Profile
Robbie Reyes never expected to be much in his life.
He didn't expect to be an older brother, a protective one at that. He didn't think he'd drop out of
High School. He didn't think his parents would die when he was 16. He didn't think His Uncle from
beyond th grave would turn him into a creature of vengeance.
Most importantly?
He didn't think he would be one of Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
Sure, Robbie's life has been really rough. But he's a hero and he's damn good at it. He wants to
make the world safer for the only family he has left: his little brother. Evil doers beware, for
you're not getting Blazed, you're not getting Ketch, you're not getting Jones.
You're getting an All-New Ghost Rider.
Timeline
Timeline:
2000 - Roberto R. Reyes is born to Alberto and Juliana Reyes in Hillrock Heights, California.
2013 - Robbie's little brother Gabriel is born. However, due to specific circumstances
around his birth, Gabriel is mentally and physically handicapped and confined to a wheelchair for
likely the rest of his life. Robbie's protective instincts kick in at this time and swears to always
protect his little brother with his life. Robbie gets a job at his cousin's mechanic shop to help
his parents pay the bills.
2014 - Robbie's parents are killed in a gang-started housefire.
With no options, Robbie starts street racing.
2016 - He borrows his Uncle Eli's old car
(unaware that it houses Eli's soul) and he gets mixed up in a gang feud. Robbie is shot nine times
and left for dead. Eli saves hs life and fuses himself to Robbie's soul, becoming a being very
similar to the Ghost Rider. They strike a bargain to protect innocents (gabriel included) and work
together to fight the depraved and the evil as the All-New Ghost Rider.
2017 - Robbie's
activities as Ghost Rider in Hillrock Heights make him an urban legend in the community known simply
as La Leyenda de Hillrock Heights. Gangs attack Robbie's home after he stands up for his brother,
and he slays every single member of the Fifth Street Locos. Immediately after this act, he takes
Gabe and drives across the country for a new home, never once revealing his secret. They eventually
settle in New York City, with Robbie getting a job at Canelo's Auto and Body.
2018 - Robbie
finally affords enough money to put Gabe back in school. Loki attacks New York and Robbie Reyes is
one of the heroes who rise up to defend their home. Robbie joins the resulting creation of the
Avengers as one of its youngest members. New York gets its first taste of Ghost Rider, with a few
reports claiming it was the devil, not a hero.
2020 - Robbie leaves the Avengers as a
regular member, but remains in reserve in order to keep his attention more closely on his brother,
making the world a safer place for Gabe to survive.

Personality
Personality:
At first glance, Robbie Reyes is a hard-working and caring young man who always tries his best
at what he sets his mind to. Despite his young age, he possesses a firm guardian kind of
personality, since he is the father-figure and legal guardian of his little brother, Gabriel, who
cannot take care of himself. He would do anything to protect what he loves, even if it meant trying
to move heaven and hell.
At the same time, however, Robbie is willing to make sacrifices for
the greater good, since he made a pact with his demonic uncle Eli Morrow to both stay alive and
protect his little brother. He has a strong dislike for evil, and despite the awful circumstances
for his superhuman abilities, he still tries to make the absolute best of them to become a hero
Gabriel can be proud of.

Powers
Chain Manifestation:
While Robbie possesses his own version of the Hellfire Chain, if he ever loses it or it breaks
(or if he's just that angry), Ghost Rider can potrude chains from his mouth, hands, and chest. These
chains are superheated with Hellfire, strong enough to cut through limbs of even highly durable
beings with some measure of effort.
Demonic Transformation:
Robbie Reyes's soul is fused with that of Eli Morrow, a follower of demonic ways who became
something very similar to a Spirit of Vengeance after death. This grants Robbie powers and abilities
very close to that of a true Ghost Rider and others that are more unique.
Hellfire:
As with all Ghost Riders, Robbie can use the infernal flame known as Hellfire. He can control
it, generate it, and unleash it as he desires with no known drawbacks to himself. Unlike regular
fire, which burns the flesh, Hellfire literally burns the flesh and soul of its victims, causing
pain and spiritual anguish simultaneously. A highly effective weapon, its meant to torture rather
than outright defeat. It has limited effect on divine beings. Because its an infernal flame, it is
extremely dangerous to demonic entities and supernatural forces (Vampires, Werewolves, Ghosts,
etc.). It can also be used to modify vehicles to have the same power and speed as the Hellcharger.
Not to mention, Hellfire can also be spread into the Ghost Rider's weapons, such as the Hellfire
Chain, for greater effectiveness.
Invulnerability:
The mystical energies that empower the Ghost Rider give Robbie an incredible degree of
resistance to damage. In his human form, Robbie is very resistant to blunt force trauma, though
bullets and sharp weaponry will still breach through his skin. As the Ghost Rider, Robbie is
impervious to nearly all forms of physical damage. Massive explosion? Not a problem. Missile blast?
No sweat. Punched with over 100 tons of force? Still kicking. However, just because the Ghost Rider
is hard to actually hurt, does not mean that Robbie does not feel pain.
Penance Stare:
Through unknown methods, Robbie has gained the ability to use the Penance Stare, the infamous
ability of the Ghost Riders. By making his victim look into his eyes as the Ghost Rider, Robbie can
make his enemies relieve every harmful action they have ever performed on an innocent and torture
their mind. Sometimes this kills, sometimes it breaks. However, it is not perfect. (see
Weaknesses)
Rage Enhancement:
A unique trait among the Ghost Riders that Robbie exhibits. The angrier he gets or the more he
lets his emotions take control of his actions, he will grow stronger.
Regeneration:
If Robbie happens to take life-threatening damage as either Ghost Rider or his human form, he
can heal extremely quickly. If his skull is crushed, it will put itself back together within a few
minutes. If his arm is lobbed off, it'll come back in a couple of days. If he is impaled through the
heart, it likely won't kill him. Of course though, his regeneration is potent but not invincible.

Self-Sustenance:
The mystical energies that empower the Ghost Rider enables him to survive without outside aid.
Robbie needs to eat, sleep, drink, and breathe. As the Ghost Rider? He doesn't need any of those
things. Once he found himself at the bottom of the ocean and was completely unharmed and survived
without difficulty.
Sense Evil:
Due to the power of the Ghost Rider, Robbie can sense supernatural or natural presences of pure
evil. This is how he hunts that which preys on the innocent and how he most easily identifies those
who need to be put down.
Spirit Contact:
As both Robbie and the Ghost Rider, he can touch and interact with the intangible, such as
Ghosts and Spirits.
Superhuman Speed:
Robbie was already pretty fast in terms of human standards before Eli Morrow came into his life,
but now he's even faster. Without turning into the Ghost Rider, Robbie is as fast as an Olympic-
level athlete. As the Ghost Rider, he might be one of the fastest Ghost Riders there are. He can
move quick enough to appear as simply a blur to the regular human eye and dodge bullets at point
blank range. He can react to speeds up to Mach 2.
Superhuman Strength:
The mystical energies that the soul of Eli Morrow gives to Robbie grants him amazing physical
strength that far outclasses a regular human. In his human form, Robbie can lift up to 5 tons with
minimal effort. Though as the Ghost Rider, Robbie's strength drastically increases to 50 tons.
Though his true strength has not been tested.
Skills
Bilingual:
Robbie can speak English and Spanish fluently.
Brawling:
Robbie is not trained in any kind of formal martial art, but rather he has perfected the art of
street brawling.
Expert Driver:
Robbie used to street race back in California. He knows how to drift, he definitely has some
Hellfire nitrus on his car, and can race with the best of them.
Mechanic:
Robbie works at an auto and body shop. He knows how to repair, modify, and rearrange cars. He
most often works on his Hellcharger as a form of amusement and as a hobby.
Resources
Avengers:
Robbie Reyes is a member of the Avengers and has access to the team's resources, information,
and hideouts.
Hellcharger:
This here is Robbie's baby.
The '69 Dodge Charger formerly belonged to Eli Morrow and
housed his soul until he fused himself with Robbie. Much like Robbie's ability to transform into the
Ghost Rider, the Hellcharger can turn into a raging inferno of a vehicle that has its own set of
abilities. Firstly, at all times Robbie holds a powerful link to his vehicle and can give it mental
commands for it to follow as both Robbie and the Ghost Rider. Secondly, to avoid being run over, as
the Ghost Rider Robbie can make himself intangible through his vehicle, so it would pass right
through him or he it if needed, though that requires a command to do so and is not passive.
The vehicle can also serve as a hub of teleportation. So long as the Ghost Rider knows where
he's going, he can use its mystical qualities to teleport from one place to another. In the event
that Robbie is required to go to another dimension to dish out vengeance (like Hell, for example) he
can use the Hellcharger as a hub to create a portal with Hellfire. However, dimensional travel this
way is reckless and dangerous due to Robbie's tough time focusing when doing this (since he has no
clue where he's actually going)
Finally, The Hellcharger is not limited by the laws of
gravity or physics. As the Ghost Rider, Robbie can drive the Hellcharger across liquid surfaces and
even up the sides of buildings with no trouble at all.
Hellfire Chain:
As the Ghost Rider, Robbie wields a long, silver chain with knives on both ends as his primary
weapon (aside from just punching people in the face). It is extremely sharp and can tear a normal
person apart within moments. Considering that it is made out of silver, its useful against other
supernatural creatures with weaknesses to such things.
Most effectively, the weapon can be
enhanced to scorching temperatures with Hellfire, making it sharper and even more deadly.
Weaknesses
Eli Morrow:
Eli's soul is fused irrepairably with Robbie Reyes. However, Eli is evil and bloodthirsty,
thus...he will sometimes bide his time until Robbie is most vulnerable and attempt to 'take the
wheel' of the Ghost Rider for a short period of time, so to speak. Robbie can only escape through a
battle of will or through outside interference. All the same, Eli is as much a blessing as he is a
curse.
Gabriel:
Robbie's little brother is his entire reason for being. If anything happened to Gabe, or anyone
even threatened him, Robbie would come unleashed.
Heavenly Weapons:
This is the bane of all Ghost Riders. Weapons made in Heaven (the Biblical, not the Nordic) are
very dangerous to the Ghost Rider and can cause him lasting harm. Not to mention, they are extremely
painful.
Magic:
Magic is one of the easiest ways to completely bypass the Ghost Rider's impressive durability.
While it may not keep the rider down, it can knock him down if enough force is applied.
Penance Stare:
The flaw of the Penance Stare is actually pretty simple: the victim must be in their right mind
(AKA not hooked up on drugs or drunk on alcohol) and they must regret what they have done. If they
have no regret over their actions, the penance stare won't work.
Regeneration:
Weapons of Heaven severely limit the Ghost Rider's ability to regenerate. In fact, it might be
the only plausable way to kill him.
