Profile
Divine is a near perfect clone of Power Girl. Powers-wise, she's a perfect equal, but her attitude is not. Harsh, ruthless and more brutal than her counterpart, even she doesn't know why, or by whom, she was created. Her bad attitude means trouble for everyone, though.
Timeline
Timeline:
*2019: NOWHERE acquires some of Power Girl's DNA after one of her early excursions.
*2019: Scientists within NOWHERE begin the cloning process as an improvement on the Conner Project. At least two clones were produced, Divine and one other who was deemed defective. (Or at least not perfect).
*Late 2020: Cloning and indoctrination processes completed, Divine is released to hone the use of her powers in a controlled environment. It was very expensive.
*Late 2021: Divine is unleashed on the world. To what end, beyond cause trouble for Kryptonians (and Power Girl in specific), she's not sure.
*2023: She took some time off to go explore the world before returning to the East Coast in early 2024.

Personality
Arrogant:
Much like her base template, Divine drinks her own kool-aid. She knows exactly how powerful she is, and she revels in it. Even more than her template does. This leads her to be almost dismissive of, well, anyone else.
Intelligence:
Like the woman she is cloned from, Divine is quite intelligent. Something that is not always obvious as she is not used to human interactions and social cues which can lead to confusion and sometimes even comedic moments. She is a fast learner, when she applies herself. She is cunning enough to adapt to situations quickly.
Morality:
Divine's moral compass tends to spin in circles. She is arrogant and brash, believing that her gifts give her certain rights. Actually, all the rights. Yet, she has been exposed to humanity long enough to know that some things are considered right or wrong. For example, killing is wrong. But she doesn't understand why that's so. She may try to duplicate behaviors of others in a way of trying to understand her own morality while perhaps learning something. At other times she will be brash and selfish.
Self-Centered:
Divine tends to think about herself in all situations. She isn't worried about the person with their cat in a tree. She isn't bothered by the atrocities of war happening in world. What matters is herself. She has never had anyone close so does not understand the give and take of relationships, be they friendships or romantic. She can learn but someone would have to be able to tolerate her long enough for the relationships to develop.
Tact:
Or the lack thereof. Divine was programmed, not actually raised around people. While she understands the concept of tact, it seems to be an ability she is lacking so far. She tends to say what she thinks, even in situations where discretion would better serve. While useful in battle since it can infuriate an opponent, it isn't so great in the coffee shop at the corner when someone has a strange haircut.

Powers
Damage Resistance:
As a Kryptonian hybrid, Divine is tough. Lacking the true invulnerability of her template, she fakes it. Mostly. For most situations, she may as well be invulnerable, her damage resistance high enough to take blows from other superhumans with minimal damage. As the power level of her opponant increases, so does her resistance drop. A battle with a true Kryptonian is just a war of attrition.
Flight:
Divine, like every other Kryptonian, can fly. Her top speed is unknown, but given she's a clone of Power Girl, their thresholds should be identical, save her lack of true experience with it. Her control need a little work.
Heat Vision:
Focusing her powers, Divine can lance beams of raw heat energy from her eyes. Her control is a thing of progress, but she can, in theory, change the spread of them from pinpoint to a room filler. Her beams are hot enough to melt most earthly metals and rock.
Kryptonian:
Like all other Kryptonians, Divine is empowered under the light of a yellow sun. The rays hypercharge the mitochondria of her cells, givinger her access to the suite of powers that are natural to her race. A red sun will do the opposite and drain her powers to near baseline.
Longevity:
Under the yellow sun, Divine ages slowly. Granted, she's a clone and was forcefully aged to maturity in a tube, but now that she's out, the sun feeds her power and drasticly slows her further aging.
Super Breath:
Air goes in, air comes out. With force. And coldness. Her breath is strong enough to freeze the water in the air and then some.
Super Senses:
Sight, sound, taste, smell and hearing. Divine can hear you from across the planet, taste a spice that was shaken in a kitchen last week, see almost everything. Granted, in most cases, she'd have to know what to look for, and such sensitivity can be exploited as well. Other electromagnetic spectrums are visable to her as well. Super Speed:
Once more, to her endless frustration, Divine can't hang with her template. Oh, she's pretty fast, but not as fast as she believes she should be. She can crack the sound barrier with ease, maintaining an in atmosphere flight speed of about three times the speed of sound. In a short burst, she can hit escape velocity, but that level of speed is impossible to maintain for any length of time.
Super Strength:
Being a hybrid, she is not in the range of full Kryptonians. Though when you're able to throw a fully armored tank at someone, it almost becomes a quibble. Almost. She tops out somewhere around 75 Tons, maybe squeezing a bit harder under extreme duress.
Skills
Combat:
Divine is brutally efficient in combat. The knowledge of how to fight was implanted in her brain as she grew, and as such, it's the one thing she's very good at. She is, much like her counterpart, a brawler, using overwhelming force rather than finesse. It's more fun that way.
Resources
Emma Frost:
Divine looks to Emma as a mother figure, and is fiercely protective of the woman in return. While it makes them a formidable set to go against, it also means that threats against Emma are likely to blow right through any logic or reasonable emotion Divine has and straight into a hot-headed, 'must protect mom' mode.

Kryptonite:
Kryptonite will kill her. It's a fact. Like every other Kryptonian, Divine's poers and very life can be stripped away by the glowing green rock's radiation. Weapons made of it will hurt her. Being near it for an extended period of time can kill her. She hasn't experienced it yet, but on that day comes terror.
Lab:
The NOWHERE lab that created her is still keeping tabs on Divine. At some time in the future, they will want to recover their investment.
Magic:
Like every other Kryptonian-adjacent individual, magic is hard for her to deal with. It's one of the few things that can damage her directly. She doesn't like it.
Red Sun:
Some entities have created and manufactured ways to weaponize the wavelength of light from a red sun. Whether through grenades or gun, a burst of this will at the very least daze her, if not put her out for a bit. No fun there.
