Kingpin is a major criminal element in the NYC underworld. While there are rumors of his underlying criminality, Fisk operates an ostensibly legitimate trade in the area of exotic spices and other imports, which has matured into real estate. Fisk is known to be heavily-connected in the local and state-level political areans, although he is dogged by rumours of darker influences. Kingpin is in fact involved in drug trafficking, extortion, prostitution, and all other manner of criminal exploits. Apart from the political and financial gain that comes from his criminal enterprise, he seeks the downfall of any superhero that crosses his path.

Timeline:
* 1970: Born and raised by a single father, who was himself involved in organized crime.

* 1988: With his father's criminal enterprise raided by the police, Fisk finds himself being prosecuted for his involvement. Sentenced to several years in federal prison.

* 1993: Emerges from prison, having used his time primarily to hone his physical attributes. While appearing facially obese, Fisk in fact is made almost entirely of raw muscle.

* 1998: Earns significant revenue from his exotic spice import business, among others. Begins to diversify into illegal narcotics and other criminal undertakings. Uses his knowledge of hacking and growing political connections to effectively erase his criminal record.

* 2003: Recognized as one of New York City's leading mobsters, gaining further influence in the criminal underworld. Buys influence with the city council and maintains contacts in the police department and District Attorney's office, ensuring his nefarious dealings for the most part are ignored.

* 2010: Establishes himself as a key figure in the criminal underworld, continuing to target Spiderman, Daredevil, and other superheroes as they emerge to the extent they pose a nuisance to his criminal dealings.

*2015: His wife Vanessa Fisk, one of the most important figures in his life, passes away.

*2020: Joins the inner circle of the Hellfire Club, further expanding his business empire and seeking new contacts both in the criminal underworld, as well as in licit business and politics.

Due to this, if it is his plan, he tends to see where the threads of a project can evolve and change over time. But this is not a supernatural ability but due to his criminal intelligence and learned skills. He can't see the unpredictable, the magical, or superheroes he has no knowledge of, or random happenstance.
