Morrigan is a highly intelligent woman that is a leading authority in the world of Pathology. She's not the best. But if someone needed to get hold of someone in the top ten, she would get a call for sure. The rumor around the Doctor is that she can't go out in the sun for too long. But most of her colleagues and friends assure people it is only due to a medical condition. The condition is that Morrigan's biological father was a vampire. She was born half vampire and half human. Which has lead to a very interesting life so far.

1985: Born in Dublin, Ireland on Saint Patrick's Day.
1986: Mother murdered, sent to America with Grandmother and Grandfather.
1989: Grandparents were found murdered, put into child services system.
1990: Adopted by wealthy New York couple Sullivan and Sharon MacIntyre.
1991: Discovered to be a prodigy within.
1995: Allergy to sunlight and garlic manifested.
1996: Parents move her to private school due to complications of her health.
1997: Graduated High school.
1998: Started attending Harvard Medical for Pathology and Hematology.
2000: Met Hannelore Anderson and was introduced to the study of magic as her apprentice.
2000: Discovered her half vampiric nature. Hannelore helped with calming and researching the condition.
2005: Graduated from Harvard Medical with a Doctorate in Hematology and Pathology.
2005: Created Solis. A personal serum to keep her vampiric nature ramped down.
2006: Continued study of magic with Hannelore at Sanctum Santorum while working her residency at Mount Sinai.
2010: Encountered her real father, Lucian Blackthorne. Was severely injured.
2011: Returned to work after a year off from her attack.
2013: Hannelor released her from apprenticeship after many years.
2017: Named an Adept in the realms of sorcery.
2018: Tapped for a project that at the tie was still unnamed.
2018: Becomes the Head of Pathology at Mount Sinai.
2020: Still at Mount Sinai, still working with magic and staying on top of odd pathologics and blood diseases that come through her office. Still craving blood sometimes.

Morrigan's Personality:
Morrigan is generally in good spirits and a people person. She is not a beach goer and doesn't do long festival trips out in the sun because of severe sunburn that is imminent. She does does make her day time appearances when necessary though. Like for conferences and things of that nature. Otherwise she does have her 'broody' days where she tends to scream at her work and curse at things in unintelligible Gaelic or when she closes herself off from people when she's having a blood craving.

Morrigan can speak and understand the language of the Gods since being slaughtered by Macha and then returned to life.
Master of the Mystic Arts:
Morrigan has trained in the realms of magic since the late 90's with a focus on it exclusively after she graduated Harvard. With her recent developments it has been noticed that Morrigan requires no words or mudras to perform magic. Which is a rarity.

Blades:
Part of the Morrigan's legacy is blades. She has an innate understanding of handling bladed weapons. This does not translate to other forms of weaponry given the Morrigan prefers blades, spears etc.
Medicine:
Morrigan is well versed in Medicine in General and specializes in Pathology and Hematology as she has her Doctorate in both subjects.
Research:
Morrigan is extremely good at researching. Given all the school and her own personal studies she's probably one of the best in New York. But not THE best.
Science:
Science! It goes hand in hand these days with Medicine and is needed for the studies she sets out to do.

Armor of Anubis:
Anubis (Mr. Jacquel) has realized that if he's going to have Morrigan become his Avatar that it means she's got to stay alive and lately she's not been doing a good job. He's gifted her use of the avatars armor (https://i.imgur.com/SfZk4CQ.jpg). Which is bullet proof, but she can be injured from explosions, magical weapons and magic itself. When she is wearing it she can lift about a 1,000 pounds. Which is not on the super human level. It will activate if Morrigan is in danger whether she wants it to or not until she gets a handle on things.
Contacts:
Morrigan has contacts with a number of the hospitals in New York and others through out the world. Given she's a leading Pathology expert, it pays to have friends. She also has contacts with the local authorities for when 'Weird' things show up and they need some information on them.
Heightened Intelligence:
Morrigan's had prodigal levels of intelligence since she was very young. It's helped her tremendously throughout her life.
Library:
Morrigan has a well stocked library that holds books on the subjects of Medicine, Science and the Occult for research and study purposes.
Solis and Helio:
Morrigan has had to go back to her Solis Serum that protected her for certain amounts of time from the sun and her other vampiric traits. It does not work for her as much as it once did. Giving her about 4 hours in full sun before she has to reup it.
Morrigan has also branched Solis into another medication that has been codenamed Helio, which is a potential cure for Solar Urticaria and less severe cases having to do with polymorphous light eruption (PMLE).
Wealth:
Morrigan is EXTREMELY wealthy due to her adopted parens fortune and her own money that comes in from her job and her various associations. She doesn't want for much. Except maybe a hug.

Blood Intake:
Morrigan thought that she'd gotten lucky and escaped the need for blood. Apparently this is a new thing that comes along with her new self. If Morrigan goes more than a month without taking in fresh blood then she will start to lose her vision again. The longer she goes, the worse it gets.
Sunlight Weakness:
Since Morrigan doesn't have the protection she did for the past year and change, she is back to her Solis Serum and her tolerance to the Sunlight is painfully low right now. Which means after four or so hours she needs to reup her serum or chance serious fatigue, skin burning...all that junk.
