really care about people, and I got the responsibility power thing, I foget how it's worded but I get the idea. I know I'm still pretty new at this stuff, but that doesn't mean that I can't help people, and maybe I could end up on the Avengers!
Timeline
Timeline:
2005: Into the world! Beware I was born!
2005: I took over the world, but then gave it back. Don't check the history books on that, just believe me.
2010: I broke the scale on the ADHD test, scoring 74 out of 72 points. ACED. It's not my fault the world isn't keeping up with me! Oh yeah, and it turns out my super weakness is being colorblind. And somewhat obnoxious.
2015: I decided to follow Jesus. No that's not a joke. That part is serious.
2017: Hey look, I'm a mutant, my superhero career begins! I want to take this opportunity to say I'm sorry to Mrs. Billingsly's cat. Most things go back to normal after a while. Maybe one day.
2021: I inserted an indentation in the timeline entry. I don't know how to fix this just keep going forward!
2017: My family moved from Texas to New York City. I know, why would anyone want to leave Texas? Mistakes were made.
2018: I had my first kiss! Okay, that's a lie. But I did figure out how to teleport. Kind of. I want to take this opportunity to apologize to Mr. Santiago about the hole in his wall. But I fixed it!
2019: My folks decided to homeschool me. Did you know you can get done with your homeschooling by like noon every day? Achievement unlocked.
2020: I failed math. But no seriously, my powers ate my home work, nobody believes me! I just tried to teleport it and it never came back! I am about 90% sure it teleported to the apartment below us.
2020: I made it to Eagle Scout in Boy Scouts! Told them I could do it.
2021: Hey, that's now. Um, I'm writing this now.

Personality
Awkward:
Okay, I guess I gotta admit, I'm kinda awkward. Not like clumsy awkward. I just...sometimes say something, and don't quite realize the way it is going to sound. I put my mouth in gear before engaging my brain. Can't we just chalk this up to the Hyperactive part and not talk about it? Does it really need it's own entry? Okay fine.
Genuine:
Okay, so I know I come off a little strong, but I really do want to do what's right. Heroes do that, right? I mean, follow Jesus, love others, put other people before yourself, that's what we are called to do. And don't give me guff about it, you can't stop me so if you don't like it... well, I guess than you don't like it.
Hyperactive:
Hey, don't be jealous you can't keep up! I just got energy. Gotta move! That's right, let's do something, hey, wanna ride bikes? Okay, so you can use the car, I'm going to see if I can teleport to Big Belly before you can drive there. Go! I like doing things, ok? I'm not boring and just sit around all day.

Powers
Quantum Teleportation:
That's right, the Quantum realm is at my command! I am very powerful. So powerful in fact that I can't even think of another more powerful...Okay I can't keep a straight face on that.
So I can teleport myself, things I'm holding, or other stuff, really. The largest thing I ever moved was a pickup truck. It WAS a big one, though, like Ram 3500. I'm not sure how far I can move them, I think about 50 feet. It keeps getting farther. Honestly I'm more concerned with trying to make things stay in the same state as they are when they leave. That pickup may or may not have become the size of a golf cart for about half an hour when I did that. Sometimes things change size for a little bit. Or color. Usually it wears off, but I've learned not to do it with electronics. Sometimes they just stop working for good if they get altered.
And usually they end up where I want them, but it's kind of like golf. You got a good idea where you're sending it, it just may not be...quite perfect.
Teleportation Limits:
Impenetrability: So yeah, I can't actually break the law of impenetrability. (Yes, I know what that means, I do pay attention sometimes in class). Usually that means whatever is stronger will win if I teleport something into another object's space. Rubber ball vs brick wall? Sorry ball, though usually I can't get things to actually teleport into something stronger than they are. It usually just relocates to the side of it. Iron ball vs. brick wall? Sorry wall. You get the idea.
Speed: It happens pretty instantly, maybe not INSTANTLY like technically, but fast enough I can't measure it.
Alterations: I really don't know what to say, stuff...changes. Sometimes. Sometimes things get through without a problem, and they look just like they did before hand. Sometimes they end up a bit different. They might have a different consistency, or a different color, or size. Just...different. It usually wears off between 5-30 minutes. There've been exceptions. I probably shouldn't do it with other people until I get that under control. (Translation: For plot purposes other stuff could happen and for longer periods of time, but for standard RP 30 minute change of an object before it goes back to normal.)
Range: Um, I think it's about thirty feet to start the teleportation. Any farther than that, and I might grab the wrong thing. Also, the farther something goes from me (not it's starting point), the harder it is to get it to land where I want it.
Inertia: You know the whole 'object in motion' thing in physics? It...doesn't seem to apply here. Things that are moving lose all of their momentum when they are teleported.
Skills
Eagle Scout:
So, I love, like, LOVE the outdoors. Been in scouts since I was in fourth grade. Got my Eagle Scout when I was fifteen, and quit laughing! It's cool! Yes I earned it myself. I can build fires, tie knots, and do lots of other stuff that could benefit me in the real world!
Highly Intelligent:
Does this count? I know it's not a skill, but...I think it counts. Look, I don't get a lot of stuff I can brag on, so I'm gonna count it. I'm smart, like, really really smart. I don't always get the best grades, but I do pretty good there as well. But I figure stuff out. I held the high score on Tetris for like three years, beat that! I mean, someone did, but still! If it has moving parts, and I can see them, I can probably figure it out, and I don't have too many puzzles that stump me.
Resources
Family:
I got a good family. I know a lot of folks don't, and I'm really sad for them. Everybody should have a family that loves them. My dad, mom, and all four (yes, 4) little sisters. And I have a church that I can count on, they count in my book as well. Maybe they aren't a cool super suit or being a billionaire, but I'll take them any day of the week over that stuff. (But if you want to give me some money, I won't say no!)
My Car:
I have a 2008 Dodge Magnum Magnum SRT8. It's not in great shape. But it seats 5, and has great trunk space. And made in America! I need to get it repainted, though, it's rusting. Oh, but first I'm totally getting a cool sound system.
Weaknesses
Adhd:
Yes, fine, it's a weakness, okay? I really try to focus, and I got my meds for it. But sometimes it's still hard, okay? I forget stuff, and it's really frustrating. I space out when listening to long instructions, but that's more on whoever's giving the instructions than it is on me.
Colorblind:
Yeah, red green colorblind. I dunno, is there anything else to say about that?
Power Imprecision:
So, don't judge, but it's REALLY hard to be exact when your power is to move things through timespace...whatever. About 60% of the time I succeed every time. The other 40%? Well, I'm still trying to figure out what happens with that. It doesn't go where I want, it doesn't look the way it should. Stuff just gets weird. I have no idea why.
Quantum Adhd:
I came up with that title myself. So, best as I can figure out, Using my teleportation powers is kind of like studying for an hour. It wears me out. Not physically, but mentally. I think it uses my brain's dopamine levels for gas. It could be a thing! It's something like that. The more I use my powers, the more difficult it becomes for me to focus. And the more difficult it becomes to use my power...correctly. I've never tested the limits of just how many times I can use it. I meant to once, but I lost count, and don't really remember much about the rest of that afternoon. I woke up in my bed at about 2am, and I'm mostly sure I got there on my own. Oh, but coffee helps a little!
