Profile
A local New York vigilante with a penchant for sports equipment, Casey Jones isn't very well-known outside of his own neighborhood. Just a regular guy with a lot of bludgeoning tools, he does the job as best he can and has been surprisingly successful in spite of his ragtag style and lack of training.
Timeline
Timeline:
* 1993: Casey Jones is born in Brooklyn, NY.
* 2006: Casey witnesses his father's murder when he refuses to pay protection money to a local crime syndicate. Casey tries to defend him but is stabbed and nearly beaten to death.
* 2009: Casey gets in trouble for fighting, skipping school and other mischief. Gets labelled a 'troubled kid', loses his place on sports teams despite his skill and costs himself potential scholarships in the bargain.
* 2011: Joins the United States Marine Corps.
* 2013: Kicked out of Marines for insubordination and 'attitude' problems.
* 2016: After working construction, plumbing and numerous other jobs, he manages to get the money together to open his own garage. His high risk loans cost him plenty, but Jones' Garage is open for business.
* 2019: After seeing crime spiral in his neighborhood and realizing someone needs to do something, Casey gathers together a makeshift uniform and whatever weapons he can get out of his garage to go beat some criminal behind.

Personality
Aggressive:
Casey isn't shy and he's more than ready to get in somebody's face. He has a short temper and a bit of a violent streak. He's tried to channel that into good as much as he can, but he doesn't always succeed. He isn't likely to be mistaken for harmless.
Crude:
Casey has bad manners. He burps in public, often has stains on his clothes and has an extremely foul mouth. He has no interest in putting on airs or pretending to be something he's not. He disdains people who criticize him for his rude ways and is most likely to respond with an insult if called out.
Jovial:
Despite his temper, Casey's generally a cheerful guy. He has broody moments, of course, and is prone to intensity, but he likes to have a beer, watch a game, go to the movies. When not going through a mental health episode, he's friendly to strangers, good to have a talk with and generally an all around good guy.
Protective:
Casey hates bullies. If he sees anyone picking on someone weaker than them, especially a woman or a kid, he's going to put a stop to it. Doesn't matter how big or how many there are on the other side, Casey does what's right even if it gets his ass kicked.
Unstable:
Casey isn't in the best of mental health. While he's generally good natured, he does have moments of despair and the occasional violent urge. He tries to purge these problems through his crimefighting, but, still, he can be a bit intense for people who first encounter him, as he possesses a manic energy that can suddenly sink into despair.

Skills
Athlete:
Casey's always been a good athlete, even if his penchant for juvenile delinquency lead to him getting kicked off the teams most of the time. He can run fast, climb, has a nearly five foot vertical leap. He's long limbed and rangy, has excellent hand-eye coordination and has stamina to run for nearly ten minutes without getting TOO winded.
Butt-Kickery:
Casey's formal training consists of the basic hand-to-hand he got in the Marines and a few karate classes he took at the Y when he was fourteen. But he's still a pretty formidable combatant, a natural brawler with a physically imposing body. He's gotten pretty good with his makeshift weapons and can hold his own against even skilled opponents, although he's nowhere near a martial arts master.
Handyman:
Casey's done a lot of jobs before he got his garage. He can do construction, plumbing, heating/air conditioning, some carpentry. He's a modest electrician. He'd be an excellent building superintendent or just be a handy husband.
Intimidating:
Casey can be scary. He's a big guy in a hockey mask with a lot of weapons. While he is, no doubt, unstable, he does play it up a bit and knows how to seem like an absolute psycho, enough to scare off even dangerous opponents sometimes.
Mechanic:
Casey's an excellent car mechanic and can repair and build most anything from the last fifty years of automobiles.

Arsenal:
Casey's weapons are mostly makeshift, consisting largely of sports equipment with the occasional tool or improvised bludgeon thrown in. Hockey sticks, baseball bats, cricket bats, golf clubs and anything else he can swing and dent someone's head. He throws baseballs and boomerangs, trips people up with jacks or golf balls. He has, on occasion, wielded a frying pan or wrapped his bat with barbed wire and duct tape.
Garage:
Casey is the owner and operator of Jones' Garage, where he fixes people's cars. He lives on the premises. While he's not even close to rich, he does well enough and can afford his mortgage and a liberal amount of pizza and beer and the occasional bet on the Yanks.
Weaknesses
Fearless:
Casey doesn't back down, even when he's outgunned, overpowered or outmanned. He'll take a beating instead of running away with his tail between his legs and he's broken a few bones and lost a couple of teeth for it.
Hothead:
Casey's got anger management issues. If he's riled up, prodded or provoked, he's going to be hard to calm down and has a tendency to solve such issues with his fists or a well-placed baseball bat. Which isn't always the best solution.
Untrained:
Most of Casey's fighting prowess comes from sheer practice and instinct. While he does well against your average punk, truly skilled warriors and martial artists are generally out of his league. Which won't stop him from taking a swing, of course.
Vigilante:
While cops do turn a blind eye for superhero types, Casey doesn't really qualify. He's a good old fashioned vigilante and, if he crosses paths with a cop, they're probably going to try and bust him.
