Profile
Orphaned after his family died in a fire caused by a chemical truck that also granted him his power, Cinque spent years carving out existences on the street. He spent that time finding comfort in old westerns, working for a criminal organization, and escaping from the police. Cinque briefly found some stabilization in his life, but fell back into illegal activities. When the organization he was working for is brutally eliminated by a rival competitor, their deaths started his vigilante career.
Timeline
Timeline1:
* 1993: Cinque was born to Imani and Joseph Evers in Baltimore, Maryland. Joseph and Imani Evers become homeless due to a trifecta of issues. A drug dealer took over the neighborhood surrounding their restaurant which drove down their business, the slum lord that owns their home raised their rent, and they could not secure a new loan from a bank.
* 1998: Cinque is the sole survivor when a chemical truck crashes into the row house that his parents have been squatting in. It takes the fire department several hours to find him. Due to corrupt politicians, the chemical truck company was allowed to transit their goods through a residential area. The chemicals put him into a coma for six months, but also imbued him with superpowers. Upon awakening Cinque is placed in the foster care system.
* 2004: Cinque runs away from foster care and begins surviving on the streets using his powers and his fists. Sometimes he seeks shelter in public libraries and to steal books to further his knowledge and recreation. He builds a makeshift tv and vcr and develops fondness for old westerns.
* 2007: Cinque makes his way to Philadelphia and continues surviving on the streets. He works as a runner for a criminal organization trying to follow in the footsteps of the Black Mafia, called the Sons of Ebony.
* 2008: Cinque escapes from authorities due to his powers and a stolen motorcycle, when the organization is brought down in a sting. Fearing that the Sons of Ebony or their allies will think he is a snitch, Cinque begins training in firearms.
* 2009: Cinque makes his way to New York, New York. He is again picked up by the foster care system after several videos of him participating in Junior Homeless Fights go viral. Finally, with some stability in his life again, Cinque completes his GED.
Timeline2:
* 2014 Cinque finishes his bachelor degree and tries to enroll in a graduate degree program, but his last foster parent became sick with cancer. Cinque feels powerless again, and quickly falls back into bad habits. He decides to pay for his graduation, and his foster parent's medical treatment through illegal means. He pays for work as an underground street fighter, but this time he wears a mask to hide his identity.
* 2015: The owner of street fighting expands his business to include under street racing too. Cinque races motorcycles for him.
* 2016: The owner of the street racing gets involved in a hostile takeover with a mob that results in most of the street fighters and street racers being killed. The same night, his foster parent finally succumb to his cancer. Cinque realizes that the past two years were a waste, and that finally he has to walk a different path. . Cinque decides on a path of vengeance, and the protection of the innocents.
* 2017: Cinque still wearing the mask that he used for street fight, he enacts his vengeance. He steals all the mob's money from all their legitimate and illegitimate businesses. He kills several of their members, and their leaders too. He allows the rest of the organization to be arrested by the police, providing them with enough evidence to secure their convictions. He gives the money back to their victims, and to fund cancer research.
2017: Cinque launches a plan to continue down this vigilante path by creating an identity inspired by the old westerns he admired as a kid. Cinque begins to study to enhance and round out his skills that he believes he needs to be successful.
* 2018: Using his powers, Cinque wins big at Atlantic City, then invests some of the money in the stock market, while using the rest to open a homeless shelter. The homeless shelter was a hotel that Cinque had converted. The hotel had a bomb shelter underneath it that Cinque had converted to his base of operations.. As he navigates these tasks, Cinque realizes how corruption covers all aspects of society. Cinque begins to focus his efforts on all areas of criminal corruption.

Personality
Gregarious:
Cinque is a very sociable person. Due to the nature of his job, Cinque will basically strike up a conversation with anyone. He has tremendous fun getting people to talk about their lives, and getting them warmed to each other and him.
Mercurial:
Cinque personality changes from being a joker to solemn on a moment?s notice. He plays the role of a mischievous trickster to the serious advisor who only speaks the truth. His personality fluctuates with no rhyme or reason to it.
Protective:
Cinque is protective of his friends and Jamil Shelter, and wants to keep them safe. His protective personality extends to wanting to keep people that he believes are innocent safe too. In or out of costume, Cinque is that one person that advocates for the voiceless.
Rebellious:
Cinque is rebellious. When feeling powerless, he just wants to just let go to society's norms. Sometimes this just involves him speeding through red lights, but he can choose less practical ways to express his rebellious nature. He does his best to surpress this part of his nature, but when he gets a feeling of powerlessness it always beckons to him.

Accelerated Perception:
Cinque?s super genius mind allows him to perceive information faster than other humans to the point it seems time is slowing down, or that standing still. He can see each drop of rain as it falls, a bullet firing from a gun, or some people moving super fast. This does not make his reflexes faster.
Enhanced Intuition:
Cinque?s super genius power grants him increased pattern recognition and deductive skills way beyond the normal human genius limits. His increased pattern recognition and deductive skills allow him to make correct ?hunches? on a plethora of things that he is familiar with. The power does not grant him the insight or the ability to make ?hunches? on any information that he has never encountered, or has limited knowledge about. (I.e. He is not making hunches about how to build a rocket by watching rockets fly, or even after seeing a Great Course on Rocket Science)
Enhanced Multi-Tasking:
Cinque is able to perform a plethora of mental tasks at the same time. An example, he can distinguish between over 800 different pieces of music at once. This power does not grant him the ability to do things that are outside of his physical ability, or lessens the actual physical time required to complete the tasks.
Memory-Fueled Immortality:
The nature and amount of the Brood's memory he absorbed has created a latent psychic power in Cinque which grants him a limited form of immortality. his power allows him to recall his current physical state down to the cellular level, granting him remarkable longevity and enhanced healing abilities. While he still requires basic necessities like food, oxygen, and water to survive, his ability to remember and restore his body's state offers significant advantages in terms of recovery and endurance.
Cinque can heal minor wounds within minutes to an hour and can recover from major injuries, including broken bones, within days to weeks. The healing process is faster when he is conscious and can be further accelerated with medical assistance. However, there are limits to this power. He cannot heal from injuries that result in brain death, nor can he regenerate lost limbs.
Panmnesia:
Cinque's super genius power grants him the ability to remember every moment that has occurred since he got his powers. He can remember every feeling he has felt, everything his senses have perceived, everything he has learned and every action he witnessed has done. His memory doesn't degrade over time, and he will continue to be able to store and create memories without any neurological deficit for the rest of his life.
Psychic Shield:
Cinque has limited defenses from psychic manipulation. Since he remembers everything, he is immune from the implantation of false memories about his past. This power doesn?t provide him immunity from people altering his perception of current events to create new false memories. When prepared or aware of a mental attack, Cinque can try to overwhelm the attack with all of his stored sensory information and knowledge.
Quick Learner:
Cinque super genius power allows him to learn things seven times as fast as an average human. This is beyond simple memorization of information, but actually being able to take that information and create new and original work. This does not mean he has super-reading.
Super Processing Time:
Cinque is able to process information at a higher rate than the best supercomputers. He is able to gather information for analysis and come up with a variety of solutions faster than the best supercomputers
Skills
Athletic:
Cinque is an above-average athlete, when it comes to stamina. His strength is approaching Olympic level, but his agility is slightly above average. He has been trying to balance trying to increase his overall physique with his other responsibilities.
Chef:
Cinque is an above average chef. He knows how to make a decent meal from a multitude of different cultures for an almost immeasurable amount of different ingredients.
Criminal Knowledge:
Due to Cinque's past and current mission, Cinque has gained an intensive knowledge of various types of criminal activity. He can decipher and understand the mechanisms and patterns behind a street performer pulling off a three card Monty scheme to a complex corporate backed real estate scheme. He can recognize a person that is about to shoplift, and use shipment or cargo's fraudulent manifest to recognize which type of trafficking is being done. Cinque understands the designs and intricacies of the majority of criminal enterprises that are not of a rural origin. Cinque uses this knowledge to fight crime, buy items on the blackmarket, and launder or fence his stolen goods and money.
Dirty Fighting:
Cinque fighting style is dirty fighting. It is basically an extreme form of street fighting which he has mastered from his life on the streets. It involves using any part of his body or the environment to do as much physical damage to a person as possible or causing a distraction to allow for future attacks. An example of dirty fighting techniques are attacks to the groin, gravel or glass thrown into the eyes, eye gauge, etc. The defensive aspects of this style is a mixture of boxing, and being too tough or stupid to go down.
Enhanced Combat:
Cinque possesses the ability to synthesize his enhanced intuition, multitasking capabilities, super processing time, accelerated perception, and vast array of skills and knowledge into a unique form of master-level, multi-disciplined martial arts. This power elevates his combat abilities to superhuman levels, with the only constraints being his own physical limitations.
In combat, Cinque can anticipate his opponents' moves with uncanny accuracy, making him nearly impossible to surprise. He can perform flawless counterattacks, adapt and create new strategies instantaneously, and pinpoint weaknesses in his enemies, even in the midst of intense battles. When facing multiple opponents, as he can seamlessly transition between different martial arts techniques, utilizing his heightened perception and processing speed.
As Cinque learns new skills and techniques, they are automatically integrated into his combat system, continually evolving his fighting style. He is essentially a grandmaster of his own martial art, a fluid and ever-adapting form that synthesizes all known and newly acquired techniques into a seamless, enhanced combat art.
General Knowledge:
Cinque has a Master of Arts degree in Sociology, and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Cinque has gained enough knowledge to create his own weaponru, but his does not have a vast understanding of technology or engineering. He has a basic understanding of first aid and forensics.
Hacker:
Cinque is an above average hacker and is moderately approaching mastery of this skill the more he uses it. He is far better at hacking from a local access point than a remote access point at this stage of his development. He is also better at hacking programs that protect financial transcations than any other type of cybersecurity programs.
Knife Fighting:
Cinque has mastered fighting with a Bowie knife. He is not experienced with fighting styles with other knives, except how to defend attacks with the Bowie knife. Cinque only carries one Bowie knife at a time, but is equally skilled in each hand.
Marksmanship:
When shooting at targets up to 1000 to 1800 meters away with his modified pistols, Cinque is several levels above marksman to expert level, depending on the situation. (i.e. firing his pistols while riding his motorcycle is obviously a lot harder.)When shooting with regular firearms, his accuracy drops to about 300 to 600 meters away. He can perform trick shots, quick draws, and gun twirls; in fact, he can disassemble and reassemble most standard firearms blindfolded.
Rider:
Cinque is an expert motorcycle rider. He can perform daredevil level type maneuvers at high level speeds. This is his enhanced due to his superpowers being able to process information faster than normal humans.
Shield Training:
Cinque has gone through basic SHIELD training, and has been on several missions with SHIELD during his training. He has gone through tactical, science, and asset retrieval training,or missions. He is able to perform the necessary tasks that a SHIELD recruit with his experience level, background and skills would have to perform with their duties. Due to his powers, he possess all the knowledge that a shield recruit comes across in their studies.
Street Etiquette:
He can recognize gang signs, tattoos, and graffiti. He can acclimate himself with the homeless culture. He can normally found out the different nuances of most cities' street culture upon 96 hours arriving in that city.
Resources
Arsenal:
Cinque has two modified Navy Colt Pistols. It can only fire six shots before they need to recharge for 30 seconds, and can only fire six shots two more times,until they need to recharge for 15 minutes. He uses a variety of nonlethal and lethal bullets. (rubber, armor-piercing, incendiary. and ICER setting.) He uses smoke bombs and small concussive bombs too. Sometimes he carries Bowie Knives with him.
Brood History:
Cinque possesses the eons of history of the Brood. Their entire existence is stored in his memory. The large vast of the information is so alien to him that it is extraneously difficult for him to comprehend most of it, but the information is there. He has stored all of their history that is passed on through their genetic from their origins to being destroyed by the Phoenix force to their recent adventures in the Savage land.
Costume:
Cinque self-created costume is made of material that can absorb the damage from small caliber pistol fire, and from attacks from simple melee weapons. It has limited heat resistance that is equivalent to twice that of a fireman?s suit
Cycle & Equipment:
Cinque has a motorcycle that he has made to his specification. It is basically faster, quieter, and more stable than a standard motorcycle. Cinque has gps trackers, hacker kit, first-aid kit, infrared binocular,mini-tools, emi pulse, electronic devices, etc
Jamii Homeless Shelter:
Cinque owns and operates a non-profit homeless shelter. The shelter is an old hotel that has been converted to a homeless shelter. The shelter provides Cinque with a plethora of information and contacts dealing with the underworld, forgotten crimes and victims, bureaucracy, etc.
Cinque runs his vigilante operations from the bomb shelter that is below the hotel. The bomb shelter consists of several computers, a forensic lab, a workshop, an equipment station, and a medical station
Weaknesses
Apathy:
Since absorbing the Brood memories, Cinque can fall into a state of apathy. He loses the ability to understand or sympathize with humans. This makes him seem cold and distant during the times. When this occurs during combat, he becomes an emotionless being who has no qualms about killing, sacrificing the few to help the many, or any other acts that are fueled mored by logic than emotions. This can lead to putting himself and his allies in danger.
Non Profit:
Cinque doesn?t make a profit of any of these endeavors, because he puts the money he steals to help pay back the victims, funnel it back into the homeless shelter, or repair and replace his equipment. There is no extra money; furthemore, not every vigilante act has a financial component to it, so there are times when he doesn?t have any money to make repairs or replace his equipment. He is crime fighting on a budget.
Rebellious:
Cinque has a rebellious nature. At times, his rebellious nature keeps him from making sound judgments of Cinque's rebels to gain some power in his life during stressful situations in his life. In the past, he rebelled against social services, because he felt powerless about what happened to his parents. He rebelled against society's norms, when he needed money to take care of his foster father and for school. His rebellious nature is always there in the background, tempting him to take bigger risks, or going back to the dark side.
Secret Identity:
Cinque has to maintain a secret identity. He does this for a couple of reasons. He believes that his shelter saves people that he cannot save in his superheroes identity, but doing so is time-consuming. The homeless shelter is a 24/7 operation, so Cinque must balance his altruistic pursuits with his vigilante ones.
Wanted:
In his superhero identity, Cinque is wanted by the authorities for his violent ways he has dealt with criminals. He has seriously maimed or killed criminals in his pursuit of justice. His pursuit of justice has also caused him to be wanted by the criminals too. It is not just for the violent acts that he has committed against them that has drawn their wrath, but he has stolen loads of money from and disruptive or destroyed their businesses. The path that he is on will probably bring his own death.
