Miguel O'Hara is a brilliant geneticist who found out he was being drugged by his company, he tried to clean up his DNA and got sabotaged by his boss, ending up with spider-powers. Since then, a fight with a maniac with a time machine sent him back to 2023, to make the best of a life in his past.

2079: Miguel O'Hara was born in Earth-928 in Nueva York, USA.
2090: Miguel is confirmed to be a prodigy and enrolls in MIT to pursue a degree in Genetics.
2098: Miguel graduates with a Ph.D. in Genetics and goes to work for Alchemax.
2099: After finding out he was dosed with Rapture to force employment with Alchemax, an attempt to clean his DNA was sabotaged as a jealous supervisor introduces spider-DNA into the mix. Coming out with spider-powers, Miguel takes on the mantle of Spider-Man to fight against corporate wrongdoing.
2100: Miguel stops Tempus Fugit and is sent back in time to 2023.

Bias Against Corporations:
Corporate skullduggery is why he is what he is. He has seen the future of corporate rule, and has an urgent need to stop corp-crime, even if it does risk the timeline...

Circumspect:
He doesn't talk very much, unless he has something to say. He seldom speaks idly. Loose lips sink timelines.

Stubborn:
Miguel isn't thetype to back down from any kind of bully. After being powerless for so long, he now has the means and desire to fight back.

Enhanced Senses:
Miguel possesses a hyper-awareness as a result of various senses - telescopic (up to 200 yards), night vision (extending into the infrared), and even a slowly-developing telepathic awareness that is still developing. All of this comes together to function similar to Peter Parker's "Spider-Sense."

Fangs:
Miguel now has elongated canine fangs that can secrete a paralyzing-but-nonlethal venom.

Superhuman Physique:
The spider DNA infused with his human DNA left him with physical abilities beyond human limits - he can lift up to ten tons, can move fast enough to appear as a blur to the unaided eye, can physically exert himself continuously for ten hours before feeling tatigued even with maneuvers beyond Olympic-level gymnastics. His body is durable enough to handle extreme blows without being incapacitated, and can regenerate quickly enough for moderate wounds to fully heal in hours. He may even be capable of an increased lifespan, but it will take him a LOOOONG time to find out.

Talons:
These talons can extend to grab onto most surfaces and tear into materials as dense as cinderblock.

Webbing:
Miguel was also gifted with a set of spinnerets placed just behind the outer wrists. This allows him to swing around on weblines or use the webbing to ensnare individuals. The organic spidersilk is strong (comparable to high-grade alloy steel) and can be altered to either degrade after two hours or hold for as long as 24 hours.

Combat:
Miguel is not classically-trained in hand-to-hand combat, but he is effective as a result of analyzing his physical limits and adapting basic fighting skills to utilize his body effectively. He can also use a firearm effectively with minimal training, even though he avoids using weapons.

Genius:
Miguel has an IQ of 210 and was able to get a Ph.D. in Genetics at the age of 19. He also has impressive computer skills and hacking abilities.

Costume:
Miguel made himself a costume out of unstable-molecule fabric scavenged from a 2099 Day of the Dead outfit. They have all the abilities of current-design unstable-molecule material.

Fake Life:
Miguel's DNA profile and ID chip aren't going to be even considered to exist for fifty years, so he has had to create falsified legal documents to give him a way to afford living in the early 21st century. Sufficient scrutiny will reveal them to be bogus.

Anachronism-World:
When you find yourself dealing with tech 80 years older than you are, there's going to be a learning curve. He's not reduced to banging on rocks, but Miguel is going to have a tough time dealing with a 5G world after working with 50G in 2099.

Conversation:
Having fangs that won't retract make conversation difficult, both in pronunciation and concealment of his fangs.

Keeping Focus:
The talons in his fingertips have to be consciously kept retracted. So he is susceptible to distraction that could cause the talons to extend.

Optical Sensitivity:
His new gifts can be troublesome when his enhanced senses don't come with an OFF switch. Until he gains experience, he often wears sunglasses to protect his sensitive eyesight. If he is overloaded with excessive light or distraction, he tries to find some shelter from the overload, or shuts his eyes tightly if he cannot retreat.

Spinnerets:
The web-producing spinnerets in his inner wrists can be blocked or covered, making it impossible to spin webs.
