Personality

Indulgent:
Talia is a creature of indulgence. She has only ever lived in the most decadent opulence on most occassions, rubbed elbows with high society, influencial people of the world. While she may be practical enough to not let herself get hooked on chemicals for those false highs and experiences, she certainly knows how to let her hair down when she needs or wants to.

Manipulative:
Talia's modus operandi is to manipulate people in whatever fashion suits her amusement, or her goals. Using her knowlege, charm, physical traits and other skills, she knows how to get inside someone's head and twist them to get what she wants. It might not always work, but it works pretty damn often. She has done this so much, and so often, it's become second nature to her and a permenant part of her and how she interacts with people.

Somewhat Compassionate:
Despite all Ra's influences, and how much alike she is to her father - Talia is not a complete heartless monster. Perhaps it was seeing her mother's death that left a permenant mark on her, but while seldom showing, she does certainly have a compassionate side. And, should she feel compassion for someone she might relent, 'go easy' on them, or even let them escape her hunt. It may be rare that she does this, but it does show there is a human beneath that cold, calculating, maniulative exterior of hers.

Vengeful:
One does not go against her, or Ra's, or the League, without incurring her wrath in some way, shape, or form. To oppose Talia on any front is to invite the wrath of a vengeful spirit who will plot, plan, and execute a path of revenge upon the offender until she is satisfied with her retribution. This might not always be an instant retaliation; it might be weeks, months, even years. She will plan it out. And, see that it is fulfilled. But it will come.

Zealot:
Talia is fantically loyal to her father for several reasons. Admiration. Respect. Fear. Belief. She fully believes in her father's cause, and while she might slightly step out of the lines of his desires, she'll only really ever toe that line. Everything she does is for Ra's and the cause of the League of Assassins, even if he might not think so. She would do anything for Ra's, even die ... afterall, just a soak in a Lazarus Pit and she'd be back to work. There is only one man in the entire world who could ever even have a chance of breaking that loyalty: Bruce Wayne.

Genius Intellect:
In part by the genetics of her parentage, in part by the the relentless training and her desire to be the best daughter and heir she could be, Talia has developed a mind that surpasses most of the people on the planet. She learns at a rapid rate, and is able to apply that knowledge with little effort once learned.

Longevity:
Talia's natural lifespan has been expanded, due to exposure of the Lazarus Pit and the rate at which she age has been slowed by proxy. While this is no doubt a huge benefit, it also comes with some rather dark risks and penalities (see Weaknesses).

Skills

Academics:
Talia has a high understanding of general academics. From being capable of running a business, mathematics, history, culture, and sociology among others, Talia's knowledge allows her to blend into nearly anywhere she wants to be whether it is the top floor of a business empire or in an impovershed town in a third world country. She holds avanced degrees in biology, engineering, and business.

Assassin:
One does not grow up the heir to a group called 'The League of Assassins' without learning how to assassinate people. Talia knows the quiet ways, the deadly ways, the ways of poisons and shadows. She is a master of lethality. She can cover her tracks exceptionally well, and even give forensics a huge headache in hiding her methodology of execution with enough preperation.

Charisma:
She knows how to use her charms to get what she wants out of people. She can make herself the center of attention if she wants to for a person, or even a room if the need arises with a natural grace that, while perhaps more from training and repitition than innate, many would envy.

Leadership:
Talia has experience commanding and running both the League on her father's behalf, as well as her creation and the League's sister agency, Leviathan. She is able to intelligently, and effectively run insurgencies, takeovers, espionage operations, assassination missions, and terrorist campaigns if needed. She understands how to get people to do what she needs them to do, what incentivizes people, and what they're afraid of and she can use these to her full advantage.

Marksmanship:
Trained by the very best the League of Assassins had to offer, Talia is an expert marksman with nearly any weapon in the world. Gun, thrown, or bow. If she can shoot it or toss it she can hit someone with it in whatever spot or area she wants to.

Martial Arts:
Talia is a master of several forms of martial arts and can hold her own with some of the best in the world in a hand-to-hand fight. She has been in intensive training essentially since a very young age due to the goals and plans for her from Ra's. Where most kids like her might've been playing with Barbie's or She-Ra figures, she was learning martial arts. She exceptional in both hand-to- hand, as well as numerous weapons associated with the combat arts.

Polyglot:
Talia can speak several other languages, including Mandarin, Japanese, Arabic, Russian, and German fluently.

Tactics:
Talia is a master strategist, and has the patience inbued by her father to plan out, and wait out, long and invested campaigns for the moment of culmination. Against most of her opponents, Talia can plan several steps ahead and have contingency plans in play as needed to ensure success at whatever it is she's attempting to do.

Resources

Lazarus Pits:
Talia is one of but a literal handful of people in the world who knows about the Lazarus Pits, and one of the fewer still who knows where the locations of many of them all. Only Ra's knows the locations of more. Talia has access to these if she ever has need of them, and they can not only prolong life but also give life back to those who have died.

League of Assassins:
She is Ra's right hand and as such, has the ability to speak on his behalf in a general sense. She is feared, admired, and respected by those of the League for her abilities, knowledge, and of course her heritage. She has access to the League's resources, be it monetary, personel, political influence, or any number of types of equipment as she needs. At least, as long as it does not go against Ra's short or long-term plans and goals.

Leviathan:
A group of Talia's own creation. A 'sister' branch, unknowing of their role, of the League and for the purposes to advance the League's goal. Talia is their leader, and guides them towards her own purposes to help the League by both deeds, as well as to draw, when necessary, attention away from something the League might be doing. Not nearly as influential, powerful, or widespread as the League of Assassins, but they're still effective tools and she has the ability to direct them wherever, and whenever she wants.

Money:
Talia is rich. Very rich. The al Ghul family wealth has been built up over centuries and methodical planning, investing, and cunning. While much of this money might not be instantly available or quickly liquidated, Talia still has an exoborant amount of money at her disposal to live in extravagance and without worry of what she's spending.

Weaknesses

Father's Fury:
Her father is one of the most demanding of men on the planet, when it comes to offspring. Talia is steadfastly loyal to him, and his cause. There is no man she respects, idolizes, or fears more than her father. She has seen what happens, even to his own blood, of those who he feels betrayed him. Should she ever step too far out of line to where he believes this of her, he wouldn't hesitate to strike her down with a vengeful fury. She is well aware of this.

Lazarus Pit:
While the Lazarus Pit provides longevity and slowed aging, it comes at a heavy price. Repeated use of the Pit begins to make you more dependant on it. And, the more you use it, the more it begins to tear at your mind. Talia is well aware of this. But she's already used the Pit once, and sees the appeal of it. She is hesitant to use it too much, and so walks a fine line, a tightrope, between what it offers and what it takes. How long she can keep that balance is anyone's guess.

Overconfident:
Talia's one personality failing is her overconfidence. A product of her training and how good she actually is, it can sometimes backfire on her and cause her to underestimate her opponents either tactically or in a physical confrontation due to her superiority complex. It can also cause her to not always think a situation through clearly, and have dire consequences if she can't recover from her mistakes quickly enough.

The Waynes:
If there is one man that Talia loves and would ever be loyal to besides her father, it is Bruce. Despite the years between their meetings off and on after Bruce had left, she has never lost her appreciation or interest in him even if she's held it close from afar. It is the only crack in the chink of her otherwise unbreakable armor of her loyalty to her father. And, while Damian is a tool for the betterment of the League, he is still her son.
