Timeline:
1989: Felicity Smoak is born in Las Vegas, Nevada, to parents Donna Smoak and Noah Kuttler. Raised Jewish, she gets her first taste of nachos at a bar in the Grand before she's even off the bottle.

1996: At age 7, with help from her father, Felicity builds her first "supercomputer" using spare parts. Shortly after, Donna leaves Noah due to his refusal to reform his criminal activities but tells Felicity that Noah left them to protect her from the truth. Noah agrees to avoid contact with Felicity, allowing her to believe he abandoned them to avoid her resenting Donna.

2000: At age 11, Felicity hacks Napster for her science fair project.

2003: At age 14, Felicity wins the first of three Nevada State Mathematics Championships.

2005: At age 16, Felicity is accepted into MIT, kicking off her "Cyber-Goth Hacktivist" phase. She accidentally eats a pot brownie containing nuts, triggering an allergic reaction that lands her in the hospital.

2007: At age 18, Felicity, along with her then-boyfriend Cooper Seldon and his roommate Myron Forest, uses hacktivism to expose government fraud and digitally mark known criminals. Felicity posts logs on various forums under the name "Ghost Fox Goddess," gaining a reputation on the dark web.

2008: At age 19, Felicity ranks 2nd in the National Information Technology Competition. With help from Cooper and Myron, she creates an x-axis bi-numeric algorithm, a "super virus" capable of root access to any infected server. Though intended for noble causes, the trio uses it to breach the firewall of the U.S. Department of Education for 30 seconds. Cooper seizes the moment to attempt erasing all student loans, but Felicity aborts the hack. Later that day, the FBI arrests Cooper, finding the laptop in his backpack. Despite Felicity's attempt to claim responsibility, Cooper takes the fall and, prior to sentencing, allegedly takes his own life. With Cooper gone, Felicity's cyber-goth hacktivist days come to an end.

2009: At age 20, Felicity graduates summa cum laude from MIT with a Master of Science in Computer Science and Cyber Security, specializing in virus creation. She moves to Starling City to work in IT at Queen Consolidated, a role she's vastly overqualified for, in hopes of living a "normal" life.

2010: Age 21, Felicity comes across a photo of Oliver Queen and, talking to herself, comments on him being "cute," unaware he overhears her. Later, while working in IT, Oliver shows up with a laptop riddled with bullet holes, asking her to salvage the data, claiming he spilled a latte on it. When she asks about the bullet holes, he tells her his coffee shop is in a "bad neighborhood." She's intrigued by the increasingly odd requests Oliver brings her way, secretly enjoying the puzzles he provides.

Timeline2:
2011: Age 22, Felicity leaves work late to find a gunshot-wounded Oliver hiding in vigilante gear in her car's backseat. Though she insists he needs a hospital, she ends up driving him to his Arrowcave, surprising John Diggle by asking for help carrying Oliver inside. She removes the bullet and fixes a defibrillator, officially saving Oliver's life and joining Team Arrow as its third member.

2012: At age 23, Oliver joins the Justice League at its formation. Though not an official member, Felicity supports the League in a technical, "Overwatch" capacity.

2014: At age 25, Felicity is present when Green Arrow bails Roy Harper out of juvenile detention and offers to train him. Later, Felicity and her mother, Donna, are kidnapped by Brother Eye, a cyber-terrorist group led by her college boyfriend, Cooper Seldon, who had faked his death.

2016: At age 27, Felicity uncovers evidence allowing Green Arrow to confront the corrupt sheriff responsible for the deaths of Roy's parents. The sheriff is arrested, easing Roy's guilt. Emiko Queen joins Team Arrow the same year.

2017: Age 28, Felicity is present in the Arrowcave during the Death of Superman. Team Arrow holds an intervention for Roy's drug issues, which prompts him to run away.

2018: Age 29, Felicity is in the Arrowcave during Loki's invasion of New York.

2021: At age 32, Felicity reconnects with Thea as she purchases Verdant, a nightclub in the Glades.

2022: At age 33, after over a decade of romantic tension and on-again-off-again interest, Felicity and Oliver Queen finally begin dating seriously.

2023: At age 34, Felicity helps Oliver secure a penthouse in New York, where they set up an auxiliary Arrowcave. The two live together in New York for seven months, and she officially resigns from Queen Consolidated to avoid any accusations of impropriety. That year, Felicity launches her tech startup, Smoak Technologies. She joins S.H.I.E.L.D. as a consultant, running 'Overwatch' from the safety of the Triskelion. She continues as Overwatch for Team Arrow and the Justice League while balancing her roles at S.H.I.E.L.D. and as CEO of her fledgling company. Just as the pressure starts weighing on her, Felicity learns that one of her company's largest investors is a shell corporation set up by her father, Noah Kuttler (aka The Calculator), who is also a core member of the Injustice League.

2024: At age 35, Felicity watches remote video feeds in horror from the NYC penthouse as her father, The Calculator, surrenders to the Justice League and is held in The Watchtower. Shortly after, the Watchtower comes under attack by other Injustice League members, and Noah releases nanobots into the station, nearly killing everyone inside, including Oliver. Discovering her father's surrender was a ploy, Felicity watches as Oliver aims an arrow at Noah. From her angle, she can't see that he's only aiming at Noah's knee, and it's only Batman's intervention that prevents Oliver from firing. Haunted by nightmares of Oliver and her father killing each other, Felicity hires Dr. Curtis Holt as her COO to handle day-to-day operations at Smoak Technologies, officially moving into Queen Mansion in Starling City with Oliver later that year.

Ambitious:
Felicity wants to get somewhere, to 'be' someone. To be counted as important in the cosmic scheme of things. She will not, however, walk over people to do it.

Faith:
Felicity was raised in the Jewish faith by her mother. To that end, she does keep the faith, does believe in a higher power and it's one of the main guides for her morality.

Hard Working:
If anyone is burning the midnight oil to solve a problem, it'd be Felicity. She's not one to shirk or walk away from a task once she has started.

Principled:
Felicity started in college as an activist. She has a strong moral compass and has true beliefs in what is right and wrong. To this end, she will always side with 'right', no matter where it may lead.

Tenacious:
While Felicity may not go looking for problems, she's not afraid of pursuing issues and simply not letting go, no matter what.

Baking:
Okay, so Felicity does have a hobby. Baking. And eating. And she's not bad, either! Cookies, cakes.. the occasional hamentashen.

Biochemistry:
Felicity doesn't have hobbies like others, per se. She studies studies. She's gotten rather good at being able to run tests and analyze the results on almost any specimen, given the right equipment. And if she doesn't have the right equipment? She may make it.. depends on her mood.

Electrical Engineering:
Circuits and wires are nothing to her. Need something rewired? Felicity can not only do it but make it better.

Genius:
Felicity is really, really smart. She started from being a child prodigy and leveraging it into a double Master's from MIT at the age of 19, and picking up other useful subjects along the way.

Master Hacker:
Felicity has the ability and intelligence to be able to hack into federal sites including but not limited to the FBI, CIA, Homeland Security, ARGUS..

Math:
Felicity can not only count cards, but she can help determine trajectories of various items based upon any variable that may arise. Very useful when creating, say, arrows?

There's a lot to be said about the load-out of a sekrit cave, with all its gadgets!

Over-Watch:
For Valentine's Day, 2025, Felicity Smoak gave Oliver one of two 'gadget' watches that are paired together, communicating with each other and their Arrowcaves through heavily encrypted, rotating frequencies. She kept the other for herself.

The H. Moser & Cie. Streamliner Centre Seconds Matrix costs over $20,000 before its custom modifications. The emerald green dial remains, shifting between shades of deep jade and rich forest under the light. Etched subtly into the surface, an archery target design, nearly invisible unless you know to look for it. The case, once stainless steel, is now black titanium, lightweight but reinforced to be waterproof, shatterproof, and EMP-resistant.

The bezel houses discreetly integrated dials, each controlling an embedded function. Tapping the watch face activates the holographic display, projecting schematics, maps, or encrypted messages. One dial deploys a precision laser cutter, capable of slicing through locks, restraints, or thin metal. Another engages UV light mode, and a third triggers a short-range EMP pulse, knocking out nearby electronics -- one use per charge.

The watch also boasts a biometric-linked tracking beacon with vitals, a secondary removable tracking device, an encrypted comm and mic, a programmable RFID transmitter for spoofing badges and bypassing locks, a single-use electric anti-theft shock if forcibly removed (triggered after three seconds), and a silent 'SOS' feature (three taps on the external dials) that transmits current location and live audio.

It still looks like a luxury timepiece. It still tells time. But that's the least interesting thing it does.

Steady Income:
Felicity has a good paying job and can easily get another job should the current one fall through.

The Network:
No one gets to where she is without friends on the 'net. As a true computer geek, she has friends she can call on all around the world, all with differing abilites and at different levels of society. Need a safehouse in the UK? No problem. Need some cheap but good caviar? She can call a friend in Moscow.

Blind As a Bat:
Felicity wears glasses. She needs her glasses. Contacts are an inconvenience that is rarely suffered.

Support Crew:
Felicity really is a non-combatant. She much prefers being behind the scenes, though she won't say 'no' to a super exciting surveillance (which are never super exciting) or a chance to watch some action. As such, she has very little in the way of being able to protect herself beyond a shove or a makeshift club/bottle, etc.

Target:
Always, always, always take out the communications. Sadly, Felicity is it. It doesn't have to be physical, mind. Any counter-espionnage usually falls against her. She //does// have a file, after all. Most (not all) of her abilities are known to Agencies (with a capital A)).

Unintentional Innuendo:
Foot, meet mouth. Felicity has a habiit of speaking before her mind is truly in drive, and more often than not, things don't quite come out as intended. The 'That sounded better in my head' is a motto of hers. Sadly, a lot of times, those spells of mis-speaking comes out a little.. well, innuendo.
